聽過幾次龍泉個名, 終於搵到機會同老爺奶奶試下 揀左268一位個個餐, 假日每位都只係加$10, 一D都唔狼死, 哈哈 蟹肉金山勾翅 料足, 翅裙有咬 口, 湯又甜又香, 份量夠, 大家都可以飲多碗 花雕蛋白蒸蟹, 強! 好大隻! 好肥美! 好甜! 酒香撲鼻! 蛋好甜而且勁滑! 無敵!原隻鮑魚扣山珍海味 大大隻冬菇入晒味, 有咬口又夠滑 鮑魚夠淋夠入味, 有香味, 不過鮑味爭左D, 但係呢個價錢, 已經食多過付出既價格了! 花膠, 唔會太淋OR太韌, 爽口的, 有味, 不過可以再入味D, 都唔錯既海星斑 魚係新鮮的, 蒸得岩岩好, 肉質唔老, 唔錯 天下第一雞 個名其實都冇點誇張到, 咁香口既野, 入口香脆, 唔油, 好惹味, 係入好晒味先落獲, 唔係得D味係皮度. 全皮既芝麻, 唔會有太強烈令人覺得熱氣OR濟既炸芝麻味 (本人不喜歡炸物上的芝麻), 只係增添香口度, 勁! 而且雞味仲係肉入面, 肉質鮮嫩, 唔太好食雞既我都覺得好好味! 哈哈! 招牌三式蝦 其實都唔錯,黃金蝦冇太油, 夠香口, 蛋黃又香又濃, 正! 蝦丸, 彈牙有咬口 (不過小心入口勁燙), 入面仲有流心芝士, 唔錯! 豉油王蝦碌, 其實唔係唔好食, 味道唔錯的, 只係個黃金蝦太強, 令到呢味略為遜色粉絲蒸大聖子 價錢係定既, 不過菜式同貨源係活既, 本身應該係粉絲蒸元貝, 因為入貨價格唔抵變左大聖子(因為剛剛當造!), 真係太幸運! 有去街市海鮮檔既人都知元貝一向都唔係太高價野, 反而大聖子係高價野 D大聖子肥大又鮮甜味美, 正呀!瑤柱西蘭花 太豐富既菜式入面較為俾大家 “清清/ 抖抖” 既菜式 對於我地熱愛豐富既朋友, 其實唔要貴既瑤柱, 換啫啫蝦干通菜/生菜煲會開心d, 哈哈 炒飯 香口, 唔油, 有功架味道都唔錯 甜品係香芒大菜膏, 感覺有D似布甸不過唔係布甸, 爽口, 唔會太甜, 食完豐富既一餐, 呢個飯後甜品真係唔錯!…Read More

短時間內幫襯第2次,係因為夾硬食左鮑蔘翅肚餐,今次想食番上次佢唔比我地食既雞炖翅餐,點知惡夢就開始了, 令我知道呢間私房菜真係唔岩我口味,直情要用難食黎形容,我唔會再黎.... 我地被安排坐房, 有部電視機不停跳線, 有聲無畫, D聲又質下質, 侍應不停用REMOTE 响我地門口調較, 我地叫左3次不如熄左佢啦, 佢地先肯放棄.... 雞炖翅雖然有成隻雞上枱, 但湯裡沒有濃郁的雞味, 非常清淡, 翅量亦少.我地用酥炸生蠔換左天下第一雞, 保持水準, ok! 香脆蝦多士 - 熱辣辣上枱, 非常香口, 亦有蝦味, 不錯!我唔知道避風塘炒蟹係咪有分門派, 但我就未食過咁樣既避風塘炒蟹喇, 肉質很梅很水沒有肉, 而且沒有大堆頭的香蒜辣椒, 一點都感受唔到避風塘既味道, 同埋蟹殼太薄, 食到成咀都係蟹殼, 應該係水蟹....  呢度既秘制牛腩, 非常的咸, 同埋好韌, 我唔相信係冇落味精, 衰過車仔麵既碎腩。上海鴨菘生菜包真係唔掂,D粒粒切得太大粒, 加上太咸 同太油... 一人食左一件就停手。本來餐係寫生炆海斑尾,但佢黎左生炆龍躉尾,以為執到寶啦,點知非常的鯹,叫阿老板娘黎試味,佢話龍躉係會鯹鯹地既,又話已經龍躉貴好多, 特登去唔知邊度邊度買先有, 個問題係就算你比龍肉我食, 咁係鯹吖嘛, 都係食唔落口架啦, 最後我地冇野好講啦,原條放番响度。鮮蟹肉扒時疏,佢地將蟹肉完全換晒做榣柱,蟹毛都冇條, 西蘭花仍然好似上次咁無味無道。一心諗住成餐飯都咁差,上次既芒果布甸都几好食,可以攞番個尾彩啦,點知今次既芒果布甸係有濃郁既冬菇味,老板娘亦親證有冬菇味,佢既解釋係,佢D伙記將D剛剛切好既冬菇,放左响芒果布甸下面層雪柜,所以有冬菇味。解釋完一輪,完全無諗過點樣補償我地,我地都唔係貪小便宜,無要求佢比折扣我地,佢只係建議我地下次食番鮑蔘翅肚餐,其實咁既質素,咁既態度,唔係仲諗住我地會再幫襯咁天真呀?…Read More

在華源大廈等lift 都係一件不容易的事情, 由於太多自由行响呢d 舊building 度租民宿, 我地等左4 部 lift, 好不容易先上到去龍泉私房菜, 住家店內兩房一廳, 廳內有2大枱, 我們8人被安排坐在廳內的其中一枱, 雖然整個店內只有5-6枱客人左右, 但回音很大, 所以店內非常嘈噪, 傾計都傾得几辛苦..... 我們是預先訂位的, 但由於只有最後一枱的位, 原先我地係想食"雞炖翅餐 ($228/位)"的, 但店主要求我地一定要食"鮑參翅肚海鮮餐($248/位)", 是因為價錢問題 (後者貴$20/位)? 我地都唔知... 生拆蟹肉金山勾翅 - 翅的量很多, 雖然我唔係環保人仕, 但真係多到越食越內疚, 其實唔洗咁誇啦, 另外芡汁也是普通飲宴的味道.. 原隻鮑魚扣金山海味 - 味濃, 有鮑魚, 海参, 花膠及大花菇, 可惜鮑魚太細隻, 但有濃郁的鮮味和爽口. 海参和花膠很爽口, 大花菇炆得非常惹味. 天下第一雞 - 賣相雖很差, 但皮脆雞嫩. 花雕蛋白蒸海蟹 - 蒸得恰到好處, 非常濃的花雕味道, 蛋白很細滑, 加上肉蟹肉多肥美, 另人回味的一道菜.金銀蒜粉絲蒸元貝 - 我地估師傳唔記得落豉油, 我地問侍應, 佢竟然就咁攞D 無煮過既鼓油比我地, 令呢道菜淡而無味, 又無鑊氣, o徙晒!招牌三色蝦 - 很寒酸的感覺, 看上去好唔新鮮, 而且3款都沒有驚喜, 尤其係芝士蝦丸, 跟街邊的串燒檔貨色沒有分別.... 其餘2款蝦的size 就好似白灼蝦咁大, 用黎整黃金蝦同埋鼓油王蝦真係o徙功夫.... 清蒸游水海斑 - 蒸得剛剛好, 魚肉很滑很鮮, 且有感少少爽口, 正!榣柱扒西蘭花 - 淡而無味, 而且西蘭花較硬炒飯 - 無俗, 較淡口, 吃過這麼多道菜後, 呢個清清炒飯也不錯.芒果布甸 - 賣相很好, 口感很滑, 而且芒果肉也不少呢! 這個結尾很好!…Read More

得同事介紹下,我們十一人的聚餐,便不用頭痛往哪裡吃喇。到步樓下,因華源大廈,有不少出入口,記得看清楚1號lift。平民私房菜格局,沒什裝潢,但地方企理,還看到廚房很整潔。枱上有枝紅酒,附送的,味道也不錯。等了15分鐘,第一度菜,花雕蛋白蒸海蟹。蟹肉肉質麻麻,花雕蛋白可以整得甜少少和實少少。生拆蟹肉扒金山勾翅,雖然翅不算很多,但上湯味很有住家的雞湯味,與平日在外吃的翅湯味很不同。正!天下第一雞,極多芝麻,充滿芝麻的雞,拉過油,特別提出芝麻的香味。雞皮仍脆。金銀蒜粉絲蒸元貝,絕無加很多油去蒸,清吃的蒜堆/元貝,吃得份外放心。招牌三色蝦,驚喜之作!!豉油乾煎蝦,有點過咸。蝦丸,是芝士蝦丸喎,炸得很金香。最出色是黃金蝦!平日吃的黃金蝦是,咸蛋黃蓉,濕潤的在蝦身表面。但這裡的卻把蛋黃炸得澈底,乾涸在蝦殼上,蝦殼脆得也可吃掉!好甘香呀!清蒸海斑,無乜特別,通病─略蒸過火。久等的原隻鮑魚扣山珍海味,飽魚和花膠爽口,鮑魚邊,吃下有點渣。海參炆得過腍,有點鹼水味。但最好食既,竟然係冬菇囉!湯汁味入晒冬菇內,正如翅上湯一樣,正。瑤柱扒西蘭花,極少瑤柱,透明獻汁無乜味,勝在西蘭花夠腍,不會o趙崩牙。飄香炒飯,炒得乾身,有點濃味添.....。义燒份量多,夠晒味,整體都ok!芒果布甸,布甸不是腍,是爽口. 大菜糕口感,也無乜芒果。飯後甜品,淺嚐也足夠了。盡管每度菜未必完全滿意,但用心做出來的,不差得去哪。未吃罷全餐已飽了,幸好上菜速度,因煮食時間關係,也會停幾陣子,大家傾下計,給胃部休息下也好啊。…Read More

友人出左豐厚bonus,邀約一眾好友,一行8人食返餐好o既,揀左呢間 "龍泉" 私房菜。但係食飯前一日,臨時轉左去隔離海防大廈食,去到間野個名叫"尚膳",但食o既野係一樣。我唯有揀返卡片果間寫食評。可能係星期五o既關係,8點去度,已經滿座。兩間房都人頭湧湧,我地坐大廳。因為朋友只有卡片,所以我地點o既係卡片後$248 o既套餐,上到去先知原來有更多選擇可以揀。服務態度普通,由操唔正廣東話o既嬸嬸serve,當然我地都明白係呢d地方唔可以要求好好service。(順卡片序寫)第1味:生拆蟹肉金山勾翅。味道一般,翅o既份量還可以,每人勉強都可以有兩碗。第2味:花雕蛋白蒸海蟹。有3隻蟹,都算新鮮,蟹膏夠多。蛋白蒸得夠滑,但冇咩酒味。第3味:原隻鮑魚扣山珍海味。除鮑魚外,有海參、花膠同小棠菜。鮑魚炆得夠腍,都幾有味。其他就普通。第4味:天下第一雞。呢味係最尾黎o既。雞冇咩特別,雞皮佈滿芝麻。味道較鹹同好似未夠熟。有友人先食雞皮,說感覺好似食緊煎堆 第5味:清蒸游水海班。魚蒸得過熟,魚肉有d靭。第6味:招牌三色蝦。三色:豉油蝦、炸蝦丸同流沙蝦。蝦算新鮮,唔梅。豉油蝦同流沙蝦偏鹹。蝦丸包住芝士,可能我食o既時候已經凍左,冇"爆芝士" o既感覺。第7味:金銀蒜蒸扇貝。蒜蓉同粉絲好多,扇貝size正常。不過冇咩豉油,唔夠味。第8味:瑤柱扒西蘭花。瑤柱份量足,味道不錯。第9味:飄香炒飯。飯呈淡黃色,食落去感覺似楊州炒飯,還可以。第10味:精美甜品。唔知係芒果定桃布甸。廚師用左一個花形模整呢個甜品,切o既時候已經feel到質地好硬。擺入口就好似食緊大菜糕,可能係魚膠粉落得太多。而mix埋一切o既生果就似係桃,因為唔似芒果咁腍。私房菜黎講,呢間唔係咁特別,套餐入面冇一樣係好標青。但若以呢個價錢可以食到咁多款餸,算係ok。下次有咩特別function,可能會再同朋友黎試其他套餐。…Read More

7月9日(星期五)晚,因為要開始準備下個月的考試,所以這個月打算盡量減少出席食友們的飯局,最初也曾推掉這個飯局。然而人算不如天算,是日我在銅鑼灣溫完書等待女友放工期間,卻突然收到食友的來電,說仍有空位而問我可有空前來,我說已約了女友吃晚飯,食友便叫我和女友一起來。結果,我和女友始終都出席了是晚飯局。地方是很隱蔽,就算得到食友的教路,始終都撘錯了電梯,最後要勞煩食友來接我們。約二十人分兩位坐也祇是剛好坐得下,畢竟是住宅地方有限,還要客廳有三檯,房內有一檯客。鮮蟹肉扒生翅:喝得出紅燒湯芡是用足老雞、金華火腿等材料熬出來的,奈何豆粉下得頗多,而且翅是翅裙尾碎,就算是私房菜也得將貨就價;花雕蛋白蒸海紅蟹:未上檯已聞到花雕的酒香,蟹肉幼滑鮮味;招牌三色蝦:美極蝦既入味又惹味,黃金蝦的咸蛋黃漿緊緊的黏附在蝦殼上,極俱鹹香,同檯食友都紛紛如此美味的黃金蝦是如何烹調,相反炸蝦丸甚為普通;金銀蒜粉絲蒸元貝:一般酒樓食肆都可吃到的菜式,並無特別;天下第一雞:雖雞肉甚嫩滑,味道偏鹹,亦無雞味,何以名為「天下第一雞」?原隻鮑魚扣山珍海味:芡汁色深味濃,卻未能襯托出鮑魚,海參,花膠及冬菇等材料的味道,亦令我差點錯過了品嘗原隻鮑魚的機會;清蒸老虎斑:魚身不大,肉質尚算軟滑,蒸得剛好;瑤柱扒西蘭花:賣相頗特別,瑤柱芡汁頗濃味,西蘭花也算翠綠;飄香炒飯:飯粒分明,但飯粒也炒得太乾身了,而且下得太多芫茜和蔥,令女友望而卻步,最後我吃了碗半炒飯。第一次吃私房菜的感覺,沒有甚麼特別,祇是在住宅地方吃酒樓菜肴,可能因為成本減少了而價錢可調低一些,但我卻吃不到如傳聞中令人刮目相看的高質素私房菜。…Read More
