在網上見到呢個爆丼丼,即刻比照片吸引到,而且價錢吸引,但以前亦在類似的丼飯店中伏,今日都係試一試。今日主要想試丼飯,叫了一個四重爆丼($208)和一個安格斯牛肉鵝肝丼($128),四重爆丼份量算多,對得起個價錢,刺生質素不錯,海膽、吞拿魚感覺新鮮👍🏻,沒有腥味,份量亦不少,但安格斯牛肉鵝肝丼的牛肉質素只算合格,沒太大驚喜,鵝肝有兩塊但可惜煎燶咗少少🤦🏻‍♂️,不過個份量多,個牛汁味道都好好,如果唔喜歡食生野既人,可以叫來試試,穏陣不會中伏。兩個飯都可以要麵豉湯或加$5要氣水,有加一,今日共食了$375。呢餐飯算是滿意,街坊小店,性價比高,質素超越價錢,下次有機會想試下其他小食。…Read More

上星期帶老公去旺角某丼屋食海膽,但可惜餐廳未備好貨,食唔成,所以今個星期四出搜尋海膽丼,終於搵到人氣爆燈的爆丼丼,補償返老公四重爆丼,海膽佔了半個飯面,部分火炙後的海膽,半溶狀態易送飯,配上魚子、兩片帆立貝、吞拿魚蓉,整體算新鮮,但份量偏少,size是細丼。築地價錢,香港質素(當然不及築地的新鮮),如果唔夠時間飛一轉東京,喺香港當頂下癮的,都係唔錯嘅選擇👍🏻。安格斯牛肉鵝肝丼,兩片煎鵝肝配汁煮安格斯牛肉,鵝肝外層的粉漿有點厚,油脂口感偏低,可能低溫煎得太耐,鵝肝應有的油份流失了👎🏻。安格斯牛肉,醬汁偏甜,好似食緊韓式煮牛肉,牛同飯的比例大約1:2,牛肉唔算多,但飯量好夠飽,比海膽丼多。點餐時已叫侍應不要椰菜底(大肚婆唔食得,老公又唔鐘意食椰菜),侍應話午餐先有椰菜,晚餐冇椰菜,點知個丼黎到,椰菜同牛肉的份量一樣😓。餐牌上的丼飯都送味噌湯,或可加$5轉汽水,味噌湯終於有日式味道,足料👍🏻,仲有兩片油揚同大量海帶,不過可能時間的關係,海帶未煮開,仲好硬😅。老公話個海膽丼太細,唔夠飽,本來想叫汁燒牛舌同唐揚炸雞,但賣晒,其實當時未夠8點😓,侍應提議我哋食鹽燒牛舌,但見隔離枱食剩晒,伏味濃,所以最後冇點,老公最後返屋企食杯麵。小店座位較迫,服務非常一般👎🏻,我大肚唔飲得有咖啡因的茶,所以特別問侍應攞杯熱水,但係佢竟然俾錯左我兩次😡,害我緊守左8個月,係咁嘅情況下破戒飲左兩啖(😭對唔住呀BB)。…Read More

自從朋友誕下女兒後,我們聚會的地方只限荃灣,因為她要照顧女兒嘛。今晚朋友把女兒交托給她老公數小時,讓我們閒聊閒聊吃個飯。由於朋友平日放工直衝回家照顧女兒,沒有嚐過她家附近的美食,我們趁著今晚空檔一嚐她超想吃的爆丼丼。爆丼丼真的「爆」多人,我們等了好一會。在等候期間,當然要看看餐牌有何想吃的,然後入座後直接點餐。這裡丼飯選擇蠻多的,尤其是刺身款丼飯,經一番研究,我們決定吃四重爆丼及安格斯牛肉鵝肝丼,我照跟餐喝麵豉湯,朋友則加5元喝可樂。雖然剛剛颱風撤退,但天氣依舊炎熱,這一熱,最能引我的食慾莫過於四重爆丼。這碗四重爆丼應該算是爆丼丼的招牌吧,一上桌,我馬上想起山頭林立這形容詞,丼飯用料非常豐富。海膽色澤橘黃清亮,其甜味濃郁悠長,混著醋飯一起入口,滿滿大海的味道。紅噹噹的三文魚籽同樣先「色」奪人,三文魚籽該有的鮮鹹度它都有,而且彈脆感十足,汁液一咬而破。拖羅碎看似貌不驚人,送進口裡的那一刻,原來也不錯的。拖羅碎十分軟嫩,在口中隨即化開,滑嫩魚肉流入喉嚨之中。厚實的帆立貝肉質柔嫩帶甘甜,一種欲罷不能的好吃,能吃到四重爆丼真的幸福。安格斯牛肉鵝肝丼堆疊出一座豐盛的牛肉山,用料完全不手軟。經過香煎的鵝肝,香酥外皮直接鎖住鵝肝的鮮美,咬下去外酥軟嫩又潤口。安格斯牛肉熟度剛好,呈現出牛肉原本的嫩與鮮,肉汁細緻,鹹香帶甜,滋味層次豐沛。剛炸好的芝麻雞翼小心別燙,雞翼表面撒上芝麻光看已覺得香口,咬開香脆的雞皮後,肉汁不斷流出,雞肉滑溜溜的,陣陣香氣在口腔裡迴盪著。鰻魚玉子燒撲鼻而來的蛋香,加上濕度恰度好處,滑嫩可口的蛋身,當牙齒突破層層的蛋皮,嚼到微微的甜味,然後直搗中間的鰻魚,那香甜的醬汁與鰻魚的油脂,兩者牽引出甘醇鮮美。…Read More

上星期和媽媽到荃灣街市買餸時,見到有間食爆丼飯啲小店,決定今日走來食個晚飯。店鋪不是太大,但都坐得很舒服。一坐低,就見到牆上貼滿了食物的海報,令我和友人都胃口大開。我地揀了一會,決定叫兩個丼,一個火山爆丼,一個安格斯牛肉鵝肝丼。等了一陣,先嚟個麵豉湯,麵豉湯不會太咸,味道適中,仲有啲海帶,豆卜,都算多料。,之後,火山爆丼好快就嚟到啦,這個魚生飯有拖羅蓉,帆立貝,吞拿魚,三文魚,三文魚籽 5款魚生,鋪滿了個飯面,三文魚籽更是精瑩通透,圍滿飯碗邊,帆立貝和吞拿魚都切了細粒,每種魚生都好新鮮,將wasabi 魚生同飯撈埋一齊食,感覺刺激又好味。安格斯牛肉鵝肝丼 1很多安格斯牛肉鋪在飯面,仲有兩件煎到金黃色的鵝肝,加上青綠的葱花和椰菜夠晒份量,好想食晒落肚。鵝肝煎得很好,不會一咬落去成口油,好甘香,撈埋飯食好好味。安格斯牛肉,有好多件,肉味十足,廚師加了芝麻 ,所以,食落好香口,這個飯是熱的,一路食就覺得有種好幸福的感覺。這間小店雖然地方不大,但店員的服務態度唔錯,友善。可以再來嘗試其他丼。…Read More

最近呢間小店都幾多朋友推薦作為荃葵人既我咁近好西又點可以唔食返個好西呢?位於河背街既爆丼丼都唔算難搵就係寶石大廈同楊屋道街市附近晚市6點先開,我地早左到都見到有唔少人慕名而黎係門口等開門令我更加期待==============================味增湯普普通通,有少少酒精味,證明唔太靚安格斯牛肉鵝肝丼($108)極力推薦牛肉入口即溶,啖啖油脂香鵝肝唔會有騷味,但有鵝肝本身獨有既香氣個汁夠惹味又唔會太咸美中不足既係D飯略硬同用料稍為參差博多叉燒拉麵($58)湯底既醬油味道唔錯但油脂略為不足叉燒大大件,仲要有三塊滿足感UP!麵身都太淋煮耐左有改進空間小知識:正宗既博多拉麵湯底係用豬骨長時間熬成,咁就可以溶左骨頭入面既明膠,口感會好似飲牛奶咁,而且每一啖都會好感受到佢既油脂、豬肉同醬油既味道。另外麵身都會較幼,而且可以比客人選擇硬度。(但呢間店就冇得揀)芝麻雞翼($38)炸得都幾香脆但係入面唔夠嫩另外推薦大家落七味粉增加風味蟹棒玉子燒($58)呢個最有驚喜原本以為只會平平無奇但係佢所用既蛋比我想像中靚,唔會有蛋腥味而且醬汁都夠惹味最重要係上面鋪住滿滿既蟹子令人未食已經流晒口水==============================小店黎講,呢間味道算係幾好特別係佢個牛肉飯好令人回味而且價錢都唔係貴,兩個人食咁多野都只係$288份量都唔少已經搵緊飯腳睇下幾時再黎了…Read More

荃灣都幾多魚生丼,今次揀左小店支持下,閒日晚上都幾多客人,幸好不用等位就剛好可以入座。我同友人點了兩個丼飯。安格斯牛肉鵝肝丼 $98估唔到熟食的丼飯抵食夾大份,放滿安格斯牛肉,再加上厚切肥美鵝肝,完美組合。牛肉口感如肥牛般嫩腍油香,入口快要溶化,但又牛咪濃郁,配埋煎得好香既鵝肝,外脆內軟,同樣既甘香味濃,食到一半係開始膩,所以我一開始分了點給友人。兩者好夾而又冇蓋過對方味道,喜歡油潤甘香與味濃既食友們,呢個丼飯係首選。火山爆丼 $168火山爆丼有齊5款魚生,分別有拖羅蓉、帆立貝、吞拿魚、三文魚及三文魚籽,款式算多,但份量較少。賣相反而吸引,有如火山一樣,爆出好多三文魚籽。拖羅蓉拌勻醋飯,魚油香散發,肥美脂香幾吸引。吞拿魚和三文魚都切成粒,感覺似什錦魚生,可惜只有半隻嫩滑帆立貝,如果多點會更好,有點不夠喉。最好味還是提升解味,又口感十足的三文魚籽,爆發出鮮味令整個丼飯的各款魚生的味道都融合。丼飯會附送麵豉湯,味道幾清且不太咸,配料有滑溜豆腐粒及油豆腐。…Read More

聽人講過荃灣的「爆丼丼」幾抵食。這天傍晚正好經過附近,便去嘗嘗其丼飯也。雖然我曾在荃灣居住及讀書逾十年,但此店的位置連我這個老荃灣都要找一會才找到。閒日傍晚六時多來到已七、八成客滿,七點前已full house了,可見此店應有些口碑才會這麼多人幫襯。看menu此店應主打海鮮丼,價錢也比九龍或港島的海鮮丼店便宜一、兩成。不過這天不太想吃魚生,便叫了一個安格斯牛肉鵝肝丼也。先來一碗附送的麵豉湯,偏鹹,無甚特別。等了十多二十分鐘牛肉丼來了。老實講碗的size比我原來想像的細,但牛肉份量都算多,至少看來夠澎湃。肉的調味唔錯,尤其加入大量芝麻加添了香味。這裏用的安格斯牛肉雖非一級貨,但質感軟硬適中而且不老。鵝肝細細件(共兩件),看價錢質素不會太苛求,但至少沒有異味,入口亦夠油份。連埋加一$108。呢個價錢呢個份量算合理了,至少沒有賺到盡吧。…Read More
