下班約了友人去觀塘放鬆一下,試試這間樓上的餐廳。餐廳裝潢雅致,看得出店主精心佈置餐廳。後來從店舖的IG得知,傢具從日本運來,難怪與別不同。我們點了兩個晚餐,晚餐包前菜、湯、茶、主菜和甜品。甫坐下,店員送上兩小杯Welcome drink檸檬薑蜜。檸檬的清新、薑絲的微辣,加上蜜糖的香甜,一驅冬日寒意,也清清味蕾。芝士焗元貝釀蟹肉‧蟹膏野菌忌廉汁,比較味道濃郁的前菜,元貝釀蟹肉,兩種不同的海鮮鮮味相輔相成,非常惹口。磯煮南非鮑魚伴醬油漬三文魚籽,師傅預先醃好南非鮑魚,晶瑩的三文魚籽灑在鮑魚上方,加上旁邊捲起的薑片,賣相簡單而優雅。鮑魚已切好一片片,方便分享,也容易入口。鮑魚爽口,掛上醬油的味道。干邑龍蝦湯,碗內有兩隻爽蝦仁,店員把一壼香熱的龍蝦湯慢慢倒進碗中。看着慢僈覆蓋蝦仁的湯,像在看藝術一樣。龍蝦味十足,更重要的是湯夠熱,有龍蝦香。是日餐湯椰菜花忌廉湯,比龍蝦湯清淡,令人更留意當中椰菜花碎粒的口感。個人覺得這款湯較好喝,除了香滑,比龍蝦湯多了一層椰菜花碎粒的爽口感。喝了兩個濃湯,店員端上台灣有機單品原茶,台灣直送,清一清口腔的味道,以嚐下一道菜。慢煮西班牙八爪魚鬚伴枝豆野菌墨魚汁意大利飯(套餐$368),第一次吃到做得如此好的八爪魚鬚和墨魚汁意大利飯。兩大條八爪魚鬚外層的吸咀爽口,八爪魚鬚厚肉軟稔,有兩種完全不同的口感。飯粒完全吸滿墨魚汁,粒粒都帶着墨魚香。加上香脆枝豆、爽滑野菌和新鮮香甜的橙色車厘茄,整碟的口感和味道甚佳,必點。深海智利白鱈魚伴烤意大利青瓜‧野菌藜麥龍蝦汁(套餐$458),香煎白鱈魚皮脆肉嫩,蓋滿龍蝦汁的白鱈魚肉厚帶魚香,底層以蘑菇、冬菇、藜麥和車厘茄蓋滿,並以蘆筍點綴,能吃到魚肉的滑、菇類、車厘茄、蘆筍的爽和藜麥的微爽。季節限定甜品士多啤梨白朱古力慕絲,士多啤梨粒置頂,上層是慕絲,下層是蛋糕,入口軟滑又帶着鬆軟。另一款甜品Relish Tiramisu (+$38),厚實的Tiramisu,旁邊以新鮮士多啤梨作點綴,濃郁厚實感的甜品,帶點冬日的浪漫。店員上菜迅速,在我們吃完一道菜後,收走枱上的相關餐具,然後跟餐單次序端上下一道菜,並會不時為我們添加清水,態度有禮。總的來說,這裏環境、服務和食物質素也絕佳,是和友人聚會和吃聖誕餐的首選。…Read More
