::: 二人世界食漫長懷石料理 :::9月5日, 呀菲呀比拍拖12週年紀念大餐! 因為家有新生兒嘅關係, 我地兩個都好少夜媽媽出街二人世界啦~ 就趁今晚呢個特別日子, 特登book咗出名食懷石料理嘅呢度嘆番一餐美味嘅晚餐~::: 葵 懷石 ::: $980::: 前菜 :::左起細細杯嘅係燒松茸 黃韭 菠菜卷 鰹魚汁, 其實即係少少菇少少菠菜少少黃韭撈埋鰹魚汁嘅冷菜~ 菠菜十分鮮嫩, 鹹鹹鮮鮮的幾開胃.左二係自家製鵝肝玉子豆腐併新鮮無花果, 呢個玉子豆腐好特別, 食落蛋味頗濃, 但又好滑, 入面滲出淡淡嘅鵝肝味. 新鮮無花果香甜, 為玉子豆腐更添甜美~左三係網燒牛肉壽司球 蓮根煎餅, 好有趣的用網燒牛肉片包著的波波壽司, 還有一片用蓮藕做的薄薄煎餅, 網燒牛肉肉質軟嫩, 但牛味不算重, 呢件普通.最右邊係饅魚橄欖串, 好fusion嘅前菜, 又鰻魚又橄欖咁. 但由於兩樣食物呀菲本身都麻麻地, 所以只係覺得一般般...::: 壽司 :::三件火炙壽司, 分別有吞拿魚腩、鵝肝、松茸.一定要讚吞拿魚腩, 係我食過最油潤之一款嘅大拖羅! 可以見到刺身分成三個單位, 面頭輕輕燒過令佢d油更加溶出黎, 整舊壽司入口即溶好好味!火炙鵝肝壽司口感則外脆內嫩, 濃郁鵝肝味加上紫菜竟然又十分配合~ 好味!松茸相對味道較淡, 但松茸味道絕對令人齒頰留香~::: 炸物 :::呢個炸粟米 南瓜 椎茸 野菜蝦天婦羅好有趣, 好似個野菜餅咁~ 要讚嘅係佢下面塊索油紙係只係得好少油, 整件天婦羅香脆唔油膩, 好味!::: 煮物 :::煮饅魚 蓮芋 花穗 配梅肉醬賣相好特別, 煮法亦係第一次試~ 就咁清煮鰻魚件, 雖然唔好食鰻魚但睇都睇得出佢嘅肉質極度鮮嫩, 結實彈牙! 配埋鮮爽嘅花穗, 點埋酸酸甜甜嘅梅肉醬食, 又一清新鮮味配搭.::: 燒物 :::松茸 鹿兒島和牛薄燒 夏野菜又靚又健康嘅一道菜, 和牛薄燒包著松茸本身已經好惹味~ 配上合時新鮮野菜沙律, 只恨佢份量太少了~::: 燒饅魚配山葵糯米飯 :::又係鰻魚~ 不過今次係燒同埋配上糯米飯. 糯米香軟味甜, 配上醬汁鰻魚有點箱壓壽司感覺. 上面一小撮鮮磨山葵, 辛辣但不太刺鼻, 也ok.::: 吸物 :::豆腐清湯之前d菜式味道都略濃, 呢個湯就相對可以清清味蕾.::: 甜品 :::鮮果拼盤有紅石榴巨峰提子同梨, 紅石榴酸甜解膩, 巨峰提子十分甜, 梨則清爽, 為整晚盛宴做好總結!::: 壽司懷石 ::: $880::: 前菜 :::左起都係d菜配鰹魚汁嘅涼拌. 反而隔離冷豆腐好味! 外面係有少少炸過好似腐皮咁, 但內裡依然十分嫩滑~ 清清地又富豆味~ 超正!::: 壽司 :::叫得壽司懷石, 呢道都算係主打! 分別有甜蛋、唔記得咩魚、蟹肉、吞拿魚腩!要再讚件吞拿魚腩, 入口即溶, 充滿油香, 超好味! 蟹肉壽司亦十分鮮甜~ 魚生爽口, 甜蛋軟嫩, 全部都好出色!::: 刺身 :::都唔記得係咩魚, 但切得薄可透光, 味道較清, 但十分爽口.::: 煮物 :::煮鯖魚同野菜雜燴, 有蓮芋、紅蘿蔔、南瓜、菇等~ 根莖類蔬菜都煮得軟淋入味, 反而鯖魚肉質較實被比下去.::: 燒物 :::呢味燒鱈魚都幾好味~ 肉味濃而且油潤, 醬汁更能帶出魚肉鮮味~ 不錯.::: 粟米珍珠米飯配漬物 :::珍珠米飯混入粟米夠哂香甜! 有無漬物陪襯都已叫人滿足!::: 吸物 :::看似普通嘅麵豉湯其實亦認真製作, 唔會一味死鹹, 亦食到食材味道.::: 甜品 :::甜品比葵懷石普通d, 只係一球黑芝麻雪糕, 但都好好味~印象中應該係第一次同呀比食懷石料理, 對於由師傅拍板而我地係嚟到先只有咩食嘅菜式其實算係好對胃口~ 而且侍應對食物都會細心介紹, 環境優雅安靜, 真係好適合情侶拍拖或者斯文見客. 讓我地作為新任爸爸媽媽過番一個浪漫的二人世界夜~ …Read More
