早2日同豬仔去九龍灣睇完醫生後, 就煩惱緊晚餐去邊樹解決好...行到去德福2期, 一見到個水牌有呢間野豬仔就舉手話想試~~返正我都好似N年前食過一次咁多, 一於食下啦~~ :) 其實我自己好鍾意食小籠包, D湯汁真係好正冇耐之前拉左豬仔去新蒲崗食左一間, 雖然D肉餡就一般但超多汁,皮又薄今次睇下呢間又做成點啦~~去到大概八點, 得1,2group 人等位, 所以5分鐘有找就入得去喇睇睇menu.....價錢大概就中位啦...我地叫左幾樣野 一個雞絲粉皮, 一個擔擔麵, 一個上海排骨麵, 一客小籠包 仲有一客生煎包... 是夜晚餐,我們吃了~醉雞:賣相吸引,酒味不濃,雞肉很滑,平日不吃雞皮的我連皮都吃清光。雞絲粉皮:粉皮份量不多,青瓜絲佔了半碟,雞絲寥寥無幾。粉皮涼涼的,加上濃郁的花生醬,十分開胃,味道好,但真的太少了。小籠包:熱騰騰,皮薄多汁,有水準!糖醋魚柳:單看到它的顏色和外表,還以為是咕嚕肉。味道酸酸甜甜,外皮不會很厚粉,魚柳啖啖肉亦很滑溜。雪菜炒年糕:清淡之選。年糕不會很黏口,感覺上比炒年糕健康有益;火腿有些嚡口,數量不多。菜肉餃:實在普通,感覺上與超級市場買到的無異。香蕉高力豆沙:適合嗜甜人士,沾上沙糖,咬一口,便吃到紅豆蓉和香蕉,由內到外都是一個字--甜。三個人吃晚餐,我先去拿籌,等了大概二十分鐘,終於有位。尚有一個朋友未到,侍應堅持要人齊才可入座,花了不少唇舌亦無濟於事。最後我們決定先兩個人開餐,待朋友到來才加位。當我們吃過前菜,朋友出現,侍應拿了一張櫈給她,請她坐在枱與枱之間那狹窄的通道,並表示如有吉枱便可轉桌,幸好旁邊的食客數分鐘後結帳離開,我們總算可以一起用膳了。「人齊才可入座」對於客似雲來的翡翠拉麵小籠包來說是無可厚非的制度,但作為顧客的我卻因而選擇不會再去光顧了。:(…Read More
