眾所周知,日本和牛是非常著名而且昂貴的 日本視如珍寶,是禁止出口的 繼上次在日本食和牛,是在日本神戶的時候 至今仍然回味那齒頰留香的味道 與朋友聚會一起談起日本旅行,先知道原來香港也有間正宗的和牛料理 這間和牛料理來自JA農,即日本全國農業協同組合聯合會 是日本政府所屬的農業組織,專供應和牛的 在東京亦有分店,身為和牛控的我聽到這個好消息,當然冒名去試試,回一回隱啦! 三肩是和牛很稀有的部位,份量很少,以炭爐慢慢燒烤這片牛肉 緩緩地滲出牛油的香味,有冇發覺,燒的過程也是一種味覺享受呢? 入口時隨即溶化,香味十足,都不需要沾調味料 還有厚切牛舌,真的是厚切,有1厘米多的厚度 烤至六成熟左右,入口軟腍但又帶幾分彈牙 另外燒雞肉也是不錯的選擇 雞肉以調味料醃過,甜甜的,肉汁很特別,入口腍滑,不會乾身反而幾juicy。離下次日本旅行仍有段時間,先在這裏解一解和牛渴吧!…Read More

講起燒肉,韓式燒肉就食得比較多,日式燒肉真係可以寥寥可數,所以今晚便和他黎到銅鑼灣既「和牛燒肉‧純」來一個日式燒肉晚餐,來滿足一下「肉」望。.入到去,我地被安排坐係近師傅位的吧檯,屬高櫈位。另外仲有幾張二人檯、四人檯等。.一坐低店子就會提供一條濕毛巾、醬油同檸檬塊等,前方就係燒烤既位置。.睇到餐廳貼上用上「全農和牛」既證書,原來係由JA全農直屬經營,新鮮和牛屠宰至運到香港只須十日,貨源保證新鮮。.原來咁岩銅鑼灣店剛好係重新開業,所以都有推出特別既套餐,好似呢個二人前,純特製和牛套餐就$1350,包湯、前菜、沙律、燒肉、主食和甜品等,心大心細唔知揀邊款肉,套餐可能會適合你,不過小妹都係揀左散叫幾款肉食。.坐低後先叫左兩杯飲品,我個杯係巨峰提子。.日本產和牛上牛排肉 (燒汁、鹽燒) $205脂肪比例較重,所以肉質較軟腍,咀嚼中充滿著脂肪香,油脂豐腴,感覺很邪惡。.日本產和牛排肉 (燒汁、鹽) $120肉質咬落爽口鬆化,牛味重,脂肪位較少,但入口絕對不差,咀嚼中還是感受到那股肉香。.日本產雞肉 (味增、鹽) $98雞肉入口帶甜醬油味道,醃得有點似韓式甜醬既味道,肉質嫩滑,上味仲加有蔥花提味。味道方面當然無牛肉咁突出,但也不錯吃。.厚切牛舌 $188每件牛舌都切得厚厚一塊,咬落去爽口有嚼勁,每食一件都感覺超爽口。…Read More
