在銅鑼灣買東西前,午餐先飲茶才開戰。蒸點有潮州粉果、叉燒包以及鮑魚糯米燒賣。潮州粉果的皮煙煙靭靭的,跟叉燒包一樣是正常發揮。燒賣以糯米代替豬肉,趁上鮑魚又是另一番境界。五柳炸雲吞乃香口之物,重點就是要去除油膩感,這個就做到了。雲吞皮炸得相當香脆,少少的蝦肉餡還吃得出鮮味來。五柳汁亦甜酸得宜,不俗。小人以往食開的鮮竹卷都是蒸出來的,放湯還是第一次。這碗鮮竹卷一客三條,肉餡飽滿、腐皮腍滑,而最美味的就是湯底夠清之餘更是充滿姬松茸的香氣,鮮上加鮮!不諻多讓的魚翅灌湯餃亦是出色之作!湯底是濃雞湯,啖得出雞的精華所在,餃子很大隻,餃皮軟身得來不會一咬即爛,裡面有不少魚翅,滿滿的豐足感!晶瑩剔透的桂花糕食味不會過甜,從外面看已見到分佈著很多杞子,清清地挺不錯。至於迷你鴛鴦炒飯,紅色那邊是紅菜頭汁加蝦仁,綠色那邊應是菠菜汁加雞肉。炒飯底不太突出,只因都被芡汁完全掩蓋掉,而且調味不足,要加點豉油才好些,以致整碗飯太濕了,相對失色。除了飯之外,點心竟然都做得甚為愜意,吃到食材的鮮味。…Read More

星期六晚,心血來潮想星期日在港島吃廣東點心做午餐,因不想花時間輪候,所以在OpenRice搜尋可以訂枱的點心餐廳,就找到處於利舞台的「花江春月」,加上有不少好評所以決定試試。訂了12點半,在九龍接過家人後經東隧過海,沒有塞車,12點多就將車在利園區的停車場泊好就行去利舞台。餐廳位於利舞台的21樓,繁忙時間可能要預多點時間等待升降機。因為有預訂枱可以即時入座。餐廳的裝潢不錯,有點懷舊味道而光線充足,梳化位更可用舒適來形容:)。用餐器具的架調個人也認為不錯👍就像不少餐廳,可掃QR code用app落單,可能是午餐,所有的懷舊點心例如三星燒賣等也沒有提供。沒有懷舊點心就試其他,包括新派點心吧首先上枱的是叉燒菠蘿包,不算什麼新派點心但很受小朋友歡迎。菠蘿包鬆脆,一咬下去就跌到一碟也是菠蘿脆皮碎😁跟隨就是叉燒腸。這叉燒腸粉配上芫茜汁及紫菜,賣相有點特別,但與叉燒的味道互相配合得宜,在其他中式酒家也沒有吃過,這就算新派點心吧。吃了一個新派的,又輪到傳統的帶子腸粉,但這腸粉除了帶子還有鮮蝦,確保咬下去必定爽口!又輪到算新派的金魚餃。吃下的質感及味道與蝦餃接近,但賣相特別,加上杏汁,感覺在炎熱的天氣下得到清新而不膩。吃過清新的金魚餃就到味道濃烈的炸蠔。可惜同枱的大人熱氣而小朋友又不太愛蠔的質感,這點心在我們的枱面上滯銷 🤣到了阿仔至愛的蝦餃,但是這裡的是新派蝦餃,用上了日本的櫻花蝦,令蝦餃變成了粉紅。味道方面,阿仔認為還是傳統的蝦餃比較好食,平日他一個吃一盅四件,今次只吃了兩件😁再來就是鮮竹卷,整體味道平穩,雖然加入了姬松茸但味覺上不能太嘗出其鮮味。最後兩様是牛肉球與春卷。牛肉球由子薑、崧子襯底,吃下時子薑的味道帶出了牛肉的惹味。至於春卷,又是另一炸物但就受到小朋友的歡迎,很快就吃完了。整體食物質素、用餐環境都不俗,不過短期內未必會回頭,始終選擇較一般廣東點心的酒樓為少,如果可供應那些懷舊點心會比較理想。…Read More
