To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 生日可免費到海洋公園,今年也來湊湊熱鬧,順道探探孿生熊貓「家姐」和「細佬」。午飯時間須在園內用膳,海龍王餐廳名字霸氣,於是便決定在此一試其水準。海龍王餐廳的賣點是從上而下觀看如大銀幕的水族館景,感覺與別不同。午市有套餐供應,時間雖然不緊迫,但也不想費神,因此套餐正好合適。💢羊肚菌花膠雞蓉羹雞蓉羹的賣相與想像的不同,味道與攤販售賣的碗仔翅有點相似,湯羹的材料豐富但卻很細碎,比較難品味個別食材的味道。💢菌王黑松露蝦球蝦球的塊頭頗大,口感爽彈,大概用的是雪貨罷,然而蝦味還是可以的,蝦球與雜菌雖然只是合成的關係,但也沒有違和感。💢紅酒燴澳洲牛面頰牛面頰的份量很大,而且燴得相當軟綿,醬汁的調味也恰到好處,要是菜式的溫度能再高一點便相當完美。💢上湯金柱泡時菜基本是家常的灼時菜,時菜是油麥菜,上湯的味道很清淡,灑上少許炸瑤柱碎旨在為青菜提升身價,對味道的影響不大。💢玉桂蘋果芭菲芭菲的玉桂味非常突出,加上原條雲呢拿的加持,整個甜品香氣十足,甜度也非常合香港人的要求。水果質素一般,亮點是種類比較多。餐廳的冷氣有點大,因此餐後的一杯熱茶令我們可多坐一會兒。離開公園的時候,清理口袋才發現園方有贈送給生日人仕一張八折的餐廳優惠券,可惜慣常大意,白白浪費了優惠。…Read More

適逢生日一家三口去海洋公園玩返日,多年後再到海龍王餐廳用餐,餐廳都已經由西餐變左中餐。於網上訂座時,有提前要求希望坐近魚缸位置。可能因為平日中午,餐廳連一半入座率都冇,亦成功被安排要求位置,3個人安排坐一張8人長枱。兩個大人叫左兩份中式套餐:湯+主菜+蔬菜 +白飯+餐飲頭抽乾蔥鱸魚柳 ($390/set) 做到外脆內軟,全餐飯最好食!紅酒燴澳洲牛面頰($410/set)食落無論質感同味道都似台式牛肉面既牛𦟌,呢個再淋少少。個底有紅蘿蔔墊底。湯羹,菜,甜品都係普通。可能最新去過迪士尼酒店都係食午市中餐,有比較有傷害。跟餐凍飲唔使加錢。服務方面:未落單前有位服務員送餐埋黎,即刻比一位疑似經理既男士喝止。服務員冇留意到我只係剛坐底故之然有問題,但經理又好似惡左d。落單時候有位服務員聽完一次我食咩之後,唔夠幾秒有另一個人埋黎問多我一次叫左d 咩,佢既覆單係錯左一半。食左一陣想搵服務員幫手影完合照,係舉極手都冇人,有兩個服務員/經理只係企近入口位置。最後到自己自拍完食左一陣有另一個女服務員係附近,終於成功請到佢幫我地影相,但佢講普通話,又唔太聽得明廣東話咁。結論係雖然事隔多年,但兩次到訪海龍皇餐廳後都係覺得餐廳係"食環境",服務同味道都令人失望。…Read More

疫情有所緩和,海洋公園也於二月中重新開放,困了那麼久,一於去走走玩玩、舒筋活絡一番啦。當日逛了「香港老大街」,在澳洲館看懶洋洋的澳洲樹熊、袋鼠及笑翠鳥;坐在懷舊電車內彷似時光倒流;Louis Yan 的街頭魔術令人喝采,晚上的「光影都會」更令人目不暇給。曾在日本吃過這款「醬油味軟雪糕」,可惜返轉頭後已經售罄。是次再度到訪海龍王餐廳,品嘗陳國強師傅監制的菜式;這裡用的是可持續發展海鮮,使之不會因大量濫捕而變成瀕危物種,值得支持。今次陳師傅將傳統菜式加以改動,一新大家耳目;這個四人套餐包括頭盤、湯品、主菜、甜品及生果,平均每位四百多元,且不收開瓶費,看來在這裡開酒局也未嘗不可。進餐前,先和魚兒作一次近距離的「接觸」。頭盤三味;由淡至濃,依次是涼拌麻醬海茸~口感爽脆,帶微酸的醬汁更令食慾大增;果木煙燻蛋~溏心蛋加煙燻香,幾時都咁吸引,半隻真係有啲唔夠喉;煎炸百花鱈魚膠~蝦多士般的造型,卻將食味和口感進一步提昇;將蝦膠舖在花膠上再炸,外層酥脆,中間煙韌爽彈,以花膠代替麵包,可謂食得出色又招積。湯:川芎百芷天麻燉魚王(鱸魚) ~這道傳統的藥膳湯水具鎮靜止痛,祛風活血的功效,對治頭風、除疲勞更有一定的幫助;陳師傅挑選鱸魚最肥美的前半段來燉湯,魚骨已被燉至輕輕一咬便化開,對不擅吃多骨魚的我來說,實在太好;這個湯非常鮮甜,既美味、又補益。菜式咁豐富;點都要有酒助興啦。主菜:松露醬帶子蝦球炒蘆筍~清脆的蘆荀、爽彈的蝦球、鮮嫩的帶子、加上黑松露醬點缀,咪就係美味加惹味囉。黒虎掌菌慢煮牛小排~友人說肉質鬆軟入味,有黑虎掌菌獨特的芳香加持;沾醬汁同吃,他説是四樣主菜中最吸引的一味呢。鮮淮山雲耳泡田園蔬菜~翠綠的芥蘭、軟又彈的雲耳、爽口的鮮淮山;熱鬧過後來一個田園鮮蔬就最舒服不過了。芋頭臘味炒飯~米飯炒得乾身;粒粒分明,臘味、芋頭、香葱的組合加埋一齊係無得輸,”隊”了兩大碗,夠晒滿足。蓮子桃膠燉雪梨~養顏滋補、生津潤肺,男女都愛。合時鮮果碟~菠蘿、西瓜、蜜瓜、哈密瓜、藍梅、紅梅、士多啤梨、龍珠果,俱新鮮清甜,菠蘿及哈密瓜尤其好吃。想由日頭玩到晚又得,只想吃飯的;六點後可免費入園,悉隨尊便。海龍王餐廳l地址: 黃竹坑海洋公園夢幻水都海洋奇觀電話: 39232161…Read More
