其實以前我對抹茶沒有什麼興趣,因為我並不太喜歡抹茶的苦澀味,但是當人愈來愈大,有一天竟然會突然愛上某一些食物,而抹茶便是其中之一了剛巧屯門V-City有這間主打抹茶食品的餐廳,所以今天下午我便來試吃一下了由於是下午的時段,所以餐廳設有下午茶套餐,而抹茶類的甜品也包括在內喔所以,我選了下午茶餐的【鐵板鬆餅配抹茶霜淇淋】和單點了一份【御前抹茶蕨餅】No.1【御前抹茶蕨餅】$46下午茶套餐並不包括御前抹茶蕨餅的,所以它必須要單點,一份盛惠$46雖然價錢真的十分昂貴,而且只有六小塊,亦完全不飽肚,但是它的味道真的非常秀色可餐,珍饈美味 ,是完全值得這個價錢的抹茶蕨餅的表面佈滿抹茶粉,雖然味道苦苦的,但當配上甜而不膩的黑糖醬後,不單立即中和了抹茶粉苦澀的味道,更在唇齒間留下一絲淡淡的甜香,讓人品嚐到甜中帶甘,苦中帶樂,甘甜與共的滋味!至於抹茶蕨餅本身亦製作得十分出色,入口非常軟綿綿之餘,口感更相當細膩而綿延,質感幼滑柔順,軟綿香糯,美味久久縈繞而內裡的質感則煙煙韌韌,很有咬口之餘亦不會黏牙,讓人甜蜜無窮,陶醉其中,吃在嘴裡甜在心裡No.2【鐵板鬆餅配抹茶霜淇淋】$42其實這份甜品十分特別,先把鐵板烤得熱騰騰的,然後再把暖暖的鬆餅和冷凍的雪糕放在鐵板內,最後倒上溶化了的雪糕汁液便完成了小口品嚐的時候,熱騰騰的鬆餅,配上冷冰冰,微微融化的抹茶雪糕,讓人可以感受到外熱內冷,冰火交融的極致享受!抹茶雪糕的味道簡直堪稱一絕,我完全嚐不出抹茶的苦澀味之餘,滿口更充滿著淡淡清香的抹茶氣息,每一口都香氣洋溢,茶香四溢,在唇齒間留下一絲淡淡的清香,讓人唇齒留香,回味無窮,一試傾心抹茶雪糕除了擁有清新的抹茶味外,奶味亦相當濃郁醇厚,質感十分幼滑柔順,吃的時候口感豐富而細膩,而且甜而不膩,清甜可口,甜香四溢,細細回味,抹茶和奶香混合後的濃濃氣息迴旋在口中,甜甜的,香香的,香甜軟糯,餘韻悠長,讓人甜蜜無窮,陶醉其中,甘旨肥濃至於鬆餅方面,由於它的外皮已經被抹茶雪糕弄濕了,所以難免會有些濕漉漉,軟淋淋的口感不過,鬆餅除了充滿陣陣甘醇的蛋香味,蛋香四溢,而內裡的質感更十分細緻柔軟,入口非常軟綿綿,口感鬆軟而輕盈,配上滋味無窮的抹茶雪糕後,味道立即更上一層樓,讓人難以忘懷,吮指回味,鳳髓龍肝另外,其實之前我亦和媽媽試吃過它們的午市套餐,全部都只是$56,除了贈送沙律外,更包一杯熱御抹茶:)不過餐廳另外設有加一服務費,即是每人至少盛惠$62左右我媽選了【汁煮豬軟骨飯】,而我則選了【火灸三文魚刺身飯】,至於飲品當然是喝套餐包括了的熱御抹茶No.1【熱御抹茶】午市套餐免費贈送雖然這杯熱御抹茶是免費贈送,理應不要對它抱有太高的期望,但是它都不應該是這種質素吧這杯熱御抹茶看起來十分水稀稀,應該是抹茶粉太少了,所以它不單止欠缺芳香撲鼻,茶香四溢的抹茶氣息,抹茶的味道亦完全不香濃,我們只嚐到一絲絲十分微弱的抹茶味,淡而無味的,其實和清湯寡水並沒有太大的分別,簡直是味同嚼蠟,囓蘗吞針No.2【火灸三文魚刺身飯】$56雖然是午市套餐,但是份量卻好像下午茶餐,完全不飽肚的首先,三文魚只有三塊之餘,每一片更十分薄,肉質除了一點都不豐腴肥美,口感亦完全不豐富飽滿:(另外,雖然套餐是火灸三文魚,可是它卻已經燒至完全熟透了,味道根本和香煎三文魚沒有任何分別由於三文魚已熟透了,所以肉質開始滲出了很多的油脂,令到三文魚的口感變得相當油膩,我吃了幾口後肚子已經十分飽飽滯滯,撐腸拄腹,根本不想再繼續吃了另外,白飯份量十分少之餘,更欠缺了米的香氣,而醬油的份量亦不足夠,令到白飯十分乾巴巴之餘,我們滿口更充斥著索然無味的感覺總結來說,這間餐廳的抹茶甜品味道簡直堪稱一絕,完美得無懈可擊,最適合作為飯後甜品了只是午市套餐的質素卻略為遜色一些,如果可以變得美味一點便好了…Read More
