本人一向都係愛蟹之人,對蟹可以話係又愛又恨,一方面被蟹肉既鮮甜味美所吸引,另一方面亦為拆蟹肉既艱難而為之卻步,冇辦法啦,為食又懶惰嘛哈哈。最近係網上見到有雜誌介紹一碗極為吸引既蟹黃飯,見到啖啖蟹膏又唔洗自己拆已經令我流晒口水,趁同朋友飯聚我就一於黎試一試!一去到發現原來係位於一條人來人往既街上,而且座位唔多,旁邊可以清楚見到師傅燒緊串燒,傳黎陣陣香味,名副其實係一間小店,我一坐低即刻叫左吸引我既蟹黃飯同幾款燒物同朋友一齊分享。特制激爆蟹黃飯 ($128)一上枱既賣相已經令人食指大動,金黃色既蟹膏滿滿咁舖係珍珠米上面,香濃味鮮,口感有一點黏黏,但完全唔會有一點腥既感覺,證明材料新鮮。而且飯面上既並非冇誠意既來貨蟹柳,而係兩條拆好既蟹腳,味道鮮甜,忍唔住令我一口接一口咁食晒d飯,非常滿足到我呢個愛蟹之人!唔想太有罪惡感又可以試多d其他食物,不妨好似我咁兩人分享一碗。海鹽安格斯一口牛($25)牛肉燒得剛剛好,肉質唔會因為過熟而太韌,用海鹽黑椒簡單調味既好處係可以保留肉既鮮味。汁燒茄子 ($18) 燒過既茄子肉仍然好juicy,加上燒汁十分惹味,兩個人share半條實在唔夠喉!汁燒雞中翼串 ($15)雞翼一向都係燒烤中最受歡迎既食物,燒過既雞皮配上雞肉真係冇得輸,不過略為乾身了一點。沙津醬燒免治雞肉棒 ($22)免治雞肉既口感嫩滑啖啖肉,但食食下發現有咬口既粒粒,原來係加左雞軟骨,南瓜雪糕 ($45)首先賣相已經十分吸引,以原隻小南瓜裝住雪糕,一嘗之下,發現雪糕非常重南瓜味,仲有濃郁既椰香味,兩者好夾,而雪糕口感亦夠香滑,令第一次食南瓜雪糕既我好驚喜!如果能夠加入少量南瓜粒增加口感,效果可能更好!小店雖小,但五臟俱全,而且單看手拆既蟹膏既心思已看誠意十足,值得支持!…Read More

砵蘭街中有間好細好細的居酒屋、卡座只六張高凳、另外還有普通位在街外、甚有風味。途經被燒烤香味吸引注腳了、應該有點驚喜吧!麻雀雖小、小小舖頭創意無限、餐牌上多款燒烤可供選擇、但最吸引我的是‘限售‘這兩字、特製激爆蟹黃飯、好嘢無理由不試。嘩啦啦!金黄一片、簡值以本傷人、蟹膏鋪滿整個飯碗、口水己流。蟹膏入口甘香濃稠、整個口腔充滿膏香還有點漿口。松葉蟹腳肉鮮甜多汁、美味。值得一試。驚喜一浪接一浪、南瓜雪糕香滑綿綿、南瓜和椰香味頗為突出、幸福滿瀉。雖然環境比較擠迫、但誠意的美食搭夠、值得推介。…Read More

這裡的蟹膏飯香傳遍千里,早就紅透網絡,所以吸引了很多人來排隊!加上店內位置不多,部份食客需要坐到街邊的室外位置進餐,環境不太理想,不過食物才是我看重的!進店後,就坐到吧枱的位置,只有幾個坐位!面對着的是廚房,師傅在裡面煮食,我們都可以窺探得到,但缺點是油煙會沾滿身。除了蟹膏飯,其實這裡還有其他選擇的!例如和牛飯、麵、鰻魚飯等都很吸引,另外亦從店名可看出,店家還主打串燒,所得不得不點幾串試試。先來的是燒粟米,燒得金黃有光澤,不過吃下發覺有點乾身,粟米本身不多汁,幸好粟米的天然甜很突出,挽回不少分數。再來是燒菠蘿,跟粟米完全相反,這個超級多汁!一咬下去,甜甜酸酸的菠蘿汁四濺,不用甚麼調味都已非常生津!還有西京燒牛,西京燒銀鱈魚就吃得多,但用西京方式燒牛還是第一次,牛肉塗上了甜甜的醬汁,更突出了牛的濃郁,不過筋部太多,吃起來有點難嚼。來到主角蟹膏飯!蟹膏多得鋪滿整個飯,完全不見一點白色,只見橙橙黃黃的蟹膏,非常邪惡!蟹膏味未算很濃,反而偏,鹹或許等當造的蟹季會好些,但用來拌飯倒是不錯。驚喜的是上面的蟹棒,不是普普通通的假蟹柳,反而有真實的鮮甜!還有這個鰻魚飯,鰻魚及粟米各一半,如果是整個都蓋滿鰻魚會更滿足呢!鰻魚的肉頗滑,但醬汁不夠,令飯身有點單調,即是拌上粟米還是有點太乾。餃子及芝士丸一樣,即叫即炸,非常熱燙!餃子可蘸麻醬,外皮炸得很香脆,不過就有點過於油膩,而且亦脆得有點太硬,還好內裡肉汁豐盛,但略嫌肉汁偏淡。另外紫菜芝士丸很特別,用薯蓉作為丸的外層,炸過後香酥鬆化,咬外流出液態芝士,淡淡的奶白色,但芝味濃濃,很好吃!可惜在別處未能找到一樣的東西呢!可能要再回來才能回味得到了!最後當然要以甜品作結,這裡的甜品主要是雪糕及蛋糕。選了比較不常見的南瓜雪糕,聽說這種雪糕在凍肉店都有售,但南瓜味的好像未見過。雖然味道上沒什麼南瓜的蹤影,但奶香濃郁,質感厚滑,完全是超水準的!雪糕份量亦不少!南瓜盅挖得非常深,足夠兩人分享的。雖然蟹膏飯沒想像中的出色,反而其他食物更有驚喜!等人潮減退後,可能會為了芝士丸或串燒再來!…Read More

今日特登黎左呢度食蟹膏飯!之前睇雜誌見到介紹所以就黎左,因為之前打過黎想book位唔成功,知道有好多人會黎排隊,所以今次我地特登5點9未開店就黎到,等到6點正式開始就有得食!一黎就叫左個蟹膏飯先,係人人黎到都會食既!真係超多蟹膏啊!不過就有d太鹹,所以要撈勻晒底下d飯先好食,如果成啖蟹膏放入口會鹹得濟。不過蟹膏咁足料,都冇失望既!除此之外,重叫左個鰻魚飯。鰻魚岩岩好可以蓋住半個飯,都足料既,但係汁就真係少左d,個底大部份都係白飯,單調左d。串燒叫左燒菠蘿同燒粟米。粟米就唔係好夠牛油,但係本身粟米質素高,夠晒甜!燒菠蘿就好正,超多汁啊!又夠晒甜!好彩有3舊咁多,夠晒我地share食。重有就係燒安格斯牛一串,都幾多汁,不過就唔夠軟淋,可能因為有d筋位。重有叫左d小食。炸餃子係新鮮即炸,熱辣辣好脆口!呢度有一口芝士同紫菜芝士波,唔知有咩分別呢?但係我地就揀左圖中呢個紫菜芝士,都係即炸既,外面個皮有d紫菜,入面流晒d芝士出黎,d芝士好濃味,搞到我好想試埋一口芝士!但係冇辦法啦,已經叫左好多野食太飽!最後食埋呢個南瓜雪糕,佢另外重有香桃雪巴,都係有個桃裝住既,不過我地就冇叫到,揀左呢個南瓜。雖然就唔覺有南瓜味,但係d雪糕又幾滑,唔會話水稀稀咁,唔錯唔錯!…Read More
