上載的是手機拍的原圖,日前朋友生日,我們一行四個人就去了美食林立的佐敦順德公漁村河鮮酒家品嚐正宗順德菜新鮮靚河鮮。前菜有 《順德河鮮青口》,每只青口都大大只很飽滿,廚師淖得剛剛熟,非常多汁,點一些日式芥末加醬油帶出鮮味。另一前菜有《爽滑秘製特色魚皮》,魚皮晶瑩半透明,食落彈牙。主菜之一有秘制《少林檀香骨》,醬汁野味肉質嫩滑,用來餸飯一流。期待的主菜《冧哥枱面魚》,用一個好似面盤咁大既鍋裝著 (打卡一流),湯非常鮮甜,冧哥肉質非常嫩。問左服務員點解啲湯可以咁鮮甜,原來真係落足料,包括:金華火腿、雞腳、瘦肉、翅群、雞殼、魚殼等多種食材,經過多個小時淆製而成。建議先品嚐一碗靚湯,再吃鮮魚,吃魚時點一點醬油即可。吃完魚後還可以在魚鍋中加個米粉,就變成一碗很美味的鮮魚湯米。《隔夜涼瓜炆鴨掌》,隔夜的涼瓜更加入味,涼瓜非常厚肉,鴨掌夠淋口感豐富。《西芹醬爆魚卜煲》,這道菜在外面很少機會吃到,我也是第一次吃,魚卜大大個夠飽滿,鮮香惹味。最後甜品有《順德馳名雙皮奶》,奶非常香,以這個美味甜品作結,非常滿足的一餐。…Read More
