It was a casual dinner with just 3 of us. Was recommended by one of us as some dishes were a must try.Just by studying the menu, it was quite an easy menu to read with large images.Though there were 3 of us, we ordered a good amount of food as we were told that the food portions were quite small.蔥吞拿魚腩薄脆: Quite an interesting dish, as it has minced tuna meat on top with a dressing of diced onions and at the bottom it consist of a crispy base of rice. The rice was dry, and crispy and a bit thin, therefore wasn't too hard to chew through.  The tuna was diced but it didn't stick onto the rice very well and kept falling off. Got messy after a while. Anyway, the overall taste was alright, it was the thought that was special but the taste was ok.壽司拼盤: An original assorted sushi dish, i didn't find the sushi to be anything special or particularly delicious. The fish wasn't particularly fresh or yummy, so overall nothing surprising about it.  I think the best piece was the scallop sushi as it has the best taste and most flavour in the scallop. Otherwise quite a disappointing  dish.日本黑毛和牛刺身: This dish was something different, it was surprisingly good!  It looks basic but the beef was really tender, though it was a little frozen, it had a side sauce that after dipping, it had a great taste! the beef wasn't very tough, had a very fragrant taste and melts.  宮崎煙豬肝:  This was a very special dish, I have tried pork liver before, but marinated at this kind and with this taste was my first. The liver was marinated with some sort of sauce but somehow it was kept very dry when served. It had a sesame mustard sauce on the side which was slightly sour bringing up the bitterness of the liver.  The liver taste was very strong, and with the side sauce it was super tasteful! 螢光魷魚:  This was a rather special dish. It seems to be an exotic type of dish, it happens to be raw squid. Then marinated with some type of sauce. But the taste was salty...and i mean very salty. Though the salty-ness it wasn't that bad, the squid had a good crunch, and not chewy, so it was easy to eat and the taste was very flavourable. This dish does make a good starter. We spent around $400 per head for the food we ordered. We couldn't expect it to be that cheap for Japanese cuisine at dinner time. But for it's price and quality of food, I'll say its OK, i didn't personally like every dish, and I don't think i would return to this place.Overall: 50/100…查看更多

第一次去這間穴日本料理,入面裝修型格,黑色為主,暗光亦調暗,客人不多,環境安靜,坐得舒服!價錢都屬中上價,四人食了差不多一千蚊,但不飽,只係剛剛好!但質素滿意,服務尚可!今次叫咗什錦魚生沙律,沙律個汁好味,少少酸甜!另外個紫菜海膽,海膽好新鮮,食落好甜,食海膽最驚唔新鮮和臭,今次就無失望,!再嚟個壽司拼盤加個鰻魚飯,本人好仲意個鰻魚飯,鰻魚軟綿綿,加少少蛋絲同鰻魚汁!不得了呀!最後以炸雞軟骨同辣雞結尾,不過味道同期它地方一樣,無驚喜!!穴 雖然整份量唔多,價錢屬中上價,如果係唔介意介錢,想滿足口福同坐得舒服傾偈!係好岩的地方!!…查看更多
