由於突然想食烤肉,下午落booking18:00留枱,職員回覆要20:00交枱,星期五人流較多,早點吃無所謂去馬。點左個$400價位嘅二人餐,有帆立貝、沙律、湯、甜品、主菜烤物有薄牛舌、牛肉、一口牛、羊架、豬頸肉、雞肉、菇、洋蔥、茄子、飯、前菜、枝豆。非常豐富。另外點左一份牛肋肉、大蝦兩隻及厚切牛舌。配送大量瓜菜。上菜快速,不用等蝦和貝不能强求鮮宰活捉,可謂不過不失。跟餐牛肉味道濃郁,有咬口不油膩。正豬頸肉爽碎彈牙。羊架及牛肋肉稍欠肉味,油脂太多,少吃無妨。厚燒牛舌重點推介。跟餐有燒年糕,好玩、好味。環境不俗、抽風一流無油煙味跟身,職員態度優良,推介食品點到即止,樂意解答亦會主動提供燒烤技巧。烤爐火力容易控制。個人認為和牛油份過多欠肉味且油膩非常,建議不啫和牛者點普通二人餐(只需$400)配搭其他美食啤酒較佳,比和牛餐平一半較經濟,亦較容易烹調。總結:值得推薦。…Read More
