近排都少咗食蔬菜嘅情況下,就決定食返餐素菜。今次揀選咗黃埔嘅巧饍坊,地點非常方便,黃埔又特別多停車場,唔使怕無位泊車,而Honey收工喺銅鑼灣搭地鐵過嚟都係廿分鐘。今餐點咗嘅食物包括:- XO醬炒腸粉- 青瓜涼皮- 秘制士多啤梨生炒骨- 上湯豆苗- 酸辣豆腐羹- 足料老火湯XO醬炒腸粉,XO醬份量足夠,每一段嘅腸粉都被XO醬嘅味道包住,熱辣惹味!青瓜涼皮青瓜嘅青翠配上冰涼嘅涼皮,很適合夏天品嚐。秘制士多啤梨生炒骨,外貌都有少少似金沙骨,而味道很香士多啤梨味。腐皮包了素雞及蓮藕,第一口咬落都有D似食到骨嘅感覺。上湯豆苗份量都幾多,豆苗亦新鮮無渣。酸辣豆腐羹配料足,而且食落明顯係即煮,非常好!足料老火湯果然好足料,青紅蘿蔔湯以腰果及其他雜豆煲,飲落都幾濃。下次可以再同媽媽嚟試吓。…Read More

今天午飯時間,特別想食素食,就與三位同事到巧膳坊用膳。我們點了一個四人餐,首先是一人一碗例湯,湯裏面有佛手瓜,黃瓜,圓肉,清甜滋潤, 鹹味適中, 湯渣口感夠軟, 火候夠。隨後就是前菜,涼拌青瓜,清甜可口,有濃郁嘅麻油香味,亦灑上芝麻,加上雲耳, 醒胃一流。下一樣就是點心一籠四件,蝦餃和菜苗餃兩款。由於同事太飽緣故,所以我有機會嚐到兩款。兩款點心皮薄餡靚, 調味剛好,而且外型骨子,值得推介。然後就係四款小菜,第一樣紅燒豆腐:芡汁香滑, 主要係以雜菇同豆腐炒埋一碟,調味適中,亦蓋過豆腐本身, 10分好。第二款是素肉碎炒豆角, 送飯絕配,豆角軟硬度剛好,炒得夠火喉,不太鹹。第三款是魚香茄子,下邊伴着粉絲。油份適中, 魚香味十足,茄子大小剛好,芡汁與茄子都很適合送飯。第四款是士多啤梨生炒骨,外皮鬆脆,生炒骨的甜酸汁適中,不會太酸亦不會太甜,調配得很好,生炒骨入邊有少量腐皮,口感有層次, 值得推介。套餐亦包括一個黑松露炒飯,香味十足,有濃厚嘅黑松露味道,絕對比得上酒店水準。最後套餐包括四碗糖水,是日糖水為番薯糖水,入邊亦有雪耳,淡淡的薑味, 令到成個套餐好豐富。性價比很高,一個八道菜的午餐價值$350 ,絕對超值!…Read More
