今日去時代廣場睇聖誕燈飾,  之後去食晚餐.   近日假期多食了西餐, 總想要食燒味飯.    女友選擇了 大壹燒鵝.  看見玻璃櫥窗內,  掛著巨型大燒鵝, 顏色令立立,  叉燒也好醒神, 大家好想食.大壹燒鵝 設整潔雅座, 座位闊落, 燈飾設計時尚,  拍拖同朋友食飯好合心意.  銅鑼灣不容易找間舒適又抵食的地舖餐廳, 真係好難得.  侍應招呼有禮,   我們坐梳化卡位,  彩色餐牌,  食品選擇多, 有全日套餐連飲品. 我們點了:燒鵝脾/油雞脾雙拚 (套餐), 配白飯.    白飯粒粒完整, 雪白分明, 靚米.燒鵝 熱辣辣,  香噴噴,   味香四溢,    配有炸菜,  好理想.  備有秘制燒鵝酸梅醬,  點些醬汁很滋味, 送飯一流.    鵝肉厚而肉不肥.  鵝皮脆脆,  鵝肉厚厚,  少脂肪.  入口肉質腍香, 沒有半點膻味,  脆皮底下的鵝肉好鬆軟, 極滿意. 油雞 調味好, 少骨, 有雞味. 餐茶:   熱檸檬茶 +$5 .   熱檸檬茶,   解渴去膩.又加點了三拼:  貴妃雞,  燒煵仔 拼叉燒,叉燒, 賣相真不錯.  用了五花腩肉, 燒工和調味, 絕對可以同一哥比美,   真滋味. 燒煵仔,   脆皮 , 比較瘦.  如果肥少少更好.  點上這個黃芥辣,  超級好味. 貴妃雞,  好滑. 蠔油生菜,  新鮮又爽口.  兩碗例湯.   內有合掌瓜, 南北杏仁, 煲瘦豬骨, 無味精,  非一般市面的例湯.  好好飲.今晚燒鵝好味, 及各式食品 吃得好滿意. 臨走看見燒鵝房, 巨型裝, 數 數, 足足了多過二十隻, 犀利.…Read More

在中環的試酒會結束後,這趟換了好友帶路,直奔其十分熟悉的銅鑼灣區,來到了位於份屬區內美食戰國地圖之一的登龍街,新近登場的燒味店--大壹燒鵝;現時的香港的中菜小店,在裝飾風格上人偏向越來越精湯緻化,令人感到甚有格調,大壹燒鵝可算是其中之一;從門面的簡約風格,將舊有燒味舖與現代風格融合在一起,以綠色為主調,令觀感整潔得來又乾淨利落!對於慣於晚餐夜食的港人來說,6點多的時間可能尚早,所以未現人龍而不用排隊;走進店內,眼見整個裝潢的氣氛倍令人舒服,而店員的熱情招呼,有種老街坊的況味;量了體溫,掃了出行碼後,店員就引領好友與我坐下;拿起餐牌看看,也簡約精美;食物的選擇以燒味為主,尤其是主打的燒鵝;也因此很快點了菜,就馬上落單;食物的上菜效率很高,點了的食物陸續端在枱面:燒味單拼--燒腩飯,燒味雙拼--叉燒油雞飯,下莊的燒鵝例牌,加上菜心,以及兩個例湯,帶著麻甩的浪漫,十分的豐富!而最重要的是,所有美食上來時都保持著合適的熱暖度!先喝用蓮藕煲成的例湯來解解酒,清新的蓮藕味融合在熱湯之中,其鹹度也較輕,喝起來特別令人舒服!首先要讚一讚兩個燒味飯的飯底,其賣相突顯了粒粒分明,軟熟度均勻,與燒味互相輝映!而這個燒味單拼--燒腩飯,其燒腩不單皮脆肉嫩,而且肥瘦比例的恰到好處,既有豬油的香酥潤滑,而只溶在舌尖上的脆皮滲出的煙燻味,又令燒腩更添層次,再來一口軟熟的白飲,堪稱幾乎完美!另一個--燒味雙拼--叉燒油雞飯,與燒腩不相伯仲;叉燒中的肥瘦比例均衡,令到啖味起來鬆綿嫩滑,甜度與鹹味都略輕,加上絲絲的煙燻味,更能突出叉燒的美味與層次!油雞的雞皮帶來玫瑰露的香氣,本身富有的油潤感與綿滑的雞肉形成更佳的口感,十分討喜味蕾!再夾起一塊店內主打的燒鵝肉,豐厚的醬汁已完全滲進去,空中飄逸著透人的氣息;送進口中,咀嚼間,鬆脆的鵝皮溢出的油脂即時滋潤了味蕾,而鵝肉亦十分嫩滑,加上醬汁的加持,舌尖上啖味著這極佳質感的燒鵝,有如閃耀著觀看火花般的燦爛,甚至有一刻燃起了兒時初初吃這美物的觸動!不得了,把燒味飯吃完了就逐塊逐塊地琢磨著這美味,尤其是最吸引的燒鵝肶,其肉質的嫩滑與結實度結合著,滋味更上一層樓!最後以爽脆清甜的菜心作收結;輕輕蘸上蠔油,更帶出這嫩綠油嫩的菜心之甜味及菜味,既清新了味蕾,又滋潤了腸胃!多謝好友的帶路,才認識了區內這麼一間有舒適的環境,高質的食物的非一般燒味食店,尤其燒味(更甚之的燒鵝)賣著一個非常合理的價錢!若經開銅鑼灣,這個名字--大壹燒鵝是值得一再停留去飽嚐口福的!…Read More
