終於唔洗出城，係屯門都有沾麵食啦。係Aeon隔離嘅大門拉麵，週末基本上都係排長龍，趁住平日少人排隊，當然要試試我期待已久嘅沾麵！🍜大門叉燒沾麵麵嘅粗度、煙韌度唔錯，掛到湯；湯底好濃魚介味，好味！但稍嫌湯唔夠熱，天冷下食一陣就涼晒⋯叉燒有兩大塊，因為炙燒過所以特別香，而且肥瘦均勻👍🏻好食嘅叉燒就係要有脂肪先香，依點好少香港拉麵店做到，有驚喜！不過當然都有混入「淨肉」嘅叉燒😂個人黎講，以$85食到依個水準嘅沾麵係合格，份量同味道都不過不失。而且menu選擇亦唔少，下次有機會再試埋其他拉麵同油麵😋…Read More

抵食高質 大門拉麵收工同朋友去咗屯市食拉麵。這間拉麵鋪裝修看落不算很特別，不過拉麵又幾好食。大門特製拉麵 Daimon Special Ramen ($75)I took the menu's recommendation and took this Daimon Special Ramen and it was fantastic. There came a bowl of ramen, which looked nice. My eyes were immediately drawn to the pork belly.The broth holds the key to the success of any ramen store and well, I would have to say that their recipe has won my heart. The broth tasted rich and had good depth.
