朋友約食晏補祝生日，訂了炊公館，喜歡餐廳環境濶落又有海景看。那天上到去見炊館見門口豎立了餐牌擋著入去的路，旁邊的阿一鮑魚待應告訴我們今天炊公館不開，食客轉到阿一鮑魚那裡用餐也一樣的。因為是同一個集團，也供應炊公館食品，一樣有海景位。於是我們就去了阿一鮑魚的餐廳叫炊公館的食物。炊公館的午市套餐有多款選擇，我們點四道菜套餐，包括三款點心和抗疫湯水，另外有六款自選主菜可選擇，我看唐人街龍蝦麵配郊外油菜是兩人份量，所以直接點這個。首先來的是抗疫湯水，整個湯味道濃郁，不過完全沒有湯料，不知道是用什麼材料煲的，向待應查詢說是用鱷魚肉煲的，怪不得叫抗疫湯水，可潤肺。湯夠熱又滋潤，不錯。再來就是點心，全都是美味的。荀尖鮮蝦餃：漲卜卜的蝦餃，一咬下去感到爽口彈牙。蟹子西班牙豚肉燒賣皇：蟹子很多，豚肉嫩滑容易咬。焗菠蘿叉燒餐包：包面焗得鬆脆，包身軟熟，內裡叉燒汁多淋滑。點心要趁熱吃才滋味，在享用點心時龍蝦麵和油菜已放到檯上，目測龍蝦應該是一隻，蝦殼顏色鮮明，賣相可以。由於怕弄髒雙手，要了一對透明膠手套幫助進食，這樣就吃得痛快。蝦殼不太硬很客容易咬開了，蝦肉爽口鮮甜，醬汁豐厚。麵底不是常用的伊麵而是粗身的撈麵，這又是另一種口感，撈麵混和獻汁一起吃，不覺得油膩。郊外油菜反而是這餐最清淡的一個菜，菜上面沒有醬油，一條一條排列整齊，吃的時候我就醮上龍蝦麵的獻汁同吃，菜很嫩沒有根。這套餐有甜品吃，是Dreyer’s雪糕，不過天氣凍不想吃雪糕，加三十元要碗蛋白杏仁茶滋補一下。杏仁茶的味道不是十分濃郁，不過夠熱，蛋白一粒一粒還可以，這個甜味不過不失。整個午餐也算是座得舒服吃得好味了。…Read More
