To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平常別人說要吃素,第一時間想起的都是油油的,都是通常的那幾款菜式。這次經朋友介紹,來到素之樂,真的有不一樣的感受。令我對素食改觀了不少! 首先,這裡是招待會員的。所以在晚飯前先辦好了會員卡~~ 而且這裡都是吃私房菜。每兩周就會轉換菜單一次~我們這晚吃的菜有十一道,另外再額外點了壽包。總共十二道菜一坐下,待應就先為我們送上小吃 - 薄脆 + 以假亂真的牛肉乾人到齊後,第一道來的是四式拼盤。據我所猜,應該是新式改良的甜酸拼齋。它有假叉燒 (如閉上眼吃,質感、味道,跟真的叉燒沒有兩樣)、南瓜泥、豆腐干跟配了梅子粉的苦瓜。再來是御品鮮湯,湯如其名,都是一樣的鮮甜!第三道菜是彩虹壽司。正常的青瓜蘿蔔壽司配以沙律醬,這配搭很搭,很好吃~ 當晚,每個人對都愛不惜手呢~然後是鮮蝦四寶卷~~ 仿蝦度,不論外觀及口感都可以拿到滿分! 就是這道菜的芡汁有點多及沒味道~ 令這道菜有點扣分第五道是泰式雜菜餅,是另一道我的最愛。雖然看上去是炸的,但吃進口并不油膩,而且味道香濃可口。令人吃完想吃完一個後,接著吃另一個 第六道菜是普羅旺斯扇貝。它跟我想像中的有點出入。 一開始,我是以為那種有殼在底然後蒸熟的那種.. 出來,原來是假帶子炒蕃茄+腰果~ 味道不過不失~第七道菜,意式芝士焗茄扒跟外面西餐廳的沒兩樣,而且味道更濃郁一點~ 黑胡椒小炒中的配料,真的令我們覺得在吃青瓜炒瘦肉!來到日式燉飯的時候,其實我們所有人都在飽的狀態.. 但那個燉飯的香氣及味道令我們把整碟飯都吃光光 最後,來到甜品的環節~~ 千層蘋果酥。外脆內軟。如果蘋果可再多一點,這道菜道能拿到90分以上了~ 再來一個腐竹薏米糖水。腐竹的濃郁味道加上不太甜~ 暫時是我在外面吃過,可以說是最好喝的! 因媽媽生日,附加壽包一碟。整體來說:餐廳待應服務極好,菜式精緻、美觀,味道一流。可以說是素菜館的首選 …Read More

今次是老婆大人生日,但原來第一之去已是在2008年,那時還寫了一篇很短的食評 (http://www.openrice.com/restaurant/commentdetail.htm?commentid=1949448)自己翻看,不知是自己要求高了還是台食店水準低了,覺得滿意度低了,但價錢貴了。有十一道菜(內有兩道甜品)四式拼盤:青瓜的刀工麻麻,其實這味主要是吃醬汁而不是主菜:雲耳的酸醋,青瓜的醬油,素叉燒醬和豆乾的照燒(?)醬一品鮮湯:很清甜,沒有其他豆湯的濃濁,蟲草花很香,腰果煲很很腍,杞子大粒又沒有酸味。彩虹壽司:我記得以前的版本是中間的是熱脆心,很有驚喜,不過今次就只是似吃普通壽司罷了。綠波白玉:青菜汁很清甜,不過豆腐似只是盒裝豆腐,豆味不強。普羅旺斯扇貝:扇貝是類似雞脾菇的菇類,很爽口,而且似用鹽水處理過,加上用刀介了很多刀以便醬汁滲入,所以很入味,一D菇的寡味都無!一葉酥:其實是春卷,不過內餡似咖哩角,特別是九層塔的香味很特出!南國金瓜果律:是熱食不是沙律,金瓜是南瓜,特別是加有香蕉和芒果,其少少酸味和南瓜原來也很配合,非常清新。繽紛野蔬:很奇怪,先前的七道菜很趕地用不足半小時就上菜,以至一枱都是餸,完全沒有吃私房菜的優閒感。但隨後大半個鐘就再沒有上菜了,真奇怪!野蔬加有素雞,雖然我希望越少素肉越好(先前的食評說),但醬汁亦做得很好味。飄香什菌燉飯:OKAY啦,但為何要加CHEAP CHEAP的青豆做TOPPING?千層蘋果酥:雖然這是這裡的皇牌菜,不過用素料做酥皮始終不是PERFECT,其用椰油取代動物脂肪使椰子味和蘋果味有點不協調。精緻甜品:是沒有菠蘿味的果凍,而且在秋天吃果凍好像不合時宜,還是熱糖水好一D!…Read More

慶祝朋友生日咁係初一壽星女提意素食,但又定唔到去邊間,11月22日先諗到要訂位,幸運地訂到一張五人檯,訂檯時講明壽星女係會員,咁佢就可以免費喇,順便自費訂埋壽包,當晚既四式拼盤個樣相當靚味道都唔錯,彩虹壽司真係好有日式feel,翡翠玉餃無乜特別,御品燉湯好多豆豆好清甜,海皇玉蝶翅塊菜就老左d咬唔開,日式和風丸子好食,普羅旺斯燒雞口感真係好似食雞肉咁,養生元氣鍋普通啦,紅麴野菜炒飯因太飽所以要打包拎走,千層蘋果酥唔錯,紅豆沙真係好沙呀,壽包就係一般啦,不過壽包旁邊朵蓮花就非常特別喇,點火後蓮花自己慢慢打開然後放出音樂,但係音樂太細聲所以就唔知播乜囉,蓮花仲識轉圈添認真特別有驚喜!…Read More
