很少會食早餐呢個早餐已經係9月既時候食。。因為太忙而家先搵返相upload...中國冰室係一間老店咁岩同老闆出去 佢話要食早餐就去左呢間原本以為冇機會試既冰室早餐來說最愛吃火腿絲坑通+太陽蛋可惜呢度係火腿薄片通粉 腸仔好油 幸好咖央多士還不錯 薄得黎烘得好平均,夠熱,醬多!此外 都冇咩特別好食見唔少好評,都好似係以懷舊勝出之不過舊唔覺得係咩賣點 如果舊得黎 食物冇質數就真係好難會再去 咖央多士又未至於值得我再去食懷舊冰室黎講 廣城冰室好似比較特色 至少唔係得個環境…Read More

🎀熊妹放假假,熊大就緊係要陪熊妹喇,熊妹又緊係陪返熊大食野喇。📍熊大話要去攞兄弟服👔,上次陪熊大度身的時候已經留意到呢間極級懷舊的《中國冰室》,茶記忠實粉絲的熊大表示唔去唔得,熊妹就當然奉陪到底。📍懷舊冰室📽,裝潢完全保留著昔日香港冰室風味📻,白吊扇🎐,高背卡座,人手計數收銀台🏦,老一輩可以黎懷緬一下,後生一輩又可以黎感受一下昔日香港情懷⌛️。📍冰室分上下兩層,4點🕓黎到都唔少人,全部都係街坊街里,真係好棒場。🎊📍樓上雅座有高背卡位💺同長型大枱,十足十以前食大茶飯講數的情景,難怪很多電影🎬好似《PTU》,《新不了情》作景餐廳。📍餐牌設計📋都非常簡潔,字型大大隻,款式唔太多,主要係多士、常餐、粉麵及飲品,其中小食以咖央多士,炸脾薯條頗為著名。咖央多士,$11📍招牌小食點可以唔試下呢?兩片薄薄的白麵包,切邊,烘得脆脆的,內饀搽上一層甜椰椰的咖央醬,連邊緣都搽得🈵🈵的,務求吃每一口多士都有佔上咖央醬,一啲都唔吝嗇,好有街坊人情味,而且價錢又便宜,果然係招牌下午茶之選。熱奶茶📍來到冰室要試出冰室的功架當然莫過於奶茶☕️,仲要係熱的沖法先能一較高下。😎好唔錯,🍵茶味濃,🥛牛奶味出,又沖淡返茶的苦澀味,奶撞熱茶的味道就係咁形成出香港式奶茶,果然係老字號,好難得係今時今日仲飲得返舊時傳統的味道,難怪熊大咁鐘情冰室。雞脾薯條,$36📍先點個皇牌小食餐炸雞脾薯條。標榜生炸雞脾🍗,就即係即叫即炸生雞脾,炸到熟透到止,唔係千年返炸再返炸。💥生炸到金黃色上碟,大大一隻🐥,絕無炸粉,係真材實料的雞脾肉。唔係好多調味,肉質唔算太嫩,都係要靠點茄汁🥫好味啲,雞皮被炸到好薄一塊,熊大最愛連雞皮食,熊大最愛肥。薯條🍟份量唔係好多,墊係雞脾下面,食落就知明顯係雪藏薯條,點茄汁食,無咩特別。公司燴意粉,$53📍熊大一常未食晏,點都要叫返個正餐。唔係好多地方有呢款傳統茶記的菜式公司燴意粉,熊大一定唔放過。📍「公司」就係雜不甩咩即食肉🐷都有,腸仔、午餐肉,火腿、叉燒、蛋等等,份量多方便上班族在忙於工作時🗃留係「公司」填飽肚子而名明的。公司燴意粉就係「公司」材料以茄汁燴上意粉。茶記的意粉🍝一般都唔會係西餐個種的彈牙,因為多數煮好一大煲,有order就上碟,所以係淋身的,熊妹都唔會期望食到最愛的7分鐘熟度。茄汁🥫份量超多,撈極都仲有,有汁撈味道一定唔會差。份量夠大碟,材料夠多,完全符🈴「公司」要求。📍非常懷舊🎞的一餐民間美食,除了味道傳統外,還有那份悠久的街坊情懷。…Read More

碰巧到了旺角,男友提議到此吃個午餐。入店後,沒有到樓上,選了底層。店內都是上了年紀的人光顧多。環境亦懷舊。有小時候那種到茶餐廳的感覺。我倆沒有點餐,只是散叫食物。男友點了叉燒通粉。叉燒和通粉份量也多!叉燒的味道不錯,不會太肥。最曉食點了雞絲通粉。雞絲的份量也是很多!吃至最底仍有雞肉。雞的肉質也算幼嫩。另外,通粉亦是厚實的那種,而且份量絕不欺場。最值得一提是其湯底!是有濃郁味道的!(是雞湯嗎?)咖央多士,麵包都烘得脆脆而且熱哄哄。中間甜甜的醬,好吃!火腿芝士飛碟。很久沒有吃飛碟了。外而的麵包壓至厚硬,但又不失脆身。非常新鮮。咬第二口時,內裡的熱氣撲出來時,很是狼狽。今次午餐實是滿足。很飽!…Read More
