今次由友人帶路試新野 ~ 錦田紅磚屋10號! 我打去 book 位時, 講完幾位幾點之後接聽果位哥哥就同我講價錢每位 $300起,同埋介紹大約有d咩食, 八餸一湯再加甜品! Ok 咩都無問題! 反正我地試新野, 咩都好!! Hahahaha環境:第一次到錦田食飯, 完全無諗過環境會係點。一去到見到原來係大屋一間, 推門入去有2大檯, 數張小檯, 檯椅之間頗闊落, 而且樓底算高, 兩大檯同一時間食飯都唔會好嘈。牆上掛滿古董畫, 根據店員介紹全部都好值錢!! 都係遠觀算嘞 XDDD 由於本身係大屋關係, 所以有獨立洗手間。洗手間好乾淨、大間, 而且點了香薰同埋有少量擺設! 唔錯唔錯!! 食物: 先來一碗粉葛靚湯, 無影相! 老火湯, 沒有味精! Good百花釀帶子本人好喜歡, 成舊脹卜卜咁, 蝦膠中混了馬蹄, 好爽口!海鮮卷海鮮卷內有大量洋蔥, 加上酸酸的千島汁, 食落清新不油膩。芥茉牛仔粒牛仔粒很軟又大粒, 牛味濃, 唯獨沒有芥茉味, 跟菜名有啲距離, 如果呢一道菜叫 鮮露荀牛仔粒 就非常good !!古法鹽焗雞呢個大個人頭嘅砂煲一上檯就非常觸目! 古法鹽焗雞用走地雞製作, 很有雞味而且肉質彈口又入味! 很快就食晒了 XD珊瑚炒班球呢一味上檯時未覺有什麼特別, 但食過後無一不讚!! 班片很滑, 配上黃耳很爽口, 底下一層滑滑的蛋白原來係保溫作用, 一班朋友飲飲酒、傾傾計、慢慢食…班片黃耳都唔會好快凍! 好細心!!鮑魚鵝掌呢一道菜係用鮮鵝掌製成, 不是急凍貨! Good !椒鹽骨腩好香、好可口!! 配埋紅磚屋10號特製沙爹醬、泰式醬或 XO醬真係一流!!!圍村豆卜店員介紹一定要連上湯一齊食。 豆卜內原來有8種材料製成, 當中果皮味最突出! 還有炒菜、炒飯最後到甜品 – 我哋張檯係蛋白杏仁露, 味道不錯!! 而隔離檯係雪蛤紅蓮, 我點解會知人哋食咩呢?? 就係因為樓面哥哥話廚房多左份雪蛤紅蓮, 佢送咗俾我食!!! 呵呵 ~~~~ 雪蛤紅蓮好清甜, 原來廚師知道而家多數客人都食得健康, 所以另上百花蜜俾客人自行調較甜度, 讚!!我哋仲帶了兩支紅酒去, 人生最愉快事莫過於同一班老友飲飽食醉吹吹水 ~~ 好滿足 ^o^…Read More
