特意早兩日已經訂位同埋預留北京填鴨,因為聽人講如果多人叫嘅時候真係會冇得食。入座之後睇到Menu,就簡簡單單叫咗個六人餐,唔使再諗食乜嘢咁煩。六人套餐 $1680醉鴨肝好入味而且有種入口即溶嘅感覺,但係一人一塊就好夠因為食落感覺都幾漏。雞絲粉皮份量比較少,六個人食每人夾啲啲就冇咗。蔥油海蜇皮好好食,識落好爽口同埋唔會好衰都可以夾到完整一條一條。麻辣鳳尾魚份量幾多,食落小小麻辣味道好開胃得意,不過食多兩三條感覺好熱氣。花旗參螺頭炖烏雞清清地,口味偏淡。雞頭米炒河蝦仁酒樓質素北京填鴨(全隻)黎到重點嘅北京填鴨,上左兩碟配菜醬汁,加一籠皮用黎包住食。賣相都見得下人,不過片皮鴨食落好乾身,小小皮嘅油脂感都唔係好感覺到。要靠塊皮同埋配菜醬汁去搭夠先勉回少少口感同味道。其實都幾失望。什果糖醋大黃魚酸酸甜甜,幾好食。京蔥爆黑豚肉食到呢個位都幾飽下,呢道菜都幾油,食幾舊就算。北京水餃皮厚到癲左,入面冇汁,唔係好知食緊咩。糖水整體黎講,都幾失望,北京填鴨最為失望,其次就係價錢唔值,食物水準可能差過一般屋村酒樓。…Read More
