約咗個朋友傾傾旅行嘢,邊食邊傾,就番佢選址晌旺角區,同埋老友鍾意食日本嘢,搵咗一輪,就揀咗「深宵食堂」。一來見佢風評幾好,二來曾經幫襯過,雖然已喺2014年銅鑼灣店嘅事,但印象唔錯喺會有啲加分。跟銅鑼灣店一樣,餐廳位處商廈,一出電梯就喺餐廳環境,以「食堂」為名,總有種小店嘅感覺。整體環境唔算大,但裝修樸實而幾骨子,淺木色和風系,牆上又貼咗唔少日漫海報,更多添日本風情。雖然未有耐到日本嘅春季,但一室天花掛滿櫻花裝飾,襯以串串日式燈籠,感覺多咗好多春日暖和氣氛。我哋版被安排坐晌近窗口嘅二人枱,叫做多少少街景睇吓。食物嘅選擇就以6張點菜紙為主,類別分為前菜、甜點、炸物、燒品、一品料理及主食,而牆上掛有一小塊黑板,寫住好幾款深宵推介。飲品名單就印晌另一張餐牌上,有啲啤酒、清酒、汽水及特飲。餐廳上菜都幾快手,好在我哋就醒目,唔會一次過落晒單,分段落,尤其食串燒,點可以俾佢攤凍架,當然要襯熱辣食啦,配埋杯凍飲,咁至夠爽。巨峰提子梳打 $38、烏龍茶 $16夠晒大杯,兼隻杯嘅圖案都幾得意。友人揀嘅巨峰,味道OK,但略嫌唔夠「汽」咁,感覺未夠爽;小弟就正氣少少,飲烏龍茶,諗住食串燒,清清啲油膩感啫。櫻花蝦沙律 $58以沙律菜、車厘茄做底,淋上日式胡麻汁,幾典型嘅西日菜式,沙律菜新鮮爽脆,胡麻汁夠香濃,故味道基本上唔差得去邊,添咗啲櫻花蝦,就多咗份卜卜脆嘅口感。名古屋雞翼 $42友人喺日本通,話呢一款以麵豉做醃料嘅炸物值得一試。一客有3隻全翼,炸得金黃,色澤平均,更撒上白芝麻。咬落外皮好香脆,又唔油,不過,似乎又唔喺好覺有麵豉味啫。厚燒牛舌 $38我哋唔喺嗰啲一定要食好多肉嘅人,所以,串燒除雞翼,就只有呢串牛舌喺肉,其餘大部分都喺蔬菜類。牛舌燒得唔錯,唔會好乾身,入口煙韌有咬口,簡單鹽、黑椒作調味,已可以好好食。芝士年糕 $38唔知點解,對芝士年糕好似有啲情有獨鍾。一客兩粒,並且一開二。暖暖哋嘅年糕口感軟綿綿,卻喺好煙糯,而裡面半溶嘅芝士香濃得嚟唔會太搶,唔錯,唔錯!芝士蟹肉大啡菇 $48大啡菇燒過之後,多少有點縮水,所以,比預期無咁大件。雖然面頭灑上好多芝士,但隱約都見到多7肉嘅蹤影,其實,芝士下確喺有唔少蟹肉,加上件大啡菇燒出嚟嘅效果仲保持到水份,一啖入口真喺幾正。芝士翠玉瓜 $28正所謂一不離二,二不離三,再嚟多道芝士燒蔬菜嘅菜式。呢個都喺較少嘅配搭,簡單燒香啲翠玉瓜之後,再放上芝士烘溶佢。睇見啲芝士溶溶哋,可以食出拉絲嘅效果,而晌芝士味中,都仲嗒到翠玉瓜嘅清甜味。牛油燒蕃薯 $28煨蕃薯呀,燒蕃薯呀,本身都喺好好食嘅菜式,用上日本蕃薯仔,搽上牛油至燒,梗喺正啦。啲蕃薯仔又夠粉,又香甜,個人嚟講,塗多一、兩朕牛油等佢更充滿油香就仲好。豚肉生姜燒丼 $48齋食串燒而無飯到肚好似差啲差啲咁,所以,簡單點咗一客豚肉生姜燒丼過吓飯癮而已。賣相就平平無奇架喇,但食味不俗,豚肉好嫩滑,飯粒飽滿分明,又吸收咗啲豚肉汁。一次過試咗多道串燒,都做得有水準。雖然,坐吓坐吓都爆場,眼見侍應得兩個女生,但招呼到位勤快,又有禮貌,成晚都無咩甩漏,喺食得好「宵」遙自在嘅一晚。…Read More

最近追緊電視劇深夜食堂,一間餐廳既菜單只有幾款食物,但充滿人情味。原來香港都有間餐廳叫深宵食堂,出於對呢套電視劇嘅迷戀,我約左女友去試試。餐廳大約有六、七枱,天花掛滿具日本特色既迷你雨傘,牆上亦貼滿櫻花裝飾。餐廳食物比電視劇嘅深夜食堂多好多,餐紙總共有七、八頁,每頁最少十款食物。豚肉蘆筍卷既豚肉薄如紙,加上上菜時熱烘烘,一咬勁多汁,而且口感超脆,好似薯片咁。鹽燒秋葵看似簡簡單單,但適量既鹽就已經帶出秋葵既味道。厚燒牛舌有咬口但唔韌,牛味相當濃厚。雞皮食落完全唔膩,每塊雞皮都好乾身脆口。甲羅燒即係即松葉蟹膏釀蟹蓋, 亦會加蟹肉。每次去日本旅行一定會食極唔停。呢個甲羅燒加左味道濃郁,配多士仲好味,感覺上無咁鹹。自己作為黑松露狂迷當然要叫黑松露烏冬。黑松露既獨特香味加上洋蔥既甜令人難以抵抗。重頭戲當然係芝士蟹肉玉子燒,用蕃茄汁寫上「深宵」二字。蛋非常輕盈,蛋汁滿溢,同時亦有拉絲效果,不過蟹肉既鮮甜味冇咁突出。雖然餐廳同電視劇相比完全大相徑庭,但每款食物都幾高質,沒有奢華裝潢卻有説不到既窩心。…Read More
