星期日去左旺角玩,唔想返屋企煮飯,興致勃勃去試試新餐廳,地點係旺角TOP既柞木炭家,係食韓燒。主餐牌有牛,海鮮,豬,雞,一品料理,傳統韓食,湯。另有時令餐牌同野飲。餐牌簡單。今次第一次黎,咩都叫啲黎食吓。服務員好快就上左調味三寶,辣泡菜,辣蘿蔔,蒜蓉芽菜,甜甜哋嘅薯仔絲同紅蘿蔔絲,辣蟹仔,芝士粟米,同生菜包俾我哋,服務員話可再添。另外仲有一大兜有蓋兜裝住嘅兩大棵泡菜俾你自己剪細食。食得哂都好叻,份量好多。基本上大部份前菜都好好味又新鮮,最特別係芝士粟米,喺個爐上面熱融左嘅芝士之後變左勁拉絲,好邪惡。調味三寶係鹽,味噌,辣椒同蒜片。我哋無須用到,食物本身已經夠味。擔擔味噌茄子 $78 另加一擔擔味噌茄子一客八件,新鮮吸哂油嘅茄子配好味嘅味噌,加左肉醬,蔥花,甜椒粒,同白芝麻粒,好味道。壽喜燒和牛西冷(2件) $288 另加一壽喜燒和牛西冷係薄切,服務員主動黎幫手燒,先用牛脂抹吓個爐,好快就食得。另外配左隻蛋黃同飯團,上面灑上白芝麻粒。和牛配蛋汁好滑又嫩,壽喜燒好味道喎。和牛牛肋肉 $158 另加一和牛牛肋肉一客8件,份量唔少,已經醃好左味噌,味道好濃。牛肋肉當然需要咬吓,不過好有肉汁,好食。慶州極上黑毛豬梅肉 $198 另加一慶州極上黑毛豬梅肉一客兩大塊,都係已經醃好左味噌。肉質非常嫩口,直頭有啲似食緊雞肉,好味。和牛三文治 $318 另加一和牛三文治一客四件,白麵包夾住脆皮嘅厚身和牛,和牛帶筋同肥膏,需要咬吓。醬汁酸酸哋,好開胃。菠蘿梳打,柚子檸檬梳打 各$36 另加一菠蘿梳打既菠蘿味好濃,偏甜不過好味哈哈,仲有兩塊菠蘿食。柚子檸檬梳打味道就淡啲,主要係梳打水味。下底好多柚子皮,面頭有一塊西柚。食哂所有野好飽,今餐野食唔錯喎,食左咁多款肉,味道質感基本上都唔錯,前菜仲可以任添。我哋坐二人卡位,座位舒適,抽氣唔錯,食完完全冇油煙味。期待下次再黎。…Read More
