窩夫想試Porker很久，2022年完結前終於有機會試了。平安夜那天下午兩點前經過，只有幾個人在排隊等位，窩夫與蝦子餅便決定在此吃午飯。餐廳內放了很多豬仔擺設，但最吸引窩夫的是牆上的「巨型椰菜」。光顧Porker就是為了吃吉列豬，所以窩夫與蝦子餅只集中看這頁餐牌，點了一個Full House定食($220)，以及一個吉列熟成豚肉眼定食(限定)($200)。不吃吉列豬的朋友可以選豚肉生姜燒，連豬也不吃的話可選吉列蝦。落單後不久，白飯和豚肉味噌湯便送到。當日唯一的扣分位就是白飯裝得不夠美觀，起初覺得白飯的份量偏少，後來才知道原來點兩個餐可以無限追加白飯和椰菜。豚肉味噌湯比一般味噌湯鮮甜，因為湯料比較豐富，有豚肉、洋蔥和甘筍等。先介紹Full House定食($220)，可以一次過試勻熟成豚西冷、豬柳及芝士豚肉餅三款，吉列外層香脆不油膩，如此高水準難怪下午二時多還要排隊等位。溫馨提示，芝士豚肉餅裡面的流心芝士非常熱，要小心燙口。吉列熟成豚肉眼定食(限定)($200)有驚喜，熟成豚肉眼比西冷和豬柳有較多脂肪，肉質較腍，肉汁較豐富，肉味亦較濃，誠意推介。吉列豬扒旁不只有椰菜絲，還有一球薯蓉，味道不錯，椰菜絲切得幼幼的，可按個人口味加入酸汁或芝麻醬，窩夫個人喜歡加酸汁，口味清新開胃，又可以解膩。椰菜絲差不多吃光時，店員主動過來添菜，值得一讚。…Read More

The eatery is apparently not bothered by its unassuming entrance, as it still manages to retain a loyal following as seen from the queues. The soup is excellent, with a lot of white radish, carrots and slices of pork💯. The cabbage is fresh and can be refilled.
