以前住大埔的時候,家傳戶曉差唔多是我哋全家的食堂,因為地點方便,就在大埔中心一田附近,座位又舒適寛敝,又有午市套餐及有中式茶提供。不過搬走之後,今次已相隔三年再光顧,水準都能保持。今次我們一行8人為慶祝父親節而來,預早訂了馳名的北京填鴨,聽聞每枱客多數都會點,因為味道不錯亦有特色。皮脆肉嫩,薄餅又夠薄,配合青瓜、山渣條、大蒽同特製醬料,好好味。另外,我哋叫了蔥爆羊肉配薄餅、小籠包、小食雞絲粉皮、鴨舌。羊肉都夠淋同惹味,用中式薄餅夾好滋味,值得推介。小籠包都不差,皮薄餡靚。雞絲粉皮同鴨舌都算合格,不過就份量不多。蛋白瑤柱炒飯同炸銀絲卷就不過不失。飲品方面,有很多選擇,今次試咗話梅乳酸青檸、荔枝雪梨椰果紅茶同火龍果菠蘿蘆薈梳打,第二杯有半價優惠。我覺得最好飲就係荔枝雪梨椰果紅茶。最值得一提是其中一位侍應哥哥叫Andy非常專業有禮,值得一讚,因當日我小孩為小事發脾氣,但佢仍然耐心聆聽,又細心介紹每個菜式。…Read More
