大澳水鄉小食攤檔種類凡多,時有新口味,每次經過總吃得肚飽,正餐可以免除。對上一次惠顧大澳食肆距今起碼6-7年,而總體食肆則無太大變化,蓮香算係大澳中較深印象既一家食肆。世事往往令人有著驚喜,從山上行山徑進入大澳水鄉必會經過吉慶前街,亦係蓮香既所在地。但今趟竟發現有新食肆出現,而且係無諗過以燒鵝為主打既食肆,大澳同海鮮有著微妙關係,燒鵝似乎大纜都扯唔上,不過有綽頭有賣點,攪攪新意思,自有食客欣賞,大家高興,何樂而不為。餐牌除小量大澳特式菜外,其他均是坊間慣常小菜,選擇唔算太多。 炭燒燒鵝:見到門口海報果幅油潤既燒鵝照,再加上炭燒燒鵝四隻字,馬上列為必試項目。即叫即燒既燒鵝需至少45分鐘前預定,所以我地未到下畫5點就訂好,以便6點前可順利進餐。因為一行只有兩人,只能選擇燒鵝上裝,與鄰座燒鵝全體既壯觀賣相雖然相差甚遠,但仍油潤不減。入口皮脆兼香溢,再咬皮下脂肪即時潵出,一陣油香令本身已非常入味及柔軟既鵝肉再增添潤澤。本人最愛嚐骨頭,尤其燒鵝,因為骨與肉之間往往係醃料既精髓所在。一試不能自拔,濃濃既花椒、八角及鹹香已令我無法不續條骨去品嚐一番。此時此刻就我個人口味而言,鵝骨比淨鵝肉更應是天上美味! 銀魚籠仔蒸飯:本應想點大澳漁夫四寶,但多謝侍應建議,改選擇銀魚籠仔蒸飯。兩者同是大澳風味,但後者較前者少了鹹蛋黃,但反正要食飯,不如來個籠仔蒸飯。蒸飯用料有銀魚、吊筒乾、馬友鹹魚同豬頸肉。講黎講去好似除用料係大澳特產外,並無獨特之處。其實經細心品嚐後必定發現無任何添加醬油之下,飯味鮮,鹹淡得宜,仲有陣陣蝦醬香味。原來馬友鹹魚係用上一種叫鹹鮮魚,食落唔鹹,肉帶新鮮魚既質感,十足萄式馬介休。馬友魚劏肚後用鹽醃晾乾三天便有如斯效果;而豬頸肉則用蝦醬輕輕醃過,鮮嫩兼帶蝦醬既野味;各項用料似是平凡不了,但做到了平凡中的不平凡。 墨魚餅:各大、小茶樓,甚至小食店均有墨魚餅供應。如何令人覺得出色?與別不同?橫水渡小厨相信就單純以真材實料取勝,令食客留下深刻既印象。墨魚餅較為厚身,形狀與麥樂雞差不多大,質感非常彈牙,以大量墨魚粒混入小量墨魚漿煎成,沒有加入任何馬蹄、粟米粒等。啖啖均是爽口彈牙既墨魚,口感異常豐富,可謂做足100分。今次試菜亦相當滿意,下次會召集各方好友,誓必以整隻燒鵝為目標,並再多試幾道菜式及海鮮,總之人多好辦事!建議大家必需提早訂位及訂菜,尤其係必試既燒鵝及其他特式海鮮,因平日遊人稀少,貨源不足,以免到時掃慶。此外,亦可選擇棚屋露天既心宜座位進餐,氣氛較佳。服務:侍應友善好客,認真不錯。…Read More

奔天人 很喜歡寫有風味的餐廳食評, 因為大商場的大餐廳可能在東京, 倫敦, 巴黎, 紐約都能找到有過之而無不及的替代品, 唯獨是這些百分百的地道的餐廳就是只此一家, 香港獨有的風味!!
