小妹忙於湊仔,好耐無寫食評喇🙈不過今晚去完試業中的鴨大哥,真心覺得值得一寫,當中有讚亦有希望改善的地方,總括來說都係抵食同精緻😊椒鹽豆腐炸漿唔厚,豆腐十分嫩滑,灑上小許椒鹽在上面,惹味又不油膩椒鹽雞軟骨香口美味,雞軟骨爽口以上兩款在等朋友到來做前菜,邊食邊傾邊等,一口接一口😋北京烤鴨有名叫鴨大哥,當然要試試招牌菜肉質嫩滑,鴨味香濃,皮薄香脆,最緊要無多餘的肥膏,食多啲都唔會有好「漏」的飽滯感覺,份量亦足夠唔洗搶食😆另外最欣賞有小火爐暖住餅皮,餅皮份量亦比外面的食肆多,唔會食到一半就唔夠包或凍曬,配菜有大蔥絲、青瓜、同兩款烤鴨醬,最為特別係有黑糖,感覺特別,有多款不同配搭及美味層次。希望改善位:配菜的大蔥絲、青瓜略嫌份量不夠,加返份量就更滿足😌另外小建議:黑糖可以改成爆炸糖,層次口感提升外,感覺比黑糖更特別及賣點更吸引。叉燒肉質結實口感好,略嫌玫瑰露重手左小小,搶左其他調味料的味道麥香黃金蝦咸蛋黃配上粟米片的黃金配搭,蝦肉新鮮彈牙,有紅肉火龍果鋪底,有幫助清新返味蕾,平衡返濃味的感覺,呢個菜式真心必食推介,無可挑剔😋荔枝山楂咕嚕肉咕嚕肉外脆內嫩,火喉岩岩好,配上山楂汁比外面食到的更開胃,欣賞將呢個餸既定既生果由菠蘿改成荔枝,感覺有新鮮感。希望改善位:將罐頭荔枝轉為新鮮荔枝,罐頭荔枝口感較實及帶糖水味,影響了這道餸的口感;新鮮荔枝口感較好會生色不少。另外小建議:荔枝未必一年四季都當造,可以改為時果,以當造的生果入饌,因時制宜🍊🍋🍓🍑🍈桂花雪梨脆蟮球擺盤精緻,一上檯令人眼前一亮,平時唔影食物既朋友都忍不住要一齊相機食先,打卡一流。不得不提配菜的啤梨,醃得好好味,可見廚師的用心💛希望改善位:蟮的泥味情況有點重,可能本人對泥味好敏感🙈可以改善到呢兩點就完美了!另外小建議:蟮球好真材實料,切得比較厚身,咬落去有小小困難,如果可以一開二就更好,可以食得舒服啲😉海鮮鴨湯泡飯今餐最滿意最有驚喜的一個菜式,砂煲上夠風味,海鮮同火鴨都超多,勁足料,湯底鴨香濃郁,加上配埋脆米,有畫龍點睛之效,令整個飯比人感覺唔止湯飯咁簡單,立即升LV,令人回味無窮。楊枝甘露 & 桂花糕甜品時間🥰原先食曬之前的餸菜,已剛剛好,見甜品的名字跟出面都一樣,以為無咩特色,好彩朋友堅持要飯後甜一甜,上檯時又係有驚喜…楊枝甘露—比外面的更濃稠,柚子無落澀味,配上新鮮芒果,令人一啖接一啖,超級美味!桂花糕—諗住都應該同外面買到既咁上下,估唔到用上又大又肥美的杞子,糕體亦好足料,唔會一拮就散曬,甜度適中,為晚餐畫上完美句號😍建議改善:名字太普通,如果起一個較有特色的菜名,應該會更吸引到客人想order😊燈光柔和舒適,檯與檯之間唔太密,亦有房間,傾計好舒服,私隱度高,圖中係今晚走既時候見到好靚既廂房。我老細好滿意🤭🤭🤭全餐飯都食得好開懷😚…Read More
