自己本身也挺喜歡吃日本菜的,日式放題、居酒屋等等的我都愛,奈何日本菜本身就是比較高消費的菜式,也不是常常有錢吃。這天是和男朋友的紀念日,他非常喜歡吃日本菜,之前其實搜尋過這間串燒炸物店,人氣頗高,去試試也好。在餐廳可以選擇榻榻米或是普通的座位,我們選擇了普通的座位,不過榻榻米也頗有特色的,不是每一間餐廳都有。即使是普通的座位,餐廳亦很貼心,放了一個箱子在椅子下,方便客人擺放自己的物品。以串燒為主的食店,款式還真的頗多,除了常見的豬牛雞之外,還有一些特色款式如半熟蛋、芝士蕃茄雞肉。另外還有前菜和主菜,高湯雞蛋卷好像好特別,不知質素如何?在座位前亦會擺放不同味道的醬汁,比較特別的有秘製辣醬、山椒和一味辣粉,亦有說明哪些是配炸物,哪些是配串燒的,吃的時候便感覺更能搭配。半熟煮玉子在這裡是必點的,比起一般的溏心蛋很不一樣,一般的溏心蛋是就這樣原隻呈上的,溏心部分甜甜的,這裡的蛋事先經過油炸,所以表情脆脆的,格外美味。裡面的蛋黃味香濃,但不像溏心蛋那般有甜味,還是很滋味。然後是高湯雞蛋卷,外型令我想起了常見的玉子燒,其實味道大致上都差不多,只是高湯雞蛋卷是蒸的。想不到雞蛋卷也能如此好吃蛋味香濃是一定的,然後吃進口口感很濕潤,證明烹調的過程有足夠的水分,旁邊還有蘿蔔蓉可沾在雞蛋卷上。自己本身是海鮮迷,當然要點蝦來試試。看到一些食評,這份好像是天使蝦,其實我也不曉得天使蝦是什麼,不過看樣子的確跟平時的蝦有分別,同樣是經過油炸的,外皮脆脆的,蝦也很大隻呀裡面的蝦肉爽口彈牙。雞肉丸 $23/串豬肉 25/串雞肉丸在這裡大概就是免治雞肉棒,平時在居酒屋我也很喜歡吃免治雞肉棒,在這裡的也很好吃,雞肉很新鮮,吃進口口感軟軟,裡面有一些雞軟骨,口感爽脆。很少在串燒店吃串燒是覺得好吃的,這裡的竟然真令我驚嘆不會很硬,拿捏得剛好。作為雞翼迷又怎能不點雞翼呢?炸雞翼在日式店舖叫「手羽先唐揚」,所以客人多數看到手羽先唐揚便會知道是炸雞翼,炸雞翼算是不錯的,外皮有點脆身,表面是乾身,不過裡面好像有點油膩,值得一讚的是醬油味明顯,甜甜的雞肉新鮮熱辣的。最後想介紹的是牛舌,牛舌多數也是配以黑椒的,雖然牛肉的份量不算很多,不過牛舌帶點煙韌的口感,口感豐富。能吃到黑椒味,又不會很辣,不然會很嗆口。…Read More
