因為食後感比較一般,提5起勁寫食評,眼見今日係除夕,係時候清理一下未寫既食評呢間食店算係老友既飯堂,今次我第一次跟隊去食 dinner。當晚約咗6:30,去到只得幾枱客。枱距係ok,幾適合吹水。員工都好nice,笑臉迎人。今晚我地5條,所以叫咗6碟 (我已5太記得餸名,只能說出係乜材料):1. 蟶子配油泡米粉餅:呢個一定要襯熱食,因為涼咗 d 汁會比較稠,咸度會增加,而且米粉餅涼咗會靭。味道係幾好,d汁混米粉餅一起吃係好好味。可能酒家要俾食客數得出蟶子數目,所以條條蟶子皇就一抽抽。如果呢碟5係按蟶子數量來計錢,而是按例牌來算,咁蟶子可以切細件點,就會更完美。因為可以一啖蟶子,一啖米粉餅,感覺更正~2. 椒鹽九肚魚:口感太削,比較稀巴爛。椒鹽味也不足。3. 海中寶:食賣相。我地研究過隻蝦5係鮮活,所以味道一般。4. 咕嚕肉:係呢度 signature dish,的確係6碟中最好食~酸甜適中5. 豉油皇炒面:係炒得爽,但我自己覺得味道略為淡咗d6. 蒸雞:我睇食評大部份都讚雞,但我真心覺得色澤可以,但雞係無味,肉質5滑。差d講句。。。我覺得平時食白切雞 or 豉油雞會滑d。呢碟真係失望架。。。整體來講,試過我就算…Read More
