於網上平台見到一向跟蹤開嘅食家近日上載咗一幅相當吸引嘅和牛三文治靚相,得知出自銅鑼灣韓燒店「柞木炭家」,小肥即組咗團大食會去試。網上訂座流程十分簡易,最興奮就係可享全單85折優惠!不過有點好奇怪,就係要等到用餐當日先收到餐廳來電確認,並告知用餐時間限定為兩小時。餐廳佔用面積全層,以木為主嘅裝潢及橫樑屏風嘅設計時尚得黎都帶有韓國古裝片嘅影子。用餐大堂十分寬廣,餐桌間嘅距離足,唯獨室內光線偏暗,抽氣唔係咁夠勁。餐桌最特別嘅就係角落頭有個擺放煮食工具嘅窿窿。入座後,服務生隨即送上五款前菜小碟,款式明顯比一般韓燒店少,就連最基本嘅菠菜、魚餅、薯仔沙律、魚仔等都冇。五款小碟中只有泡菜一項係有得自行添加,似乎孤寒咗唔止啲啲囉!每位客人另有一份三式調味拼盤,係咩就要自己估啦,因為上咗枱後係冇人介紹嘅。唔知服務生係過份生手定係欠缺誠意呢,擺少咗個位居然要再三催促先補返簡單嘅自用餐具,唔問仲要冇乾、濕紙巾用,慳吝嘅作風越黎越顯著!桌上有自助式凍茶。餐牌上嘅飲品項目共有兩頁,大部份中、韓、英對照。酒鬼食韓燒當然係要啤一啤佢啦!食物餐牌則有五頁之多,包括三頁散點項目及節令菜式。另外兩頁為二人套餐「王道」($698)及四至五人套餐「御膳」($1,588)。八口子最終決定點選一客「御膳」,其中幾款招牌菜就加夠每人一份,另加配「最上等牛肋骨」(加$318),再升級要埋個海膽石頭飯(另加$210)作單尾。食物迅即一窩蜂咁上,張枱明明唔夠位服務生都仲要向上疊,餸菜擺低後一聲不響就走埋人,想追問時個個好似聾耳陳上身咁,真係O哂嘴囉!雖然隔咗陣另有專人前來燒煮第一道牛肉,其態度亦溫婉友善得多,有問必答,可惜燒咗一輪過熟嘅牛肉後就冇再返轉頭,表面功夫都好敷衍吓。和牛三文治($318):桌上被疊得最高嘅和牛三文治層次分明,麵包外層乾巧軟腍,經炸過嘅和牛餡心色澤粉嫩,肉厚鬆爽,口感豐富得很,不過如果可以熱啲就更完美!大家要留意,一客和牛三文治共有四件,一個人一件份量最好,不過長者有機會覺得一件太溜。御膳($1,588)之名品醬油蝦:大大隻醬油蝦質感爽潤滑溜,可惜醬油唔係好夠味。「御膳」($1,588)之最上等牛助骨(另加$318):最上等牛助骨外表鮮紅潤澤,無奈估計因被服務生燒煮得過熟,咬落質感卻韌而硬,加上調味料中未有提供燒烤汁,喺肉汁欠奉嘅情況下變得更乾,絕對唔值得俾$318加點!如相所示,伴配嘅生菜黏上雜質,疑似未洗得乾淨,直令衛生大打折扣!「御膳」($1,588)之慶州五花肉夏胡麻沙律:墊底嘅沙律清爽鮮艷,敗筆在於主角「五花肉」薄片唔夠脂肪,豬肉又乾又嚡口,極為失色!「御膳」($1,588)之海鮮煎蔥餅:外表金黃嘅海鮮煎蔥餅濕濕腍腍,毫不香脆,內含嘅什錦海鮮粒粒唔係韌就係硬,而且一啲鮮味都冇,堅唔掂!「御膳」($1,588)之壽喜燒和牛西冷四件;壽喜燒和牛西冷($288/兩件):晚餐嘅高潮必數此道壽喜燒和牛西冷!由於「御膳」套餐只包有四件,契妹好醒咁追加定四件(即兩客),砌夠每人都有一件。八人份量配有八隻月見蛋蛋及飯團,一次過上確真震撼!每片紅白雲石紋理鮮明嘅壽喜燒和牛西冷均由專人燒煮,三成熟嘅和牛西冷薄片柔潤軟嫩,撈入鮮黃亮麗嘅月見蛋黃即增添香濃滑溜,包住細細球飯團食更成功減輕膩感;長輩嘴邊雖不停話好邪惡,卻又讚不絕口,XO仔絕對覺得係必吃推介!「御膳」($1,588)之是日雪下覓炙五款部位:細佬中文程度差,要搵Google之神先知「雪下覓炙」係指「高麗宮廷貴族雪夜下嚐的燒肉」,亦即英文版「Rare Beef Cuts」翻譯出嘅「稀有牛肉」。餐牌上列出嘅是日五款為韓牛牛柳、和牛三筋、和牛特上貝身肉、和牛上肋肉、和牛牛舌,分別以兩個拼盤上,但傳菜時並未有服務生告知邊樣打邊樣,毫不專業。個人最欣賞圓碟右方嘅雪花和牛,油脂豐腴嘅靚牛化於舌上,極品也!左邊大大塊嘅牛肉煮至三成熟亦軟潤多汁。XO仔唯一識別到長碟最後方嘅為和牛牛舌,牛舌雖則切得夠薄,但點燒都好韌,唔係好得囉!話哂餐牌上標明為「稀有部位」喎,大家都諗住唔好以貌取牛啦,點知五款中最劣真係瘀瘀地色,且切到岩岩巉巉嘅牛肉條!啲肉勁多根,連碗都咬得崩嘅大肥爸爸都話搞佢唔點,仲諷刺地講咗句「稀有唔代表一定好喎」,又真係幾有道理嘅!「御膳」($1,588)之海膽石頭飯(另加$210):加錢升級嘅海膽石頭飯熱力十足,墊底嘅飯粒肥潤飽滿,撈勻埋閃亮嫩滑嘅海膽及鮮香惹味嘅紫菜,飯品集鮮嫩甜濃香脆於一身,個人只係略嫌舖面嘅海膽份量唔係咁夠,如果加多一排海膽效果必定更佳。「御膳」($1,588)之是日精選甜品:結尾嘅芝士蛋糕先最、最、最恐怖,一口咬落去,蛋糕入面嘅冰沙即令細佬同契妹敏感嘅牙齒極度酸軟,嗰種好比針拮嘅刺痛實在難受,世估唔到甜品竟然仍未溶解,咁冇心的話不如套餐唔好包甜品好過啦!「柞木炭家」環境開揚寬廣,無奈喺店子並非爆滿嘅情形下,接待員及場內多位服務生就表演得不甚誠懇,廚房所預備嘅韓燒食材及煮製嘅冷盤、熱食質量十分參差,當中只有和牛菜式最為美味。雖然餐廳限定用餐時間為兩小時,但都不應一次過上哂所點選嘅生熟菜式,影響衛生之餘更有催趕食客之嫌,令人極之反感!即使食客可享網上訂座折扣優惠,但平均消費都要五百多元,餐店內外也未免過份敷衍吧?!…Read More
