平時我同朋友都喺創興中心做gym,創興中心入面有好多餐廳,其中中菜代表有盈館。今日我同幾位朋友做完gym決定落去盈館食個晚飯。盈館係一間傳統酒樓,裝潢同我想像中差唔多。大圓枱、地氈同魚缸係傳統酒樓必備元素🤩- 北京片皮鴨配料有蔥白絲、青瓜、甜醬。師傅切出嚟嘅片皮鴨既肉幾厚,而且切得唔係太工整。雖然刀工麻麻,不過份量好多,而且只係$168,所以其實好抵食👍🏻- 冰鎮咕嚕肉咕嚕肉被一堆冰塊包住,食落外皮冰凍同少少脆口,入面肉質鬆軟,不過略嫌太過濕潤,無咗外冷內熱嘅口感🤔- 香芒脆蝦球職員建議連埋生菜一齊食,但我地以為只係裝飾所以無食到🤣。蝦球酥脆,配上少少芒果肉同沙律醬,味道甜而不膩。- 甜麵醬黑豚肉炒花生芽我認為最有驚喜既一道菜式,估唔到花生芽如此甘脆爽嫩,口感同一般芽菜截然不同。黑豚肉炒得香口,配上甜麵醬更香濃惹味。- 黑白爽身慢煎龍躉扒因為慢煎關係,龍躉扒係壓軸出場🥳。龍躉扒幾鮮甜,而且煎得幾香口,旁邊有爽口既黑木耳。以上菜式平均$150,份量好大,味道以甜麵醬黑豚肉炒花生芽同香芒脆蝦球最出色👍🏻…Read More
