每次來到荃灣都會在路德圍食食食,今次輪到食樓下冰室🍅。冰室其實在環境方面有比d心思,望上去那些圍欄就如有上層,就像形成了"樓上"和"樓下"兩層的感覺。另外牆身一邊以懷舊咖啡室為主題,另一邊有如西式cafe的裝潢,幾得意。繁忙時間都會安排同邊坐,少少逼。看過餐牌,還是點招牌吧!蕃茄的滋味,好多人都喜歡,因為夠醒胃又健康養顏,果然一上桌,望落已覺濃郁,再加上霧煙,熱乎乎的,要吞口水啦。-蕃茄濃湯通粉配牛乳炒蛋+吉列豬扒 ($48)湯底酸中帶甜,令人一口接一口,又有蕃茄肉,十分足料,簡直可以飲到見底🙈!而炒蛋想不到又幾幼滑,不過通粉略嫌不夠軟身,如果林少少應該蕃茄味會更入味。另外如碗子可以不破舊就會更提升賣相呢⋯吉列豬扒薄身,不算油膩,亦不會炸至乾身,不過不失。有點建議是碟子能大一點就好,切的時候總會飛到枱面上呢(汗顏)。很後悔沒有點瑞士雞脾,大大隻,朋友讓我吃了一口,超好吃!又入味,又幾嫩,如果下次再來一定要自己吃一隻!😋…Read More

作為半個荃灣友,每次都係夜媽媽去路德圍「掃街」同食糖水,經過呢間樓下冰室已不下N次,今次終於正正式式入去幫襯下。冰室主打懷舊路線,店內裝修顏色鮮明,走復古風格,一邊牆上掛著些招牌菜水牌、六七十年代的海報畫、更有不少復古的裝飾品和小擺設,另一面牆身更標誌著“ i love tomato” (我愛蕃茄),可想而知冰室必然是主打蕃茄的菜式。此時隨手翻閱餐牌,已知道餐廳的主打食物乃蕃茄通和瑞士雞髀。我們點的蕃茄濃湯通粉配搭牛乳炒蛋$40,除了配搭炒蛋外,也可配搭其他食材,如牛肉、豬潤、叉燒和午餐肉等…蕃茄湯底濃郁,有陣陣鮮味,味道帶甜又帶微微的果酸,非常開胃,通粉是小顆小顆的那種,吸收了香濃的蕃茄湯,每口都混合著蕃茄蓉,再配上嫰滑的牛乳炒蛋,口感香濃滑溜。加$8配搭的吉列豬扒,即$48就可有一碗招牌蕃茄通+一份吉列豬扒,份量絕不欺場喔~吉列豬扒表面炸得金黃香脆,切開的時候可見到內裏還是粉粉嫩嫩的,肉質口感非常嫩滑, very juicy~朋友點的招牌瑞士雞髀 配蒜蓉牛油脆豬仔包 及粟米雜果沙律 $52瑞士汁乃係香港豉油西餐中的代表作,用薑蔥、豉油和冰糖而調製,味道甘甜。這裡的招牌瑞士雞髀,雞皮表面吸盡瑞士汁之精華,非常軟綿之餘仍有彈性,而且肉質還是嫩滑的,可見烹調時候掌握得宜,不會過火。最後我們還追加了瑞士雞翼(3隻)$30,雖然雞翼同樣都係皮軟肉滑,但不知為何,雞翼的瑞士汁好像帶有輕微的苦澀味。我猜應該是這鍋瑞士汁的香料更足,但朋友說嚐著沒差, 反笑說我當自己係金舌頭…套餐飲品,其中轉紅豆冰加了$10兩個人餓鬼咁衝入黎,食到肚漲漲咁走都係每人$70,咁既價錢可以食到雄霸尖沙咀蕃茄麵既星x冰室,同佐敦太x館既質素,重有咩說話好講?最後送大家一個冰室小智識(選自網路):【冰室本來是以提供咖啡、奶茶、紅豆冰等飲品為主,同時提供三文治、奶油多士等小食。部份冰室更設有麵包工場,製造新鮮菠蘿包、蛋撻等揉合了本地和西洋特色的餅食。後來冰室提供的食品種類逐漸增加,演變成為今日的茶餐廳。】 …Read More

難得星期日有得瞓耐少少,一起身就已經成點鐘,唯有出荃灣食個下午茶。講到荃灣覓食嘅好地方,唔使問都知道,一定係路德圍。喺路德圍兜左個圈,發現呢間餐廳有好多人排隊,心諗咁多人排都應該唔會太伏,於是就等左一陣位。 入到去被安排坐卡位,比一般茶餐廳舒服,樓底算高,夠光猛又夠冷氣!  蕃茄濃湯通粉配牛乳炒蛋 $48。雖然下午餐時段有$42嘅茄牛通,但係被吉列豬扒同招牌瑞士雞脾吸引著,於是選擇一個貴啲啲嘅套餐。首先講下個蕃茄濃湯,蕃茄味係濃,不過係茄膏味濃多d,感覺好人工,無左蕃茄嘅鮮味。通粉就不過不失,唔會太淋或太硬;如果選用老麥的凹凸紋通粉,口感會更佳。牛乳炒蛋香、滑、嫩,但食唔出有香濃嘅牛奶味。:) 吉列豬扒。呢到嘅吉列豬扒係原塊上,所以可以肯定佢無偷工減料。豬扒炸得香脆,不過覺得麵包糠落得有啲多;豬扒口感尚算鬆化。味道方面有點淡,而且偏乾,要靠沙律醬搭救。 招牌瑞士雞脾。話明係樓下冰室嘅招牌,又點可以唔食佢嘅瑞士雞脾呢?果然,呢到嘅瑞士雞脾無令我失望!雞脾size算大,所以啖啖肉;瑞士汁好入味,但唔會過鹹或過甜,味道適中;食物溫度夠熱之餘,仲會俾多少少瑞士汁食客,方便雞肉蘸上瑞士汁。 熱奶茶。呢到嘅熱奶茶就麻麻地,茶味同奶味都唔夠濃,但勝在夠熱同夠大杯。 總而言之,樓下冰室所有食物質素都唔差,勝在所有食物都夠熱,但仲有進步嘅空間;環境就比較迫,坐得唔太舒服;抵食度就可以接受,但接近$50一個餐就不可以說是平價。…Read More
