有好一段時間沒有放縱食燒肉放題,今晚和朋友一於豪一豪,上網找到這家燒鬼吃日式燒肉。餐廳以日本鬼怪為主題,空間寬敞,亦有幾張卡位,可以坐得舒服慢慢食,而抽氣直接在燒烤爐的上方,所以食完亦不會太大味。午市放題$298加一,任食A4和牛只需加$98,性價比極高,十分容易回本。座位上有燒肉汁、辣椒粉及少見的日式鹽蔥,十分有地道日本風味。先點幾客前菜,試了枝豆、泡菜及海蜇,三款都十分有水準,尤其海蜇有特別調味,非常開胃,非一般街外的來貨可以比較。刺身料精而鮮,當中包括三文魚、帶子、甜蝦等,每種刺身都鮮甜可口,令人回味,特別榮螺片山葵漬亦十分鮮甜,調味恰到好處。亦試了一下壽司,柚子醬油和牛壽司及明太子醬帶子炙燒壽司,用料新鮮,尤其是和牛壽司,入口即融,脂香味豐。A4和牛,和牛有多款不同的部位,入口即化,油香豐腴馥郁,質地軟身,建議只加一點醬汁提味,可品嚐本身的油脂香味,雖然是放題,但和牛質素是散叫的水準,十分推薦加$98任食A4和牛。餐廳亦重本提供原隻扇貝及廣島蠔等海鮮,廣島蠔身型巨大,一咬蠔肉爽滑鮮甜,蠔味濃郁雋美。點了牛油雜菌,放在爐邊慢燒,待雜菌軟化吸收牛油香味後,即時品嚐到菇味的香濃滋味。三文魚茶漬飯,把紫菜及三文魚粒拌勻,每一啖都滋味豐美,也有口感與味道變化不一的驚喜。今天不想喝酒,亦有多款汽水、果汁,日式特調梳打等,選擇豐富。…Read More

這兩星期非常忙碌,有時連出街食飯都不能好好享受。早前找到時間與媽媽一起出街食好西☺️這間以鬼怪為主題的日式燒肉店,完全滿足我想食和牛燒肉和壽司的願望❤️❤️餐廳牆上掛了不少鬼怪圖畫,很有風格🤩——————————🔸前菜前菜有三種,分別是泡菜豆腐、中華海蜇和枝豆。前兩種味道偏鹹,要食枝豆中和一下😆🔹刺身這裏的刺身有帶子、甜蝦、鰹魚、三文魚和很少見的榮螺片山葵漬。我最喜歡的當然是三文魚,厚切肥美❤️帶子同樣甘甜鮮味,十分新鮮。而媽媽最喜歡榮螺片山葵漬,未食已經聞到好香wasabi,煙韌爽口的螺肉淋上新鮮山葵醬汁,好惹味😋食大啖啲會攻鼻😂🔸壽司柚子醬油和牛壽司,原來是生的和牛😳食起來充滿油脂香,而且有點嚼勁,再配合柚子的清新,不錯👅但媽媽就不太敢食~明太子醬帶子炙燒壽司,帶子稍微火燒後,會有點焦香味,配上上面的明太子醬,鹹鹹香香,的確很鮮味。🔹牛鬼和牛拼盤這個和牛拼盤有不同部位的肉,包括腹脅、牛冧、上小排肉、前胸肉等等。四款肉類的油花都很多,清楚看見雪花紋😍腹脅,雪花紋較少,中間還有一大條白色的脂肪,但肉質紮實,要花時間咬😋;牛冧,脂肪分佈均勻,所以食起來很香油脂味,肉味亦很充分😊上小排肉,會有些大理石紋的脂肪,同樣很有油脂味,肉質很嫩,好食!前胸肉,一樣很多清晰的脂肪紋路,食起來油脂四溢,正~🔸海鮮海鮮有香蒜牛油帆立貝、海蝦和意式香草醬廣島蠔。特別喜歡後者,不只食到蠔的鮮味,還有很香的香草醬,煮熟後不會變很細粒😊…Read More
