今日下班跟吃貨好友去了尖沙咀,朋友建議吃四川菜,雖然自己不吃得太辣,但朋友說不是所有菜色都是辣的呀,不辣的也很好吃,所以就決定去滿江紅啦。一進店,裝修十分中國風。一座下就有兩個前菜 - 酸酸辣辣,好惹味!皮蛋豆腐 - 豆腐好滑,不用咀嚼就下了肚子,配上皮蛋,濃淡適中 乾煸四季豆 - 吃中菜必點!這個炒得好香,肉粒跟四季豆比例很一致,不會太多肉粒 酸菜桂花魚 - 香噴噴,有胡椒味,湯是酸酸辣辣的,喝完再喝,好味!魚很滑,最讚是魚已去骨「啖啖肉」花膠螺頭燉雞湯 - 好有雞味,一口氣渴完 馳名樟茶鴨(半)- 我平時很少吃鴨,但這個鴨很嫩滑,配上饅頭加煉奶,配搭十分新鮮!吃了饅頭就不用點白飯了,哈哈 吃得飽飽,點了一個中式甜品 酒釀桂花小湯圓 - 喜歡它不會太甜,很有桂花味,湯圓小小的,好易入口,不經不覺就吃完了 原來四川菜不一定只有辣,我喜歡今晚吃的,少許麻辣,配上酸酸辣辣的口味,十分適合我這種只能夠吃少許辣的朋友喔 👍🏻…Read More

昨晚相約好友一行三人到尖沙咀吃飯,我們選了家四川菜,可能是因為平日的原因,我們找吃飯的時候也沒有很難找說要等很久👍🏻話說之前在銅鑼灣吃過一家四川菜很好吃,以前會以為四川菜一定是辣的,但其實不是的。這餐廳分為兩層,我們坐到二樓,在樓梯的位置,上方放了一個很大的牌匾寫著“滿江紅“,光聽名字都感覺“辣“是主打。可惜我們都不太能吃辣,只能吃很微的辣,但因為太喜歡吃酸菜魚的關係,所以就來了。店員首先給了兩小碟的前菜,是拍青瓜和竹筍雞腎。青瓜爽脆清甜,竹筍因為放了辣椒,所以這碟有點麻麻辣辣的感覺。還有我們點了菊花茶,味道清香。我們之後點了幾個菜:《皮蛋豆腐》豆腐很嫩滑, 配皮蛋一起吃口感特別豐富,加上蔥花,味道特別香。《花膠螺頭燉雞湯》我和另一朋友點了這個雞湯,因為平時在家很少有湯喝,所以特別想喝,雞湯清甜,還有女士很愛的花膠👍🏻另一位朋友點了《茶樹菇龍骨湯》,她說因為自己有腰痛問題,所以點了這個。《酸菜桂花魚》有朋友從沒吃過這道菜,一看以為是不辣的,誰知道喝了第一口湯,馬上要喝口清水😂 其實並沒有那麼辣,味道酸酸辣辣的,像似胡椒豬肚湯的味道,很香,魚也很滑,一點魚骨也沒有,每一口也是肉,就是越辣越想吃的感覺😋《馳名樟茶鴨》這道菜在四川菜裏很有名,我們都點了半份來試試,份量都不少呀!鴨是燻過的,外皮香脆,肉質嫩滑。除了鴨之外還有幾個饅頭配煉奶。《乾煸四季豆》這道菜平時都很喜歡的,用肉碎欖菜一齊炒,配飯一流👍🏻《酒釀桂花小湯圓》其實我們已經很飽,但女生最愛甜品,怎能沒有呢?😂桂花味很香,清清甜甜的,小湯圓口感煙靭,一小顆的,一口就能吃幾顆😋…Read More

話說其實我真係好鐘意食辣野👅 所以今次膽粗粗就係香港搵間川菜黎食下😚 佢分佐兩層,一層係做重慶火鍋(勁香👃嗅到都流口水)一層就for食小菜~.一坐底,店員就開佐壺菊花茶(好香菊花味🌻)同拎佐兩兜餐前小食(油豆腐)比我地😚,(麻辣腩肉竹筍)味道係有少少麻辣,咬落去仲好清爽,我平時係食唔到筍果陣味,但依款食唔停口😍 而且我地本身就已經好肚餓,食完之後覺得更加開胃😚,未食就已經即刻覺得好期待主食🙈.口水雞 $148(例)落果陣店員好細心有問我地辣度,我地簡佐正常🙈 一上碟已經覺得勁吸引😍 見到雞上面鋪佐好多香料落去整 啖啖肉之餘食落既味道更加香 又唔會太辣同埋啲雞都好嫩 完全係我鐘意既味道👅 而且其實份量真係一啲都唔細,我地兩個人好似食極都食唔完😂.萵筍 出於好奇心之下嗌佐🤔 原來係一種菜黎 咬落好清脆 感覺有啲似西芹d fd😂 店員建議我地可以用黎點口水雞食 又有另一種味道又幾match喎~.四川担担麵 $38出乎意料地正👅 強推👍🏻 不過記得襯熱食😂 一夾起嘅時候就已經聞到好香~食落除咗有濃濃嘅麻醬味之外 仲加佐少少麻辣落去😳 完全係會上引🙈.雞湯抄手 $32唔知係咪因為我哋太遲食所以搞到抄手有啲散開🤔 不過配搭埋個雞湯一齊食都幾match幾特別~ 比起紅油黎講我覺得幾健康 我最後仲飲晒個湯🤭.回鍋肉 $108相對地有小炒feel,色澤都好均勻,肉唔un同味道都偏濃,如果送飯應該一流😚.冰糖雪梨雪耳糖水好足料😍 飲完即刻覺得滋潤晒,又唔會太甜岩岩好👅 .竹䉀茅根/洛神花茶食麻辣一定要飲竹䉀茅根,飲落好清涼😚 中和反果種辣味之餘仲可以止渴,健康啲呀嘛😆.總結,成間鋪嘅裝修都好有中國客棧風之餘,環境都好寬敞幾舒服,可以慢慢傾計~ 四川嘅特色果然都係麻辣最正 唔會話太辣但每款食落都唔一樣好有驚喜😚 而且份量都好足 如果人多我都想再嚟試吓個水煮魚 望到流晒口水🙈…Read More
