有朋友從外國回來,因為多年未有回來所以很想念中菜,在商場走了一圈後便選定北京樓進餐。餐具富色彩,備有公筷和自家筷子。坐定及備好茶水後便送上一份前菜。前菜 — 泡菜      單據上寫的是泡菜,但其實是木耳、青瓜和細件豆腐,味道像韓式泡菜的辣味。小籠包 點了兩籠小籠包,一籠有四隻,用筷子夾起時要萬分小心。小籠包皮薄,肉汁滿滿,熱湯包味道好。鍋貼 - 四隻 溫度剛好入口,肉汁不算太多,底部煎得香口。韭黃鮮蝦腸 腸粉白滑,蝦腸味道適中。酥炸魷魚鬚份量不少,魷魚鬚炸得不錯,粉也不太厚,碟上的紙張也沒有很多油份,調味好!鮮蝦腐皮卷 腐皮卷可以看到一層層脆的腐皮,很熱的,好好味!白灼郊外菜心 菜心大棵,新鮮清淡。豉汁蒸鳳爪 夠熱,味道正常,有花生在底部吸收了肉汁,特別好味。牛肉球 同樣夠熱,味道正常。海皇脆皮腸粉 顏色奪目,內裏脆的食材很脆,口感豐富,味道也好,必食!北京填鴨  一隻  很久都沒有食這道心愛的名菜,很期待!北京填鴨無論是表皮或是肉質都是極好,鴨的油脂更是香,味濃!每塊餅皮都有紙張相隔不會弄破,蒸籠底下有一小型火燭維持溫度,再加上點一隻北京填鴨食肆有七五折優惠,所以食得好開心!因為我們點的是一隻,服務員將北京填鴨的鴨殼包起讓我們帶走,乾淨之餘並看到透明袋內有着從食物散發出來的熱水氣。焗西米布甸 近年能製作出這款甜品的食肆都買少見少,可以算是懷舊布甸。焗得剛好,中間有一細塊蓮蓉,蓮蓉與布甸混合後甜味也是剛好,很喜歡這款熱騰騰懷舊的味道!…Read More

昨晚因為婆婆生日,一家七口來到新世紀五樓既北京樓食晚飯。因為預先訂了位,不需要等候便可入座,餐廳的環境亦相當整齊潔淨!我們事前聽過朋友介紹,毫不猶豫點了最有名的烤北京填鴨!片皮鴨的皮十分脆,口感不錯,可是因為肥膏也頗多,整體感覺有點油膩。用來包著鴨的皮疊得滿滿的,份量比想像中多!如果多了的話,用來點甜醬吃味道也很不錯!整體上片皮鴨味道真是挺好的,值得推介!另外,我們也點了上圖的雀巢(用米粉造的雀巢裝著薯仔、椒等。)點的時候心想味道應該不錯,可是試過後卻有點失望。薯仔的口感欠佳,有點太硬,而雀巢內的其他食物也不太入味。下次再來的話也不會點這碟菜了。整體來說,餐廳的服務態度不錯,環境也很好,值得一試。…Read More
