看見天氣預報,這週的溫度也開始涼一點。天氣不太熱也正好是吃火鍋。今天到了位於天后的「頭啖湯」吃火鍋。店舖距離地鐵站少於10分鐘路程,位置也很好找。火鍋方面除了麻辣雞煲外,頭啖湯更有其他特色火鍋,今次點了滋潤椰子雞煲。湯底清甜,帶有豐富的椰子香。煲中除了雞件外,更有黑木耳、竹笙、蟲草花和菇作配菜。值得一提的是當火鍋需要加湯時,店員添加的是椰子湯而不是普通的清湯。令到火鍋吃到最後時,湯底還是香濃。火鍋料方面則點了炸魚皮、冬瓜、白蘿蔔、竹笙等等。魚皮炸得十分香脆可口,放入湯中稍稍涮數秒,便可進食。冬瓜和白蘿蔔均清洗乾淨,用料也不錯,十分鮮甜。竹笙吸收了椰子湯後,味道也不錯。肉類方面則點了兩款,分別是安格斯雪花牛肉和西班牙黑豚肉。牛肉肉味香濃,表現不錯。反而黑豚肉較有驚喜,肥瘦適中,肉味也更一般的豚肉片香濃。此外,更點了一客墨魚滑,魚滑爽口彈牙,調味適中。飲品則點了檸檬柚子疏打,味道酸酸甜甜,帶有柚子的清新。吃濃味的火鍋時也能適當地清新一下味蕾。整體而言,這個價錢能吃到鮮味椰子雞和優質的火鍋配料,也是十分超值。加上店面座位舒適,很適合邊吃邊聊天。…Read More

去過天后搵食,原來再行過D有呢間新既打邊爐,叫得‘’頭啖湯‘’應該飲得下,呢度格局似食小菜,有卡位,鋪位不算大。呢度湯底有4款:百菌鍋、椰子雞煲、重慶麻辣雞煲、麵包蟹鮮茄鍋,最吸引既係麵包蟹鮮茄鍋,話曬有隻蟹!不過我地只係兩個人,都係試椰子雞煲(半隻)好喇!呢個椰子雞煲好多料,湯呈奶白色,除左雜菌、雲耳之外,仲有半隻新鮮雞。等十分鐘唔使滾起食得雞喇!果然新鮮雞,無雪藏味肉質滑,係黃油雞!至於湯底,一舊椰子都搵唔到係煲入面,但係椰味十分香濃!呢種椰子香唔係屋企煲椰子雞湯既味,仲要更清甜更鮮甜!堅正!即使再加湯都絕對唔會溝淡個湯,椰子既味食到最後都咁濃!好正呀!👍🏻喪飲左好多碗先肯收手!火鍋料叫左白魚蛋、雙拼桂花蚌+珊瑚蚌、墨魚滑、西班牙黑豚肉片、水餃、羽衣甘藍。潮州白魚蛋好食,彈牙得黎無咁假,有魚味!而桂花蚌珊瑚蚌熟左之後縮到好細舊,今日突然想食下,勝在有雙拼可以試多樣!而墨魚滑就好好食,手打既有墨魚味,自己刮下刮下都有唔少!水餃唔係手包,係冷藏餃子,所以味道就好似灣仔碼頭果D咁樣,味道正常,如果人手包會更好食。而黑豚肉片就非常之得!肉質嫩滑無渣!非常清爽唔肥膩!唔係間間既黑豚肉片都有呢個水準!算係近期試過覺得肉味最甜最滑既!羽衣甘籃就好少地方有,自己都好少接觸,只係知佢有好高營養價值,係super food,口感都幾唔錯,容易入口唔會有草青味~可以一試!飲品叫左綜合水果茶,好大杯好抵飲!味道仲要好味!裡面有好多唔同款既水果,好清新,最啱打邊爐唔使叫咁多杯飲品!除左推介黑豚肉片、羽衣甘籃、白魚蛋同埋綜合水果茶之外,其實最重要果樣係椰子雞煲!嫩滑既雞肉配搭下,椰子湯底真係好好好好好味!忍唔住問左究竟點解無椰子肉係煲入面但咁香椰子味,原來師傅用左3種不同既椰子加豬骨熬幾粒鐘熬左個湯底先,唔怪得咁濃!就算之後不停加湯都保持咁濃味!因為加湯就係加椰子豬骨湯!所以絕對推介椰子雞煲!當然雞都好好食!兩者結合將味道昇華😍唔使上深圳試啦其實~…Read More
