一向都知道D2 Place繼的鐵板燒水準一直都有好好的評價,但原來呢度除左有鐵板燒之外,仲有好高質的OMAKASE。呢次預早訂位希望能夠一嘗師傅的功架。我地點左兩個作席前料理,師傅是前詢問我地有咩唔食/有無食物敏感,十分貼心 !前菜包括:水雲菜及沙律, 水雲菜是一種海藻外形有點像髮菜,質感爽口酸酸地挺開胃的。食完前菜開始進入正題,接下來開始食刺身la!!平目魚:肉質結實爽口甘香,師傅用了岩鹽和清檸作調味更能吊出平目魚清甜的味道。平木魚魚邊:進過備長炭火炙後平木魚邊的質感變得柔軟,食落魚油豐富卻不油膩!平貝:肉質味道爽甜,師傅配上竹炭鹽調味更能顯平貝的鮮甜。拖羅:師傅分別比左野生拖羅和養殖拖羅比我地,養殖拖羅口感肥美油脂也較為豐富,基本上人口即溶。野生拖羅顔色較養殖拖羅的深,魚的味道也較爲濃郁,脂肪就較養殖拖羅的少,各有長處。接住就開始食,師傅仲炸左少少鱈魚扒請我地食!!石雕:石雕生魚質感Q彈,但味道清甜使人一試難忘。金目鯛:相信金目鯛大家都不會覺得陌生,金目鯛魚身油潤帶光澤,有著濃郁鮮甜的魚味。豉油赤身:令我最印象深刻的是赤身脂肪教少,味道挺清爽的,因爲用豉油醃漬過顔色也分外鮮艷。海膽手卷:手卷裏面有兩款的海膽,其中我最喜歡的是鹹水海膽,因爲它的海水味夠濃,味道也非常鮮甜。最後魚湯味道十分濃郁,聼師傅說這個湯需要熬製4小時!最後食埋甜品,整體很滿足!所有的材料也非常新鮮,性格比好!!值得再來。…Read More

今日約了舊同事晚餐,來到一個夜晚比較少人的地區—荔枝角;我們一早預約,打算食omakase;因兩個女生不會吃得太多,所以點了一個「作」omakase餐($1180/ppl)。*前菜是一個用了秘製的醬汁醃的螺,咪道帶點甜甜的;螺肉粒粒都很肥美厚肉。*沙律沙律用上日本人常用的醋汁,酸酸的帶少少甜;沙律菜很爽脆,車厘茄都很清甜。*真鯛先來是真鯛刺身—鯛一羅;魚的味道較淡,肉質較軟身,可以配上酸汁食。*石鯛魚第二款刺身是石鯛魚;魚肉味比較濃,而肉質都是較厚實;可以配上wasabi和豉油。*深海池魚深海池魚是上加了木魚花和蔥;我就沒有再加豉油;直接品嘗魚肉配上的木魚花,真的很香口,又可以帶出鮮味。*平貝其實是切了片的北海道帶子,肉質爽口;上面灑上了海鹽,可以不沾豉油。*象拔蚌象拔蚌很滑,肉質爽口鮮甜;只需加上少少的豉油就可以了。*螢光魷魚現在是螢光魷魚當造的季節;不過個人就不太接受到螢光魷魚刺身;雖然有薑和蔥,但腥味都太濃了。*油甘魚這片油甘魚真的很肥美,咬到中間更肥,有點入口即溶的感覺。*果蜜蕃茄這是吃到一半用來清一清味道的果蜜蕃茄;看似只是普通的蕃茄,但它的甜味真的難以形容,一點都不酸,超驚喜!*金目鯛師傅稍為燒一燒金目鯛魚的邊;油香味散發出來,再加上魚子醬增加魚的味道。*拖羅生菜包因拖羅比較肥美,入口即溶;所以師傅創作了一個泰式生菜包的食法;這樣就不會太膩了!*海膽壽司馬糞海膽壽司味道很濃厚;在口腔久久不散。*吞拿魚蓉手卷最後就來個吞拿魚蓉手卷,每一啖都是魚蓉,很足料。*魚湯師傅不會浪費魚的每一個部分;魚骨加上煎了的立魚熬三個鐘,味道很鮮甜。*Rum酒提子雪糕自家製的Rum酒提子雪糕很有驚喜;雪糕底很有Rum酒味,再加上粒粒提子乾。…Read More

位於荔枝角D2 Place 2嘅高質日本料理<繼>,主打鐵板燒、刺身和壽司。而呢到嘅日式鐵板燒—-賣點就係唔花巧,我地點咗特上活伊勢海老鐵板燒二人前。呢到嘅準備工夫做得好足,預先擺放好食材及切好晒需要用嘅材料比我地先欣賞,據了解咁樣製作上會流暢啲。套餐包括前菜、活龍蝦、北海道帆立貝、銀鱈魚、日本響螺、A5鹿兒島野崎和牛(厚)、炒飯、炒野菜、鯛魚湯及甜品。師傅處理唔同食材嘅技巧及刀功亦非常專業,火候掌握相當準確,配以美國菜油、海鹽、黑椒、清酒及醬油,就已經可做出多變的味道,以簡單的調味,食到最新鮮時令嘅食材味道,真係一流。首先係前菜,新鮮嘅沙律配上海葡萄,味道好夾而清爽,另外一道係螺肉,味道鮮味,為一頓盛宴作開端。帆立貝,貝殼內倒入魚湯及新鮮嘅紫菜,有趣嘅係會附上小爐,可以係食嘅時候保持溫度,帆立貝熟度恰到好處,非常鮮味。銀鱈魚,外面香脆內裡多汁,夾起嚟唔會散開,另外將魚皮切起分開處理煎壓,最後整好形狀,放係魚上,賣相甚有藝術感,食起嚟亦非常脆口。響螺,師傅話切成薄片形狀入口感覺會比較爽口,而且呢到嘅煮法係唔會用牛油烹調,咁樣就唔會蓋過響螺嘅鮮味,果然的確鮮味好食。龍蝦,師傅細心將整隻龍蝦拆解,而蝦頭部位嘅膏會用來做芡與肉一齊煎香,入口唔會油膩。厚燒和牛,油脂豐富,肉質軟腍嫩滑,配以經由人手逐粒削成薄片嘅蒜片,煎香後脆口感覺好似食緊薯片咁。炒飯係用剛切落黎和牛比較肥嘅位置去炒,飯食起來粒粒分明,不僅鬆軟又不油膩。調魚湯鮮味十足,另外炒野菜唔會太油。最出色嘅係焦糖多士,看似簡單但要做好焦糖其實唔容易,好考功夫,食落香脆,令人有想再食嘅衝動。最後以芝麻雪糕作結,非常滿足。讚一下師傅與我地交流其間會細心解讀我地嘅喜好,從而調節味道嘅濃淡,另外不時見佢會做洗板動作,保持鐵板嘅清潔,食得非常安心。餐廳設計走高級而簡約風格,而且燈光配合環境舒適。空調溫度及抽空系統都很不錯食完身上無半點味道。服務員亦非常超卓,總會留意茶水溫暖度。另外海鮮和肉類之間會有青檸啫喱調節味蕾、讓客人食得舒適。…Read More

在香港可以吃到好的鐵板燒地方不多,上網搜尋一下,看見D2 place 開了一間叫做”繼”的日本鐵板燒。門口的設計非常有私隱度,打開門後看見裏面的環境,燈光舒適,而且人客也不少。好彩我一早訂了位✌🏻打開餐牌有一人套餐,或二人套餐,也有一些散叫的。選擇也不少。今天決定要吃好一點,所以叫了一個龍蝦二人套餐🤩🤩座位已set好,及有一杯熱綠茶!店員遞上濕毛巾,好像在日本的餐廳一樣。🙂首先來的是前菜,有螺肉及沙律。然後廚師便在廚房裏拿出了海鮮。煮前還給我們拍照,好識做,最岩我用黎打卡😂拍照時龍蝦還在動呢,真的非常新鮮!!🤩首先第一度菜是帆立貝,煮好後會放上一個小爐上!還建議我們湯也可以喝😍超級鮮甜!之後來的是很特別的,店員推薦我們吃的!他說可以連魚鱗一起吃,看見這麼特別我們便點了🤪上菜時魚鱗炸得非常脆!真的可以跟魚肉吃在一起,這個菜色非常特別。👍再來是縲片,像用酒煮過,肉很爽口。到了主角龍蝦😻😻😻,膏非常的多!廚師很細心,把膏弄出來,與肉炒在一起!朋友都讚不絕口!大家一定要點來吃!中途廚師也做了一個蜜糖包給我們試食,外脆內軟!再來的A5和牛,size也不細,相信價錢也不便宜,叫套餐幾抵😌我地叫左7成熟,咬下去牛的汁也滲了出來!最後是炒飯和炒雜菜。炒飯每粒分明,加上魚湯是很完美的結束🥳吃完雪糕後和朋友聊天一會才走,店員也沒有趕我們,超讚👍…Read More
