見到其他食家的食評,心思思想吃這裡的美食,預早一天提早訂了位。6pm來到,只得我們倆。叫了這裡的推介菜式:蜜汁燒鰻魚、豬手、叉燒,另外又聽了廚師的建議,叫了杏汁豬肺湯、蝦醬炒通菜。亦想叫這裡的推介菜糯米釀雞翼,但一次要4隻,怕吃不下,所以初初放棄了,但剛好有另一桌人稍後到,他們也只要2隻,於是我們兩桌人平分4隻,great!所有菜式即整即上,熱烘烘的,加分!杏汁豬肺湯 (8.5/10): 杏汁濃味剛剛好,不會過淡過濃,好味!蜜汁燒鰻魚 (9/10): 鰻魚肉地很厚,蜜汁甜美!只是鰻魚份量少(好似有10件),但要$160.叉燒 (9.5/10): 半肥瘦叉燒,加上熱烘烘的,份量充足,好好味!豬手 (9.5/10):很淋,很入味,份量充足,好好味!蝦醬炒通菜 (8.5/10): 味道適中!糯米釀雞翼 (8/10):足料,但味道一般。總括來說,這絕對再來幫襯,性價比來說,叉燒及豬手絕對會encore!…Read More

說實話我也是 RICE 的粉絲, 找野食一定上來望望, 九龍區更會無孔不入 .... ! 今日呢間可稱得上冷門中的冷門, 地點是街市旁邊, 街邊地下濕淋淋, 晚上條街更黑漆漆。如果無RICE是找不到的, 對不?!呢間店晚上聲稱是私房菜, 所有野都要預訂? 可能以新鮮作來頭吧 !不過講真, 主力還是燒味系列, 什麼雞, 鴿, 鵝, 叉燒為主, 之外就是蒸骨, 豬手,雞腳....是否發現我講D菜全是肉呢? 係喎! 提前一日訂菜, 老闆只推介蒸老虎班$350條, 竹節蝦$95隻, 不過我無幫趁, 因為人少及不合 bugget !至於菜呢, 仲攪笑, 老闆只提供通菜一味, 話其他不是時令喎 .... 八點到人不算多, 可能已做了一轉 ~ 燒鵝先來半隻(訂), 不熱但脆, 肥肉不多, 可以.... 皮脆還是重點 ! (90分) Around $200叉燒隨後到, 好入味, 不太咸不太甜, 也出色, 但可以肥一點 ! (80分) Around $80花生豬手, D汁好味, 豬手不太淋, 有點難咬, 老人家應該食不到, 味道都有 (75分) Around $90燒鱔, 嘩呢碟.... 十小塊, 買相OK, 但條鱔太瘦, 燒完得薄薄的白肉, 味道還是似叉燒味道 (75分) Around $160通菜, 賣相好一般, 味道更一般, 只可以說入得口 (55分) ... 價錢不明 !之後加左釀雞翼 , 即炸好脆, 味說偏淡 (65分) , $38隻整體味道可以, 燒味由其突出, 但鱔就價錢同質數不成正比, 我不推介, 菜式太少, 以肉燒味為主, 我就覺得談不上私房菜, 因為應該人客做主道, 我想食咩你比咩, 但好明顯係佢想比咩就你食咩! 老闆拿手菜式不多, 也點固步自封, 食後我地比D意見還好像不太受理, 算吧 ! 服務還可以, 整體禮貌, 有效率!…Read More
