下午朋友請食飯，到旺角moko試食呢間新火鍋湊湊火鍋，餐廳環境比較中式，有很多盆栽擺設物，詩情畫意的裝修忘記自己在吃火鍋，Book咗房，房間景觀開揚，侍應細心介紹食品及湯底，五個人叫了一個三種湯底大鍋，超大個喎，分別有台式麻辣湯、膠原蛋白湯、菌菇湯，我們先飲一啖湯，麻辣湯有藥材味好好飲，膠原蛋白湯好濃，過菌菇湯就比較清甜，我們點了和牛雪花分布均勻入口即溶，還有豚肉及羊肉片，侍應推介我們點聖子，果然冇介紹錯非常新鮮，接着是海鮮棒棒糖，即刻蝦滑魚滑，賣相將棒棒糖，還有什菇拼盤，火鍋店還提供大紅袍珍珠奶茶，茶底非常濃勁大杯好抵飲，中途侍應還提供烏梅茶味啫喱冰，作用是讓客人青青味蕾再品嚐美食，非常細心。雖然價錢比深圳貴，但食物質素比深圳還要高，環境及衛生也比較好，絕對值得再試。…Read More
