琴日響灣仔等朋友收工,佢話想試下新野,經過呢間主打台式料理既餐廳,見餐牌上款式幾多,有些菜式係其他餐廳亦好少見,決定入黎試一試我地叫左蚵仔酥($68),熱辣辣即炸,且口感酥脆,店員建議將蚵仔酥蘸自家辣椒醬食,雖然唔算好辣,但令蚵仔酥既味道即時提升,好惹味!朋友話想試下左宗棠雞($118),佢話係香港比較少見呢個菜式,而我就第一次食!賣相好吸引,雞件嫩滑,而外皮炸得香脆,淋上糖醋汁但酸度無咁明顯,感覺似食緊韓式炸雞,一家要試!另外,我地仲叫左台式香腸炒飯($82),亦係呢度必試之一~香腸切粒,油香味十足,而蛋炒飯炒得乾身且粒粒分明,配埋切左絲既高麗菜,增添一份爽口,十分好吃!最後,我地仲試左凍既珍珠奶茶($28),店員話可以揀少冰少甜,岩哂想飲但怕肥既人士~整體黎講,呢度環境光猛,而且乾淨企理,看得出店主重視餐具既衛生,這一點令我印象深刻!另外,店員態度親切,會主動介紹餐廳既招牌菜同幫忙加水,絕對能照顧顧客的需要!…Read More

最近經常吃西餐,有點滯了,所以跟朋友聚舊提議了台灣菜,暗自幫自己轉轉口味😉店舖裝潢走簡約潔白風,店員大姐們招呼勤快有禮,上菜速度非常快,不消一會已一枱餸菜🤤打頭陣的小菜是這乾燒牛肉麵。牛腩很入味而帶鹵味。麵條濕潤軟熟,被XO醬、豆瓣醬、蝦干味的懷抱下滋養住,好吃得令人停不下來的🤤另一伴菜—台灣泡菜也是好吃到我們搶著吃,不同於韓國泡菜,除了辣椒和蒜末,它是用紅蘿蔔末去醃的,可以看到那些微橙偏黃的顆粒在高麗菜上。它不太辣,而是帶清新酸味的。整碗麵都惹味十足,列入encore菜式!左宗棠雞這菜名看來特別,好奇寶寶像我忍不住要點來看看😇 維基説這是美式中菜—北美既唐餐館常見菜式。菜名由來其中一個說法是,這道菜是住在台灣的湖南人廚師彭長貴在1952年發明的,當時要宴請訪台美國將領,他隨口以大清將領左宗棠去命名菜式😅做法是將雞肉斬塊,先炸後炒,加上特製醬料,我先嚐到一種像雞醬的味道,但多分醋酸味,肉質口感有點像咕嚕肉。鐘意酸甜肉的人可以一試,還不錯。眼前一片忽然金黃色(誇張了!),再上枱的是金沙蝦球 ! 蝦仁大隻而有彈性,但不會過份起膠,它是有連殻炸的,但不會很硬,像軟殻蟹的殻。蝦球表面完全被包覆到鹹蛋黃,更難得是蝦仁與炸粉殻不會離哂罩😂,而是緊緊相連,反映炸功深厚! 未咬已經香氣撲鼻,咬下更是滿嘴鹹蛋黃味,讚🤤 不知道樹子是什麼,所以又特別叫來試試,感謝朋友陪我試未知菜式😅 又Google一下,原來樹子是一種台灣醃漬。它不論味道和構造都頗像橄欖,但比橄欖多一分甜,少一分酸,更加核大肉小。用來炒油麥菜雖不怎見提升油麥菜的風味,因為這只吃著油麥菜也是青翠好吃,但樹子單獨吃亦是很好的開胃菜。樹子除了常被用來炒菜,也會用來蒸魚,例如鱈魚、鱸魚。奶茶控當然會試不同口味的奶茶😀這個炭焙烏龍奶茶十分正喔!奶香先撲上來,再來上陣的是炭燒味,最後送上烏龍茶的幽香,每啖都非常滿足😄這家小店除了常見鹽酥雞、肉躁飯的台灣美家外,還有不少特色小菜和醬菜,值得有空會再來嚐嚐看其他菜式。…Read More
