火鍋,對我和男友來說,是要有特別的鍋底才會吸引到我倆。普通的豬骨,麻辣已經滿足不到我們了。可幸的是,大角咀近旺角的表叔火鍋,有好幾款特別的湯底。它是地舖,除了火鍋還有飯吃。格局有點像茶餐廳式茶樓。表叔提供不同種類的海鮮,有自家“水族箱”,吸引小朋友走過去看魚。他們的海鮮除了火鍋用,還有刺身,整條魚或整隻龍蝦的刺身都有,好厲害。入座時有一整盤調味料讓你隨意舀和夾,男友喜歡莞荽,正合他心意。點菜先選鍋底,有多個選擇。田雞、豬手、杏汁白肺、海皇鍋等全都好特別,我就選了冬蔭功海鮮鍋。我很喜歡喝泰式冬蔭功,不過從來沒想過可以這樣fusion用來做火鍋!牛怎樣都要叫。其他基本配料在另一版。火鍋必備“鬼佬涼茶”,我倆比較喜歡Asahi沒甚麼苦澀味,較清新。喝冰凍的啤酒簡直就是爽。鍋底來啦~ 滾後急不可待立即喝湯,完全是泰國菜館的高水準。橙啡色的湯味道濃郁可口,是正宗冬蔭功的味道,不過是酸一點,讓我們開胃吧。鍋內有蝦,青口,魷魚,菇類和蕃茄,所以不另叫這些配菜了。牛頸脊是一個不肥卻嫩滑的部位,表叔供應手切頂級版本,不可不吃。看這雪花平均分佈在每一片肉上,嫩滑就是這樣來,看著都知道好吃。兩個人叫小的份量已足夠。薄薄一片,涮一會已經可以吃了,剛剛熟的狀態吃是最好的。入口鮮嫩柔滑,牛肉味濃郁,輕咬就如溶掉的樣子,完全滿足我們的味覺。黑松露鮮蝦雲吞的蝦肉彈牙,頗大粒。雖然看不到黑松露的踪影,在豬肉餡內卻能感受到那獨特的香味。雲吞皮薄,摺口位也薄,所以質感滑,沒有粉粉的感覺。蔬菜類叫了白蘿蔔和生菜。冬蔭功湯滾白蘿蔔,到後期吸得較多酸味,成了如醋漬的味道,可能跟此湯不太夾,不過放生菜是好吃的。最後還送了兩厚片西瓜讓我們清熱呢!我真的很喜歡這鍋底,一有機會就不斷喝湯,平時到泰國菜館點才沒有那麼多給我喝呢。那牛頸脊的質素相當高,非常好吃。一個字,…Read More

表叔火鍋位於大角咀,距離展館約 15 分鐘步程。餐廳裝潢格調平實,屬街坊小店。各式火鍋生料及海鮮固然是餐廳的主打美食,日式刺身則是另類選擇。 筆者喜愛胡椒豬肚湯,所以特意挑選了這個胡椒豬肚雞鍋湯底。半只鮮雞隨湯鍋分開送上,待湯汁煮滾後才放入鮮雞肴煮。這個做法除可表明真材實料外,更易掌握煮雞的時間以保肉質細嫩。一如預期,胡椒豬肚雞湯食感溫熱辛辣,味道搶濃,亦因如此,建議添湯後才淥煮相對味淡之物。至於雞肉,味鮮但甜香享受不算出眾,嫩滑感理想。 肥牛屬火鍋的必食項目,這碟手切頂級牛頸脊油脂分佈平均,輕輕一炙口感鬆軟,肉香不俗。 白鱔片的味道合預期,微微彈脆。美中不足的是部份魚片帶少許骨,稍稍影響了享受。 手打四寶丸內含鮮蝦、墨魚、鯪魚及豬肉四款口味,四款比較,推介蝦味足又彈牙的鮮蝦丸及甚有住家風味的 (梅菜)豬肉丸。墨魚丸出品略鹹,需留意一下。 唐生菜及雲耳選材正正常常無乜特別,屬健康火鍋生料。 表叔火鍋作為一間街坊小店,店內雖沒有豪華的裝潢,但多了一份地道風味。店員服務細心亦是值得一讚的地方。二人共享火鍋,能吃的食物實在有限,很難對餐廳食品作出全面的評價,單以湯底及肥牛生料而言,大體上交出應有水準,可以試試! …Read More
