為咗避開由鴨洲過嚟嘅大量旅客,加上吉澳只有呢一間餐廳,我哋係島上閒逛一陣,差唔多12點就衝去食飯。時間尚早,所以唔使等位。餐廳入面嘅枱分兩行,因為係白飯任裝,所以餐廳留咗條好寬敞嘅走廊俾大家裝飯,枱同枱之間就迫,真係背脊對背脊咁。兩個人嗌咗3個餸,朋友嗌米粉,我就揀白飯。同朋友一致認為蒸魷筒銀魚仔係最出色嘅菜式!非常有驚喜!係好多地方買過銀魚仔番屋企食,都覺得幾咸,但呢個銀魚仔完成唔會,夠鮮甜,有少許海魚該有嘅海水味。再加上個豉油,唔咸唔淡,味道剛剛好。既食到銀魚仔嘅新鮮,個汁嘅味道亦唔會蓋過本身魚嘅味,太正😆 反而,魷筒就真心咸,質地係幾好咬口,但無飯送住食的話就真係咸過頭。送飯一流嘅客家炆豬肉🥰  豬肉有啲鞋,但肥瘦比例適中,煮得好入味。豆卜索晒啲餸汁,當然好食。係有啲油同少少咸咗啲,但只要有飯,要消滅呢個餸絕對無問題 。減肥這回事。。。聽日再講😎😎朋友形容為墨魚版嘅山竹牛肉球🤣  見評論推薦所以一心想食,但因為銀魚仔意外地出色,所以呢個菜相對地無咁吸引我哋。的確有一個有特色嘅菜,出面食唔到。做法應該似牛肉球,但由牛肉變成墨魚。墨魚味好香,個丸打得好爽口,記得要趁熱食!整體全部菜式份量都唔少,兩個人食得晒都算係咁。估唔到小島都有好西食!…Read More

吉澳這個旅遊景點我還是第一次來,發現島上的餐廳商舖不多,主要是賣各款茶粿小食。而可以坐得比較舒適寬敝的感覺只有這家,原本以為主要是做旅客生意,團體餐應該味道一般,結果發現原來甚有驚喜。首先店員推薦三款必吃菜式,分別為吉澳名物墨魚丸,客家炆豬肉和蒸魷桶銀魚仔。我們一行四人還點了油菜、白切雞和豉汁蒸排骨。建議如果愛吃海鮮的可以點白灼蝦或蒸魚。而白飯、白粥和茶水是自助的,可以隨意加添。名物真的是名不虛傳,走在餐廳附近都聞到很香很新鮮的墨魚丸味道,味道爽口彈牙,非常鮮甜美味,喜歡的話還可以買走作手信。客家炆豬肉是一道邪惡的菜式,卻就是越邪惡越吸引。豬腩肉望見很肥膩,但吃落口不算太油而且非常重南乳味,甘香可口的豬油足夠送一碗白飯。豆卜吸盡了醬汁,惹味至極。蒸魷桶銀魚仔同樣鮮味十足,咸香的口感非常下飯,我們覺得送白粥更加能吃到其原味道,很簡單的配搭,但味道卻是非凡的出色。白切雞新鮮肥美,薑蔥令菜式增添香氣,雞肉亦很嫩滑且富有雞味。豉汁排骨的豆豉味很足夠,新鮮蒸出來,熱辣辣很吸引,而且非常入味,不過由於其他菜式超水準,相較之下顯得普通。油菜是灼菜芯,貌似很普通,不過就因為新鮮,所以特別清甜,中和其他油膩的菜式。原以為只是隨便充飢的一頓午餐,卻吃到如此一桌美食,最重要是吃很出食材的新鮮,簡單食材中卻找到不平凡的美味,特別是客家豬肉,能吃到本土的風味,絕對值得花時間入島內品嘗。…Read More

昨天跟朋友們往吉澳鴨洲一天遊,朋友已訂益民酒家,聽聞哪裏炆豬肉是一流還有馳名的墨魚丸!我們因為一早訂了所以有一間冷氣房,點了個八人餐,有六餸加油菜每位只是$80非常之抵食!馳名嘅手打墨魚丸非常彈牙大家一定要趁熱食近海得食,白灼蝦當然新鮮甜!只係覺得可以份量比較少可以再多啲傳說中的客家炆豬肉,不單止醬汁惹味,估不到豬肉入口溶化,不到一兩分鐘我們已經全清這碟!蒸筒仔仔小魚很久沒有吃了!這是的家庭菜式,還記得小時候上一代的媽媽通常會做給自家小孩吃!送飯一流!至於灼菜心有什麼特別?就是甜!可惜最尾一度餸蒸倉魚忘記了拍照!初乳足夠我們客人食用夠新鮮!還有值得一題是他們自家製的各樣涼茶,特別欣賞推介洛神花茶!下次大家到吉澳旅遊記住試試!…Read More
