 之前屋企人講過,話覺得而加太興0既乳豬比起新斗記更好食,小妹其實一直都未試過新斗記,只係知道佢好出名食乳豬,所以好奇心下今日係荃灣行街,就順便去荃灣廣場分店試試。大概6點多d去到,仲未係好多人,安排我同老公兩個坐左一間房仔裏面0既2人枱。酒樓0既格局好新,但d餐具就好懷舊咁有隻雞係度。食物選擇小妹覺得唔算多,有二人套餐,但因為一定有海鮮係裏面,所以無叫,變左散叫。叫左個生炒上肉排,係推介0既,當然有乳豬,由於得我哋兩個,所以叫左例牌,另外加左個啫啫通菜煲同白飯。通菜煲最快送到,熱辣辣,一d都唔咸,有時出面就算好出名0既酒樓食呢個餸,無白飯就咁食會覺得超咸,但呢個就算齋食都可以。肉排其實即係咕嚕肉,唔肥唔瘦,唔會淨係得粉面,舊舊都有肉,正(走嗰時行出去差唔多枱枱都有叫呢個)可能係即燒關係,乳豬最遲上菜,每塊都好脆,皮下面無咩脂肪連住。但另外配住的乳豬肉就咸左少少同唔夠嫩。如果你話同太興比,我會覺得表皮係佢勝出,但肉就真係太興嗰面好食d。同埋好明顯價錢方面佢貴過太興。呢度嘢食好ok,但每碟份量就真係少左D!…Read More

小時候已經開始被洗腦,選擇中餐廳時,看到分店總會避之則吉。原因是家人自小教落:「餐廳就好像一套電視劇,哪會有續集(分店) 比第一集(總店) 好看的呢?」。想落好像有點道理。一直甚為喜歡新斗記的小菜,燒乳豬、粟米魚塊等的招牌菜全都是水準之作,不過為了遵從「家規」,大家向來只去佐敦老店。直到最近,家規被打破,我們終於一嚐荃灣西的新斗記分店。當日的例湯清保涼豬肚煲唐排一煲大約有五至六碗左右,雖然顏色清砌見底,但味道濃郁兼且甜美。男仕一向喜歡吃「湯渣」,不過可惜豬肚的口感不夠光滑和厚身,感覺一般 (3/5)。到新斗記當然不能錯過招牌菜脆皮燒乳豬。近年香港人越吃越健康,乳豬也只吃脆皮和燒豬肉,不像以往的連脂肪也一起吃。這裡的乳豬皮又的確是烤得十分香脆,沒有脂肪之下,入口也不會感覺太油膩,不錯 (4/5)!豉油皇煎海中蝦一共有六件,份量不算少。蝦每件都煎至閃亮的金黃色,加上鮮甜的豉油汁,味道一點也不比燒乳豬遜色 (4/5)。但更出色的是接著出場的粟米魚塊。這裡的粟米魚塊向來遠近馳名,魚塊選用鮮味的蘇眉,肉質較厚,口感一流。值得一讚的是薄薄的脆皮,粉的厚薄恰到好處,入口自然倍覺滋味。濃郁的粟米汁照舊是另上,加多加少完全是豐儉由人,這道菜由設計以至烹調過程都是一絲不苟,效果絕對是無懈可撃 (5/5)。有蝦有魚又有肉,當然還要少許蔬菜才覺健康。今次點了啫啫通菜煲,通菜調味剛剛好,用來送飯的確不錯 (3/5)。食物的水準不比佐敦店遜色,絕對沒有傳聞中的差劣。不過枱與枱之間的距離實在太少,倘若位置可以擺設得寬敞一點,相信會吃得更自在。…Read More
