今日朋友約我哋去食日本定食,佢話絕對有日本級數,就去試下佢。喺門口都已經有都已經好有日本風,一入到去就真係好似去咗日本咁,廚師侍應都講日文,亦坐左幾台日本客。雖然裝修好簡單,唔似一般港式日本餐廳裝飾咁裝潢,但係就有一股日本簡約風。餐單亦有好多種類,但主要都係以日本和牛為主打,有燒肉,鐵板/鍋物。最吸引我地就係呢個熟成黑牛champion steak 丼,可以稱之為爆丼牛肉飯。黑牛塔到勁高,waiter拎出黎都驚lum。成個飯有300g安格斯牛翼板肉,肉質煙韌有咬口,但係唔會硬咬唔開,牛肉味濃郁,好滿足。和牛鐵板三種係必食之選,唔好見佢$298覺得貴少少就pass,佢絕對係物超所值,質素同係名古屋食飛驒牛,神戶食和牛一樣,係香港好少食到呢個質素嘅日本鹿兒島食黑牛而唔洗$3-400。佢有三款唔同部位,三款都有唔同口感,脂肪比例亦唔同,入口即溶有、腍身濃肉味有、鬆化亦有,一個餐滿足晒我三個願望👍🏻朋友亦都試左佢地個壽喜燒,見到牛肉肥瘦岩岩好,肉質新鮮,見到食材超有水準。鍋物亦包含好多配料,好抵食。整體餐廳食物用料質素高,主打黑牛,價錢合理唔太貴,仲好多日本人食,可見佢還原度極高。位置又方便,不防一試。…Read More

天氣很熱不過無阻我約朋友吃飯的心,收工後與友人去覓食 ,走到了銅鑼灣街頭,走著走著看見一蘭拉麵想吃但太多人唔想大熱天時等太耐,唯有轉個彎看看有什麼其他的。轉個彎便是銅鑼灣駱克道我們看見了「千里屋食堂」,看到咁多精美既牛牛好想放入口,二話不說就決定今晚食呢間啦!這間主打正宗日本菜,一進去,店員便以親切的日文歡迎我們,先坐下,她便拎著餐牌慢慢地向我們介紹這邊的特點,講解中不停微笑:)加上店內的暖黃色調,小木椅,真的有一種令人置身於日本的小店之中的感覺,很親切又舒服。她還跟我們說餐廳的廚師都是正宗日本人點餐既時間聽左待應既意見,點了和牛鐵板定食及安格斯牛肉壽喜燒!很期待!和牛鐵板三種 $298和牛鐵板定食本身覺得有點貴但諗深一層和牛直送再加上是每種都是45g!亦差不多是這個價吧!和牛鐵板上的時候係已經切好及燒好再上 ,有3樣不同的和牛款式在鐵板上等我們品嚐當中有鹿兒島牛肩肉(ロース)、牛肋骨(カルビ)、五花肉,入口油花四溢,再加上雪白的珍珠米飯,不錯!值得一提係和牛底下有洋蔥墊底,伴和牛一同放入口,食多幾舊都不會油膩喔!我就最愛吃牛肩肉因為係牛味最為濃郁呢!但最肥美一定係五花肉、油脂較多!我朋友就岩晒了唔夠味可以配埋wasabi、 鹽、醬汁!但我覺得唔點都夠味了鹿兒島黑毛和牛壽喜燒 $248 再來的是安格斯牛肉壽喜燒,安格斯牛肉肉質軟嫩吸收了壽喜燒的醬汁!肉味帶點甜!套餐上桌時很豐富呢!有雪白的珍珠米飯...米粒口感軟腍,有枝豆,有日本直送雞蛋,更有好特別既一款和牛沙拉,用和牛及薯仔作沙拉,質感幼滑...亦有白蘿蔔和紅蘿蔔片很適合現時天氣食,開胃良品!另外的蔬菜的份量有好多!成個套餐配料豐富,超夠吃啊!安格斯牛輕輕灼至啡色便可以食,很嫩滑,與壽喜燒醬汁相伴再沾上日本直送雞蛋的蛋汁,無得彈呀!好岩的喜愛牛牛的朋友黎用餐喔 !…Read More

朋友介紹大阪千里堂食屋在香港開了分店, 一直都想試今晚終於有機會。 地點確實方便 就近sogo, 不難發現有些遊客都慕名而來。店內裝修有日式居酒屋feel, 一張張和牛,御繕set 大特寫,未order都很期待。價錢唔算大眾化,所以期望菜式地道有如置身日本。 其中一位服務員只說日文, 當然簡單英語都可溝通。和牛鐵板三種$298選用了鹿兒島和牛。 鐵板預熱了剛剛好可以keep住烤肉的溫度。和牛共有三種 , 三種都不是全熟。各部位都有特色。 其中有款較厚的部位只有六成熟左右。 感覺切薄一點會比較合適, 較raw的肉比較適宜切薄身。比較薄那款和牛,肉汁豐盛, 牛脂比例適中, 肉味香濃。 可以試試附設設的三種調味。 wasabi, 原來都幾襯, 鮮磨的wasabi 提升和牛的肉香但又不會喧賓奪主。 海鹽也能帶出其鮮味。 燒汁也不錯還好不算太濃味。 麵豉湯滾熱辣,正!亦唔會太鹹。昆布亦唔腥。 還有切得幼細的生洋蔥絲, 喜歡吃生洋蔥的話可以夾著燒和牛一起吃。高級涮涮牛肉火鍋$198輪到Sukiyaki 出場。 鍋底佈滿各式各樣蔬菜 ,有大蒜,蘿蔔, 本菇,旺菜和豆腐, 壽喜湯底帶經典又獨有的甜味和味淋。選取的肉類雖則不是和牛級數, 但色澤鮮明, 肉紋和脂肪紋分佈平均, 可見都是Prime 級別,在湯底中輕輕灼幾秒已可食, 肉質軟滑,有入口即溶的感覺, 絕對能滿足吃靚肉的期待。。 如果不喜愛帶甜的湯底可轉昆布湯底同樣可以。火鍋餐亦附設甜蛋。 上枱時都是熱辣辣。 甜蛋夾上少量蔥花, 有蛋香。 還附設有一小碗炆好的牛肉。 肉質似炆牛腩, 送飯都唔錯。吃到最後湯底變得味道極濃, 配上日本直送提子味梳打汽水,劲爽!…Read More
