有些店,一早想吃,只​​礙於地方偏遠,才沒法到訪;位於赤柱的泗益,就是這樣的小店。泗益,於赤柱聳立五十多年;鐵皮屋的格局,脫落的牆紙,格格作響的舊式老風扇,正正就是年紀老邁的最佳證明。老舖門面不大,只有三四張桌子,要是假日造訪,管你是達官貴人,一樣要等它一兩小時才有位子。到訪當天剛好是平日,人流不算多,實在幸運;一行兩人,沒吃早飯,加上之後有體力活動,當然要大吃一頓。不論茶記或大牌檔,一杯奶茶,特別是凍奶茶,已經可見其實力。泗益的奶茶以絲襪泡製,香滑非常;加上花奶:奶香茶滑,這杯凍奶茶可是當之無愧。先來份咸牛肉蛋菠羅包;菠羅包切成兩半塗上牛油,再放進焗爐中翻熱;咸牛肉蛋則是即叫即炒,嫩滑非常,夾進熱辣辣的菠羅包中,酥香的菠羅包外皮加上陣陣牛油香,又鹹又甜,卻配合得天衣無縫;原來,此變種菠羅包可如斯好吃。再來份魚柳包;包身用上長型熱狗包;魚柳雖是雪藏貨,卻是沾上蛋漿即叫即炸的誠意之作;加上沙拉醬和芝士,這魚柳包實是一點也不失霸氣。老店,終究有其過人之處;像這香菇餐肉米,用上圓型的一大塊餐肉,已是一大賣點;香菇,其實就是切粒的冬菇。為湯米添加了不少香氣;米粉不會煮得過碎,也沒出現過硬現象;這香菇餐肉米,實在好吃。來到泗益,就不能不一試聞名國際的咖央西多士;咖央,源自新加坡,簡單來說,就是把牛油混上果醬;亦有另一說法是把椰糖,糖等等混進牛油,令本身鹹鹹的牛油帶點甜絲絲,並使之膩度減低。其實,咖央西多士不只是泗益才有;深水埗維記,就是一例,但兩者還是有天淵之別:一則炸,一則煎。泗益的西多士,由兩塊圓圓方方的方包作成,兩邊均抹上厚厚的一層咖央,從而再沾上蛋漿同炸,最後再放上兩塊厚厚的牛油;光看著熱力使牛油慢慢溶化,已令人食指大動;連忙切一塊放進口中,是椰香?是牛油香?自己也說不出來;只覺得,這西多士,實在不得了。吃得飽飽,動身離開;回眸一看泗益那滄桑背影;但求這樣的小店,能憑著拼勁,繼續打出自己的一條路出來。泗益,咱們有緣再聚。…Read More

平日幫儭下,並無出現其他食評既問題,西多士5分鐘内就做好,服務態度屬於非常好,對全部顧客都係有禮非常,所以好多所謂問題,都應該係出現在周六日人多排隊下,做吾切所做成,我覺得周六日既顧客應該以體諒既態度睇事物。奶茶其實吾錯,味道好濃。餐廳貼有雜誌推介,話這裡既西多士好脆,我覺得係D職業食評家既寫法,因爲我睇咗前後左右台既西多士,都係屬於軟綿綿既效果,絕對吾屬於脆既狀態。這裡既西多士既特別應該吾係脆吾脆,都吾係用咗咖央,而係這裡用既咖央估計係自己做或加咗D香料,所以味道吾係超市賣既罐頭咖央味道,我估計係加咗班蘭葉。不過24蚊屬於過高,應該係出咗名既結果。蛋牛治屬於正常味道,不過師傅切成四塊,有誠意。…Read More

豆腐fa Agree! 常看OR食評,很多人都說老闆伙記如何冇禮、排隊等了很久...(不止這間,還有華X冰室、COFFEE弄...)老實說,假日多人,總會做到燥底,我們工作忙時也會呢!如不想冇禮對待/排長龍,還是閑日去吧!閑日唔得0既,唯有乖乖接受
