因為家中屋企P字品牌的吸塵機壞了,要去維修,順道在家附近午餐。這家上海菜館的午市套餐,有小食有主食有飲品,看來很吸引。難得今天AL,就來試一試吧!午市剛開始,客人不多。在卡位就座後,就要用手機點菜。 鮮肉小籠包     到上海菜館,必點小籠包。一籠二件剛好可對分。 散點42個大洋4件,午市套餐有2件,即係21蚊。  鮮肉鍋貼   配豆瓣醬      多次光顧此店,皆點小籠包。散點36個大洋有3件,而套餐可選鍋貼2件,所以試試。月牙形鍋貼底部煎至金黃色,夠脆口,中間肉汁會必出來,要小心。 厚皮所以嚐到麵粉味,肉餡沒有梘水味。嫩雞煨麵    想來個清新的主食,所以點嫩雞煨麵。 真身原來勁大碗,正!  奶白湯底有雞肉也有菜粒,健康左! 上海麵要配湯底一起放在口中,慢慢感受那滋味。  整體夠溫潤 ,容易吞下嚥,很舒服。 排骨菜飯    茂利喜歡大大塊炸豬扒,啖啖肉。而飯中有菜,感覺較健康。 水煮魚    茂利昨天嚐過酸菜魚,今天想要水煮魚。大大盤,上枱夠震撼。 多件魚柳浸在紅色水煮料,配豆芽,盤底有薯粉,很足料。 高力豆沙    午市套餐多加十几個大洋,就得到二件高力豆沙,計落抵尐。  奈何自己不會在家制作高力豆沙。 熱豆漿  午市套餐的飲品。 來到一點左右,已經客滿,店內很熱鬧呢!…Read More

一直都沒光顧過夏麵館,終於等到它進駐新都城!這晚帶著公公婆婆外出晚飯,食上海菜是個不錯的選擇,可以到夏麵館一試了。餐牌設計的分類清晰,點餐方便,也可透過QR code點餐啊~~夏味燻蛋,蛋黃呈溏心狀態,半熟狀的蛋黃柔軟又香濃,蛋白燻得好香好入味!上海醬鴨,色澤亮麗,醬汁香濃,單吃會稍微鹹一點,配飯吃會比較好。鴨肉帶點羶香,肉質紮實得來又不會太韌。嫩雞煨麵,湯底香滑,麵質爽滑,菜與雞肉的份量適中。翡翠獅子頭,以肥瘦豬肉打成肉丸,再以醬汁炆煮。獅子頭入口軟稔,肉汁豐沛,有肉香,同樣是醬汁略略鹹一點。炸饅頭,即炸饅頭熱焫焫,夠脆又不油膩,蘸煉奶吃是絕配!!蟹粉小籠包,皮薄,肉餡飽滿之餘又充滿湯汁,入口帶淡淡蟹粉香氣。貓山王榴槤高力,將本來高力豆沙的豆沙餡轉為貓山王榴槤肉,外層的蛋白炸得夠鬆化,榴槤肉不少,惟榴槤香味不足。貓山王榴槤鍋餅 (半份),鍋餅餅皮煎得金黃酥脆,中間夾著榴槤肉,榴槤香味比起榴槤高力來得出色,很好吃!茶錢不算貴,$5/位,而長者則是免茶錢啊!今餐所點的菜式,質素都令我們滿意,只是醬鴨與獅子頭的口味稍重,但個人覺得配飯是可以的。…Read More
