天文台發出寒冷天氣溫馨提示,我卻過了一個暖和的晚上!點解呢?因為與好友相聚一起、齊齊吃了兩個雞煲火鍋,涼風陣陣,仲有乜嘢更好嘅節目!相約花園街的老字號「亞南雞煲」,預先訂了一只新鮮雞(+$200),但求滋補雞煲更盡善盡美。一個清湯煲未能滿足,再來一個惹味的方才完美,多點一個辣雞乾鍋,鴛鴦口味,朋友們可以各適其適。冬瓜瑤柱花膠新鮮雞湯鍋新鮮雞果然不同,肉質嫩滑,雞珍亦沒有放過。湯頭奶白,冬瓜瑤柱吸盡湯汁,鮮美無比;花膠半溶化,口感軟熟,裏面仲有一些蜆仔。每人喝了至少三碗湯,溫暖在心頭!野生竹笙皇 $118「亞南雞煲」選用的竹笙皇,超巨型,於這個滋補花膠雞鍋是絕配!日本帶子辣雞鍋(小) $308調味出色,香惹微辣,估計有咖喱粉成份,雞件非常入味,肉質嫩滑,口口皆滋味。日本帶子大大隻,調味了的花膠更討好。「亞南雞煲」的餐前小吃非常出色,尤其是炸物,自製飲品非常大杯,我們當然不會錯過。尖椒皮蛋 $55皮蛋很軟糯,微辣令人開胃。麻辣墨魚鬚 $65非常輕微的辣與麻,剛好為墨魚鬚提味。皇牌脆炸牛坑腩 $88酥脆不膩,牛坑腩肉質上乘,炸功出色,不愧為招牌。椒鹽鮮鮑魚  $48/隻賣相已經令人垂涎欲滴,口感一流。酥炸桶蠔 $48/隻外脆內爆汁。火鍋配料,我們吃了這些,材料全部嚴選,新鮮上乘,沒有可能不滿意。手切極品肥牛(小)$238深海龍躉片 $138日本帶子 $108大花蜆 $98用心製作湯底,食材優質,服務友善有效率,環境清潔,周一晚亦門庭若市,真心推薦!話說現在香港人北上消費,週一週五晚的食肆淡靜,在這裏光景完全不一樣!有興趣,記得預先訂位。…Read More

上個月,有位久未露面的好朋友,突然約大家出來食飯,不論什麼天氣抑或有幾忙碌,大家也盡量抽空出席! 作為飯局攪手的他,提議太子花園街的雞煲店 <亞南雞煲>!當晚 7:00 到,店內已有不少食客,店內最盡頭位置有間貴賓房,內有細枱及大枱,自成一角,不會太嘈!店內用餐時間為入座後2小時,其實都足夠時間食!當晚令大家最驚喜環節, 莫過於攪手朋友特意邀約 7、8、9月生日朋友出席!突然拿了個香甜白桃蛋糕出來,實在太有誠意又窩心嘞! 好感動呢!亦為這餐熱鬧的雞煲飯局劃上完美句號!餐牌店方相當貼心,提供即棄圍裙給食客!當日最高溫 35度,我嫌店方的凍飲太大杯嘞! 所以,簡單點了清甜清新的椰青汁!Meko 純椰青汁 $18入口清甜得來不算好甜,配濃味食物最啱!尖椒皮蛋 $52加入辣椒油,香而並非預期中的辣,不食辣的我也接受得到!冰鎮墨魚鬚 $65墨魚鬚鮮美爽脆,辣椒油提升鮮味,幾醒胃!脆皮牛腩 $88酥脆金黃色的外層,把牛坑腩的肉汁保留,外脆內軟又多汁,令人一試愛上!油炸鬼拼蝦多士 $62油炸鬼拼蝦多士的配搭,既有香脆口感,又有鮮味彈牙的蝦多士,教人難以抗拒!椒鹽鮑魚 (8隻) $384簡單以椒鹽調味,鮑魚保留其嚼勁口感及鮮美! 別有一番風味呢!蟲草花野生竹笙花膠濃湯鷄煲 (大煲:整隻新鮮鷄連雞雜) $668 (或冰鮮鷄一隻 $468)新鮮鷄及冰鮮鷄質感同鮮味都唔同㗎!選用新鮮雞,加入原條新鮮野生竹笙、蟲草花、花膠野生竹笙雪白又大條,入口微爽又掛湯!雞湯鮮甜味美!花膠含膠質之餘,又滋補養顏,令人愛不釋口呢!三五知已分享最好不過嘞!麻辣亞南雞煲 (細煲:半隻冰鮮鷄連新鮮鷄鷄雜) $208 另+8 隻日本帶子 (2份例牌,1份4隻) $216  大花蜆 (花甲) $98 = $522香辣惹味!加入BB 雞蛋等雞雜,相對冰鮮雞的質感硬實一點,吸收醬汁精華好味依然!鮮美的帶吸收醬汁起了提鮮作用! 花甲鮮味濃郁有嚼勁,加入其中,添鮮之餘又保留其風味!炸魚皮 $48不能錯過的小食之一呢!放一放落熱辣辣的雞湯,即時夾起,魚皮外層輕帶軟身,仍有香脆口感,同時保留其鮮味!極品手打蝦滑 $88蝦滑帶蝦的鮮美,尚算彈牙!蟹籽墨魚滑 $78蟹籽除了令賣相更出色之餘,亦可增添口感及彈牙!手切極品肥牛 (大) $318雪花紋脂肪分佈均勻,與新鮮牛肉色澤對比鮮明!放落火鍋湯中浸了好幾秒,保持肉質軟嫩,好似口中即溶!…Read More
