St. Regis 在香港開幕了3年多旗下的中菜廳 Rùn - 潤 係短時間已經迅速摘到了米芝蓮一星終於找到機會一試, 確實沒有令人失望味道之好, 服務, 整體環境, 個人覺得值得更高既星星因為真係享受了一個好好的晚餐St. Regis 是萬豪國際集團旗下的酒店之一於很早前係海外開立了第一間酒店, 所以已有過百年歷史聽侍應分享, 進駐香港的St. Regis, 係由香港著名室內設計師設計師 - André Fu 操刀設計整體都十分有格調, 華麗有品味但不帶傳統酒店式既金碧輝煌設計延伸到 Rùn - 潤 中菜廳, 其風格也貫徹, 而且更帶有中式既味道潤 中菜廳, 整體用了淡木色為材料門口放了一棵松樹做點綴望到最盡頭, 牆身的中央部份是紅色一片 係昏暗既環境下, 綠色同紅色的點綴頗為吸睛侍應告訴我們, 這個紅是硃砂紅此外, 係四角的四張餐座, 都會配有兩張紅色的椅子, 我環顧四周, 其他的餐座是沒有的, 這應該也是設計師的心思中央最大面積的地方也放了十數張餐枱但用了幼身既木柱隔開, 而木柱外邊位置亦放了幾張餐枱這個方法令客人與客人之間有點適當距離但因為不是密封式的閘開, 所以沒有減少空間感唯有有個位覺得可以改善, 就係現場燈光太昏暗了雖然柔和的燈光係可以令人放鬆我和侍應笑著的說, 但這個昏暗程度令人想睡了, 哈哈******************************➽前菜: 蔥油合桃有別於其他酒店中菜既焗琥珀合桃佢係蔥汁打到軟爛放上合桃味道唔會咸感覺係特別但始終覺得焗琥珀合桃更出色有一粒好精細既蘿蔔糕好好食入面有櫻花蝦, 所以就咁食都有少少食到XO 醬既感覺外層好脆而且用既仲係日本既大根蘿蔔, 好講究問左服務員有冇散叫, 佢話暫時未有, 但新年時有禮盒裝➽海苔龍蝦春卷 $168 好食外層用左WAFFLE 皮, 炸完出黎好脆口, 但入口一陣就好快軟溶佈層既龍蝦好爽口彈牙, 雖然細細件, 但肉量好豐滿既感覺推薦➽煙燻滷水鴨肝 $228 超好食!!! 大推薦!係我食過最好食既鴨肝平時食既鴨肝/鵝肝, 都係一塊拎去煎香外層既煮法但呢一隻佢有少少似果凍既口感入口係’’粉’’, ‘’滑’’ , ‘’嫩’’ 既口感都有少少似D 好滑好實既軟雪糕既口感而且大廚用左蘋果木係下面做一個煙燻陣蘋果木食到最尾個件都仲係度, 都徘徊係口好好食一路食一路讚不絕口最尾朋友讓多件俾我, 我食左4片, 哈哈,太好食啦呢個係黎必食之選!➽蜜餞西班牙黑豚肉叉燒(半份) $184 服務員好貼心, 知道我地細食, 而且想試更多, 建議可叫半份呢個叉燒都係出色外層焦香脆邊, 我覺得係食叉燒必需既一點, 佢做到; 而且聽講係廚師特意燒焦個表皮 肉質軟腍, 甜度係中度再多一點, 呢個甜度我幾喜歡推薦➽招牌鹽香雞(半隻) $328 服務員大力推薦話係佢地招牌為左佢, 所以我將個叉燒CUT 半, 哈哈又好食wo! 雞皮薄脆, 好好食, 咸度適中用既係龍江雞, 所以肉質已經有保證配合大廚既高廚技, 雞肉做到好嫩好滑好好食其實半隻對我地兩個人黎講真係有點多, 但又唔想帶走最尾幾件我淨係食左個雞皮, 真係好脆好食➽原個椰皇海帶杞子燉鮑魚 $388 一位  個湯甜到呢大廚係先煲左個梆皇, 迫個味道出黎先, 有椰皇既天然甜香跟住再黎豐富既材料: 松茸, 海帶, 豬肉, 鮑魚等等材料雖多, 但味道不會太濃, 係清甜好飲大推薦!➽生煎小米元貝皇配星洲酸辣汁 $268 一位元貝皇真係巨大粒上層就係小米,  煎得好脆卜卜星洲酸辣汁, 酸度同辣度都係點到即止, 唔會太OVER 配合清淡既元貝皇都唔錯既➽櫻花蝦烏子魚炒飯 $138 一位朋友叫了一碗, 我試了一啖飯質比較乾身, 我覺得如果再濕潤多一點點就更好因為有櫻花蝦, 烏子魚呢D 香氣重既材料迫出個香氣, 所以個飯既味道都唔錯➽甜品三弄 $108 一位 ( 楊枝甘露,焙茶朱古力慕絲,椰香班蘭雪花) 整體外形靚楊枝甘露真係一口可以’’飲晒’’清甜, 唔酸, 喜歡楊枝甘露既人可直接叫一碗椰香班蘭雪花, 呢個新鮮整既, 所以有熱度好食焙茶朱古力慕絲, 食到中間有軟綿既口感而且朱古力甜度中間岩岩好, 好食******整體既食物質素真係好好食到咁好味, 而且擺盤又靚既菜式洪志光大廚真係落左唔少心機好推薦俾朋友黎試而且下次要黎試下佢既點心先!當晚既侍應每位都服務殷勤當中一位叫 Victor Ng, 想表示十分的讚揚佢主動為我地推薦了幾道菜, 都真的十分出色, 食得我地好開心, 唔係佢推薦, 我地都唔知叫咩菜了而且當中對每一道菜有不明的地方, 佢都會好細心講解, 對菜式了解豐富還有另一位叫 Tom Wong 的, 也是很盡力招待亦有同我地分享一些酒店的設計等等佢仲鼓勵我地做MARRIOTT 既MEMBER 儲分, 最尾都即時登記做了會員睇黎下次要黎STAYCATION 下先! 哈哈…Read More

見到網上邊有人推介呢間既點心 就冒名黎試下7月尾打黎訂位 已經要去到8月中先有位😂訂左12:00,人唔算好多。坐低無耐侍應就俾左杯welcome tea我地,其實係一杯凍茶🫖都算幾窩心💛大熱天時,去到有杯凍茶飲都係幾唔錯既👍🏻今次4個人,一共叫左12樣野食,呢到啲野好多都係好的色,所以唔驚會好快飽😆1️⃣娘惹咸水角個青蘋果造型加埋個塊食得既樹葉 剩係心機同賣相都100分 細細粒 岩岩好一啖可以食哂 個外皮好軟糯 味道都調較得岩岩好 值得一試 打卡都一流😝2️⃣松露帶子餃呢款點心整體既水準都算高,最深刻既係層皮,唯一美中不足既係松露既味道唔夠豐富。層皮除左薄之外,係好煙韌,係坊間真係比較少食到呢個口感。入面既帶子應該混合左啲墨魚膠,食落去好彈牙好飽實😋3️⃣黑椒和牛酥唔知係咪因為對呢款嘅點心期望有啲高,食完之後反需有啲失望。外形又係100分,一睇就知係心機之作。可惜食落去既時候,並食唔到黑椒同和牛既香氣。只係食到外面酥皮既粉味,而個外皮相較之下亦都太厚。同函既比例差得有啲遠,而影響咗整體嘅水準。4️⃣黑毛豬叉燒(半份)呢個真係有驚喜☺️叉燒燒得岩岩好,有少少濃邊,肉質恰得好處,唔會燒得高火。屋企人同男朋友食完都大讚好食。同埋係最左手邊既蘿蔔,又係心機野。師傅將白蘿蔔同紅蘿蔔互相交纏,食落去就有兩種味道同口感,的確幾有創意5️⃣金蒜龍蝦春卷呢碟點心一上枱嘅時候,侍應就同我哋介紹翻係用窩夫皮去做層外皮,所以口感會好唔同。一試之外,的確同平時食到既春卷好唔一樣。格外地脆同啲龍蝦真係好彈牙,唔需要額外嘅醬汁都已經好好食。因為平時食春卷都一定要沾好多喼汁😁6️⃣金錢蟹盒呢款點心都算係今日最失望嘅一樣。諗住叫呢款懷舊小食俾老爹食下。點知一入口除咗油炸味之外,就咩味都食唔到。莫講啲蟹肉既鮮味⋯感覺就好似食咗一舊好脆既炸麵粉咁😕7️⃣果香雞肝多士呢款點心又係其中一個出色之作,感覺同食鵝肝多士差唔多。除咗雞肝夠粉嫩,多士夠脆之外,中間夾左個塊蘿蔔酸令到成個多士既層次提升左。中和返雞肝既‘流’,會令人想食完一舊再一舊🤤🤤8️⃣家鄉拆魚羹好考功夫同心機既一道傳統菜。淡淡既魚香,啲湯同啲薄脆,魚肉,海帶絲一齊食,口感上好滿足。呀媽好鍾意呢道菜。但可能自己食開濃味野,對於我黎講味道就有啲淡。9️⃣原個椰皇海帶杞子燉鮑魚侍感一擺低已經聞到淡淡的椰香味。成個湯好清甜,好好飲,連湯入面既配料無論係鮑魚定係豬肉,都好好食。但以呢個份量來講,性價比就好似有啲低。同埋本身都幾鍾意食椰肉,如果侍應可以幫手分埋啲椰肉就更完美。因為以我所知,之前侍應係會幫手分埋啲椰肉,不過今次就無啦。🔟 菠蘿叉燒包包好軟綿,好多叉燒函,如果要彈既,就係面個層皮可以再脆啲。但整體黎講都好好食。1️⃣1️⃣鮑粒鮮蝦福建炒飯呢個係成餐飯最令我哋驚喜嘅一道餸。普通一客福建炒飯冇諗過可以正得咁好食。除咗啲飯粒粒分明之外,仲食到好有鑊氣。啲材料配合得天衣無縫,無論係鮮蝦嘅彈牙,菜粒嘅爽脆,定係菇嘅香味,都拿捏得恰到好處。男朋友本身係福建人,佢都大讚話呢個飯真係好好食。我諗呢個福建炒飯都係我so far食過最好嘅一次😍😍😍推介推介🥳1️⃣2️⃣椰果石榴甘露呢度甜品喺出邊比較少見,芒果西米露見得多,石榴甘露都真係第一次見。如果鍾意食石榴,你一定會好鍾意呢道甜品。除左椰肉,廚師仲加左啲石榴粒係入面,所以每食一啖都食到石榴嘅清香。餐廳仲送咗一客杞子桂花糕同埋合桃酥俾我地。杞子桂花糕好足料,食到杞子嘅清甜。合桃酥好夠熱,食落去好鬆脆,又食到淡淡的合桃味。整體來講,呢度嘅服務好好,侍應會不停留意你杯茶飲完未,會主動過嚟幫你斟茶。喺食物方面,最值得一讚嘅食物嘅溫度,所有菜喺上枱嘅時候都keep到個熱到,係喺你食嗰陣都需要吹一吹先食到嘅熱度,唔係普通既暖暖地,好少餐廳會做到呢個水準👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻同埋同好多酒店嘅餐廳一樣,點心嘅件數係可以隨人頭既數目而加😊佢地出餸既時間都拿捏得好好,基本上唔會有冷場🤣…Read More
