拆禮物日去咗食鐵板燒放題,地點係希慎廣場既道頓堀御好燒專門店,放題套餐有3款,我地揀咗中價既嚴選放題,成人$288,公眾假期加$10,另加一,時間120分鐘,呢度用QR code落單,基本上落完單後食物好快就上比你。呢個價錢包9款御好燒,兩款文字燒,4款前菜,4款燒牛,3款燒豬肉,2款燒雞,3款燒海鮮,11款燒一品料理,7款飯麵,同4款沙律。海鮮5品御好燒揀咗呢款御好燒,材料有帶子,明太子,蝦,魷魚,章魚。份量非常迷你。配有椰菜碎同一隻迷你生蛋。餐牌有教點整,先撈好材料等空氣入到去,然後先鋪落塊落咗油既鐵板燒,等5分鐘後,再反另一面再等5分鐘,然後再反另一面加自己鍾意既醬汁就食得。我地加咗唔少黑色甜甜地既醬汁,再加紫菜碎,鰹魚碎同沙律醬,好好味,好似出街食個d。芝士4重奏文字燒文字燒我都係第一次聽,呢款個底主要係椰菜絲,餐牌教先將除咗麵糊以外材料炒好,然後整到成個大型冬甩形狀,再將麵糊倒入中間個洞,呢款無叫你加醬。其實係炒椰菜絲,可惜芝士味又唔夠,呢個非常麻麻地,主要係食菜。個人認爲係主角既燒肉類試過有:牛舌:好韌,無encore。牛板腱:肉質算嫩唔韌,而燒肉汁醃得幾好食,值得不斷encore。牛五花:醬汁味道更好,可惜太肥,唔係我杯茶。一口牛:明明加左黑椒調味,但係都無乜味道,肉質都較韌,麻麻。一口豚:都唔錯,比一口牛好,有豬味同較腍。豬五花:好薄切,而豬皮好有彈性,有質感,唔錯唔錯。豬頸肉:肥膏好多,不過食落果然又爽又脆,值得encore。海鮮有:清酒煮青口:青口都頗韌。墨魚仔:好脆口。鐵板泡菜魷魚:好大碟,魷魚質感異常鮮脆,可惜配有過鹹既泡菜,如果唔係可以encore。一品料理試左:燒玉子:我地燒到外面燶燶地,而入面就甜甜地,都幾好食。煎餃子:自己都可以煎到脆皮。入面有菜有肉,唔錯。日本小甘薯:燒黎食都幾好食wor,好滑又甜甜地。年糕燒到皮脆都幾好食。前菜有:柚子大根:係大根絲加左柚子去醃,味道甜甜地好清新,夠特別。枝豆:正常。泡菜:較鹹,麻麻地。和風冷豆腐:普通豆腐加豉油,非常清淡。沙律有4款。和風蕃茄沙律:番茄質素可以,雪得好凍,下底椰菜就太油。大根海藻沙律:呢個好清爽,大根絲同海藻都清淡同清爽,醬汁唔會太多,下底生菜都比椰菜清淡。豐盛鹽麴椰菜沙律:椰菜比較油膩。粟米沙律:生菜底加番茄粒同粟米粒加胡麻醬係較清爽既組合。包單球雪糕一客同一杯$25或以下飲品,基本上都係汽水同簡單飲品,我地揀咗乳酸水同乳酸梳打。我杯乳酸梳打都唔錯,好解膩,不過無飲管就差d。單球雪糕係Cocoberry冲繩海鹽味,都好過無。呢餐食得好飽,有菜有肉,肉類除咗牛板腱同豬頸肉較好之外,其他都麻麻。肉類拼盤面頭都灑上蔥花。鐵板煮野食夠快,唔洗等。好既地方係基本上叫幾多上幾多,唔會扣單。不過抽風頗差,成身油煙味。服務都可以,只係圍裙同紙巾都要叫先有,扣少少分。總括而言,肉類質素普通,呢個價錢都勉強可以啦。…Read More

食嘢環境都好有feel,只不過每次去食完成身都會有陣味,所以抽氣方面都需要改善。之前已經食過幾次,水準都係一樣,味道都唔會相差幾遠,自己親力親為又玩又食,好啱同朋友一齊去,操作都簡單,而且點整都唔會難食得去邊普通嘅大阪燒幾好味,但係文字燒真係不了,整出嚟好水又咸一啲都唔好味,成Pat野咁,都係覺得普通既好味啲個年糕整完好「煙銀」甜甜地好好味道,只不過都幾貴下$40定$30,兩舊,但係佢餐牌上面係有三舊我覺得有少少誤導人然後個炒飯就好好味,整完好有鐵板嘅香味,粒粒分明,我覺得係幾推薦叫,因為其實大阪燒嘅份量都好少,唔叫啲飽肚野真係食唔飽…Read More
