小肥不好名牌只愛食,慶祝家人生日及過時過節都會選擇豪飲豪食一番,今個聖誕X新年就請父母同哥哥去中環擺花街,齊齊去試小表弟極力推介o既「燒乜」。據悉,新店正式開業未到一個月,大廈翻新工程明顯仲需時去完成,唔怪得知週五晚都唔係咁多客,XO仔早一日以網上訂座一啲都冇難度。佔用面積全層o既「燒乜」環境開揚,設計和風得黎都幾摩登吓,雖則貴為燒物專門店,室內卻一絲燒味都冇,抽氣做得非常好。近窗o既一排散座全為四人枱,另一邊則為以吧位圍繞著o既開放式廚房。肥肥家族一向嗜杯中物,埋位第一刻當然係要開返樽日本清酒啦!請留意,如貴客有意自攜靚酒,店子收取o既開瓶費分別為$300(750ml或以下)及$600(750ml以上)。「Cheers!聖誕節快樂,新年進步!」用上靚女武士作商標o既餐店晚市主要有三頁餐牌。除此之外,極之友善o既服務生仲呈上及續一講解每日由日本空運到港o既特色燒物食材,當晚包括兩款菇物、甜蕃薯、青椒、蕃茄等。點好菜式後,意外地哥哥仔先送上新年賀歲小食拼盤。小食拼盤(免費贈送):小食上枱時已經凍哂,其中炸雞軟骨又腍又冇味,而兩件燒金目鯛魚仲帶點腥味添。豆腐海藻沙律/大葉酸汁($98):沙律中o既三色海藻爽脆非常,豆腐則幼嫩滑溜,如果淋面o既麻醬可以再多少少就更加完美。水菜/雜菌/無花果/柚子胡麻醬($98):碟底o既水菜形似火箭菜,食落都好清爽。沙律混入咗雜菌及無花果,成功提升咗口感同味道,再拌入惹味醒胃o既柚子胡麻醬,組合新穎得黎極之討好。厚揚豆腐燒/蒜香牛油味噌($68):金黃色o既炸豆腐鬆爽彈牙,面層塗上香濃帶甜o既蒜香牛油味噌醬,吃畢確真令人精神為之一振。日本椎茸釀豆腐/鯷魚醬油($68):日本椎茸菇本身軟腍芳香,可惜釀入咗爛碎o既豆腐即變得黏住個口,質感同味道都一樣奇奇怪怪,絕對唔係細佬杯茶囉。自家製雞肝醬/脆炸海苔($88):雞肝醬乾乾嚡嚡,而且陣味呷到連出哂名能耐高o既哥哥都話唔掂,也太重口味了!反而配角脆炸海苔就好夠鬆化香脆。四口子從是日推介o既項目中揀咗三款黎試。唔知係咪因為要集齊三樣一次過以拼盤形式上所至呢,大肥爸爸搖哂頭咁話精選貨色居然唔夠熱,難怪會被稱為「燒乜」,可想而知其不滿程度。燒乜之京都本菇($40):京都本菇香潤帶爽,如果可以熱辣辣咁食就好得多。燒乜之大冬菇($40):冬菇軟腍厚身,敗筆在於咬落過份油膩。 燒日本甜粟/粟米慕絲($58):粟米色澤金黃,食落又爽又甜又多汁,超!杯中o既粟米慕絲滑就夠滑,不過食完一小口已感膩滯非常。串燒雞腎($38/串):雞腎雖則爽口,但大肥話齋,串燒只要入口唔夠熱就足以令菜式大打折扣:(,大家一同再度搖頭。厚切牛舌芯($98):燒至外脆內粉紅o既限量厚切牛舌芯爽潤中帶點腍滑,伴碟o既蒜片脆薄惹味,各有各美味,必吃推介也!串燒手羽先($32/串):雞翼可以話係當晚食咁多款串燒中唯一夠熱力o既一道:)。雞翼皮層香脆有光澤,肉質嫩滑可口,簡單鹽燒已夠美味。手作免治雞肉串($45/串):由於免治雞肉串本身已經唔夠熱,點埋另上o既蛋黃豉油黎食就有啲凍上加凍o既效果,可謂失色之作。日本雞腿肉($38/串):雞腿肉雖然皮光肉滑,無奈上枱已唔再熱辣,食時更開始有硬化之感。串燒蒜鹽牛舌($48/串):因有比較下,串燒牛舌明顯唔及厚切牛舌芯咁潤,不過其質感都好夠爽脆。燒飯團茶漬飯/香蔥味噌白雞湯($108):以小石鍋即場燒煮o既燒飯團茶漬飯就真係夠哂火候啦!新鮮滾熱辣o既茶漬飯個香蔥味噌白雞湯底芬芳香濃,窩心暖胃,飯粒飽滿且半帶脆口,小表弟真係冇介紹錯!親子丼/鵝肝茶碗蒸蛋($158):香噴噴o既親子丼同石鍋茶漬飯一樣夠哂熱辣辣。丼丼個白飯底好軟熟,除咗雞件同滑蛋之外,仲加咗兩件免治雞球,食落香滑之餘又多咗份脆卜卜,如果調味可以咸多少少就更完滿。跟丼丼o既燉蛋本身好嫩滑,只可惜頂面件鵝肝又老又嚡又苦澀,結果就等同畫蛇添足咁。串燒雞皮($35/串):估計師傅應該係漏咗單後急忙用猛火即燒,所以燒到成陣燶味o既雞皮要吹咗三次先有得食。黑芝麻奶凍/抹茶糖漿($78):黑芝麻奶凍清香柔軟滑溜,輕巧微甜。抹茶焦糖燉蛋($78):配上豆腐雪糕及抹茶朱古力o既抹茶焦糖燉蛋感覺上好似甜上加甜。燉蛋面o既抹茶忌廉o既賣相仲要係鴨屎綠X 小雲成日手持o既米田共,請恕細佬直言,未食都有少少反感。。。位於中環一家旺場酒吧樓上o既「燒乜」裝修時尚,地方闊落舒適,而且抽氣非常好,服務生態度亦極之誠懇。新店開業未夠一個月,菜式賣相大多都唔錯,無奈主打燒乜燒物唔多夠熱,略欠火候,反而「石鍋茶漬飯」更顯特色及水準,唔計酒水,每人平均消費都要$500,細佬覺得仍有好大改進空間囉!…Read More
